clean, beautifully decorated, just lovely!

We spent 10 days at Pedregal and had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. The condo was extremely well appointed and laid out, with lovely views of the harbour and city below. It was peaceful and removed from the noise, but close enough to town and the beach that we could easily walk. The property manager, Elihu, was most helpful in getting us set up with groceries in advance of our arrival.

The condo is very well appointed, lovely views and the pool was very nice. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The walk into town is an easy 15 minutes just be prepared for the hike back up. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area. Security was always helpful and had a presence , we felt very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had to work several days. Great Wi-Fi and beautiful view both day and night. Well equipped with everything needed including cleaning supplies which we appreciated for a 2 week stay. Gym and pools were perfect. We will return next year!

Wonderful property, private beach, and easy access to the best spots in town. Property management group is amazing! They assisted with transportation, reservations, and tours. The view was spectacular and we never missed a sunrise. The condo was as advertised. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful place. Janine and Darrell have created the perfect vacation spot. Their place is well-appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable, the view is spectacular, and the place is beautifully furnished. The owners were great to work with and provided us with excellent suggestions of places to dine and visit. We rented a car but soon realized everything is conveniently located with just a 10-minute walk down the hill. Roberto, the property manager, was welcoming, helpful, and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. I booked this condo as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday. It was a great choice. The condo itself had more than enough room for the two of us. It was spotless and modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pools and hot tubs - the big pool is especially beautiful with an amazing view. The location of the condo is great too. Just far enough from downtown that it is quiet and private but still within walking distance. We felt safe the entire time as there is a security gate and the guards are very thorough when letting people in. The property manager was responsive during our entire stay. I will definitely stay here again when we return!

Was very impressed with the condominium. When we arrived and opened the door , we were very happy. The condo was spotless and was decorated beautifully. You can tell that the owners have thoughtfully picked out the furnishings with some very nice pieces . Bed was very comfortable. The view was incredible. Located at the top of Pedregal overlooking all of Cabo so away from the crowds but only a 15 minute walk to town all the amenities.

The condo exceeded our expectations! We basically have stayed all over the world in different VRBO rentals and this was by far the best. We really appreciated that there was toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. We’ve stayed at other places where we’ve had a purchase all that and it can kind of be a pain. We spent our mornings by the pool which we mostly had all to ourselves and then we drove over to the beach in the evenings to watch the sunset. The condo was super quiet, which we prefer. We were very impressed by how high end this condo really was. The beds were really comfortable, the bathmats were soft and cozy, the towels were great and there were plenty of items like beach chairs and cooking utensils that made us feel right at home! Couldn’t beat the view anywhere! We ventured out quite a bit but we also ordered delivery food from a service called Cabo eats which was great on those evenings where we just wanted to be lazy and lay around the nice condo and watch Netflix. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a relaxed vacation!

Everything was great! Condo was very comfortable, spacious & pristine, in a fabulous location high on a hill away from town yet close enough to walk. The floor to ceiling sliding glass windows provided spectacular views and fresh air - we never needed air conditioning during our stay. Many thanks to the owners and property manager for the excellent communication before we arrived and for the warm welcome to Baja Sueño in Cabo. We hope to visit again!

Two teens, wife, and I stayed at Baja Sueno and had a great visit to Cabo over the New Year! The location on the town side of Pedregal is very convenient. We were there to take diving lessons from a shop located in the marina. We walked to town for meals more than half the time. The unit is well furnished and decorated. Everything was in perfect working order during our visit. Well - not sure about the TVs because we never tried to use them - there was too much other great stuff to do during our visit! The unit has the 'little things' to make you feel at home in the drawers. I needed some scissors - and sure enough, they were in a drawer in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and such. There were some snacks in the cupboards and fridge too. Ana - the property manager is very friendly and helpful. She made a number of helpful suggestions about shopping, food, restaurants, and activities. It is obvious the owners care about their place and take great pride in keeping it nice. When we return to Cabo, we will likely stay here again. I was great and worked really well for the four of us. Happy New Year!

We rented this lovely 2 bedroom condo and it was absolutely perfect. Ana, the property manager met us upon arrival, gave us a tour and was very helpful and sweet. The condo was extremely well-appointed from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. The gas cooktop/oven was an added bonus. The two bedrooms (with private baths) were very nice, with great storage and super comfortable beds. The condo location is a 10-15 minute walk to the marina and Starbucks so morning strolls happened daily. The terrace, overlooking the marina, was lovely and provided for beautiful sunrise views. We will certainly stay here again!

Baja Suenos is a fabulous Las Cascadas condo in Pedregal! My friend and I had the most wonderful sojourn on the sunny hillside, away from it all...clean, safe and oh my, what comfortable beds! We were fortunate to be there during the down season so enjoyed the pool and amenities with what felt like just ourselves! So relaxing and peaceful! Thank you Janine and Darrell.

When we first walked through the door into the condo we all giggled with excitement as not only was the property spotlessly clean, the décor was so warm and inviting it instantly felt like home. Next, sliding the wall of glass open onto the deck and seeing the views overlooking the town and inner harbor, we couldn't wait to mix a margarita and park ourselves on the very comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to start our holiday....Including a blender which we put to the task immediately! Bedrooms and bathrooms were superb and the lawn chairs provided were great to take to Pedregal beach for fantastic sunsets. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.....Thanks, we'll definitely be back!

Baja Sueño is a beautifully decorated, comfortable condo in Cabo San Lucas’ luxury Pedregal development. It is perfect for two couples with two king bed suites, each with its own bathroom. The views over Cabo from the deck are spectacular and the location itself is perfect for those wanting to avoid the traffic and crowds in town and along the beach. What worked perfectly for us was driving a few hundred yards down the steep driveway and parking outside the manned entry gates. From there it was an easy and level 10-minute stroll into central Cabo and the marina. The condominium itself is elegant, immaculate and comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay ranging from corkscrew to blender. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the linens high quality. We made a Costco run to pick up appetizers and Margaritas which we enjoyed on the deck each evening before heading into town for dinner. Baja Sueño has local managers who check you in and offer great advice on activities. We found them pleasant, professional, and responsive when we ran into a minor issue. We look forward to returning!

From the minute we walked into the condo we felt at home. Immaculate and clean! The view. Take. Your. Breathe. Away. The market on Wednesday and Saturday are so fun and getting local food made it even better. We felt safe with the security and the pool was amazing! We also enjoyed chatting with the residents who gave us great ideas of where to eat and what beaches to go to. 4 minute drive to the downtown core and everything is at your finger tips. Medano Beach has to be the top of our list. Barely an 8 minute drive. Everything you've ever dreamed. Watching the cruise ships come and go. From the sunrise to the sunset this trip was truly amazing and we will be back without a doubt. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of every day we were there. Janine and Darryl your home is amazing and thank you for letting us experience CSL. Anyone who considers your condo will not be disappointed. Absolutely fabulous.

What a great experience! One of the property managers lined up our private transportation at $25 per person each way, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Israel from The Specialist driving service was on time, very quick with loading/unloading of our bags, and was especially helpful in providing travel tips. Upon arrival Brandon was waiting to take us on a tour of the property and to tell us all about the best attractions and ways to get around. He really seemed to care that we had a good time and stressed that we shouldn't hesitate to contact him if we needed ANYTHING. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable, not to mention very tastefully decorated. It also has everything you could possibly need. TV's in all rooms, stacks and stacks of fresh clean towels, huge bags of toilet paper, laundry room with detergent and fabric softener, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. The condo also has four individually controlled AC units that keep that place as cool as you want it. All in all, there wasn't one time where my party and I had to go out and buy something, as everything was provided. One last thing about the condo I wanted to mention is how safe we all felt. The condo is in Pedregal, which is a very nice part of town, and is monitored and watched over by 24/7 security. The guards were very diligent when it came to ensuring they knew exactly who was coming and going through the gates, which made us all feel more comfortable and secure about leaving our belongings inside the condo, as well sleeping at night. Location wise the condo is very close to downtown Cabo, the marina, and Medano beach. Usually we'd walk into town, and that took about 10 minutes. From the condo to Medano, it was more like 20, but with so much to see, it really isn't even a long walk at all. Cabs into Cabo usually ran about $12, and to Medano it was about $15 Excellent place to stay! We all loved it

This was our second visit to Baja Sueno. The condo boasts everything a person could want for a relaxing carefree vacation: Great view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, an abundance of linens and tastefully decorated surroundings. The neighbors are great, quite friendly. It's close to the organic market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and a convenience store, and accessible to many great eating venues. Would recommend renting a car for easy access to restaurants and shopping, although taxis are always available.

Was absolutely what was advertised and had a great time with my kids. The condo was very well equipped and we ate in most of the time. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here over the week of Christmas. Everything was wonderful and easy. Janine helped set us up with transportation to and from, as well as a sailing day. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I'm very touchy on "bad beds", and the beds were so comfortable, which made everything even better. Would come back and stay again. Alicia
