We are familar with these condos/area of Thomas Drive, so we were excited to book this unit for Memorial Day weekend! The unit was clean, spacious for our small family and we loved the decor. Oceanfront views without stick shock. :) Owners were helpufl and communicated with us. We will be back!

This was literally one of the best vacations we ever had. The weather was perfect, the water was beautiful, and the condo was even better than described. It had everything that you could possibly need, it was extremely clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. And anytime I needed to ask a question, and emailed the owner, she would respond within minutes. Could not ask for a better stay, and even my kids said that this was their favorite place, that we have ever stayed at while at the beach. Thanks again to the owners for allowing us to stay here, trust me, we will be staying here again in the future.

Quiet and peacefulo

This condo is so nice & everything about it is convenient! The towels & bed linens are of excellent quality, all the dishes, utensils & cookware are really good quality also! There is only a short walk from parking to the elevator, we never experienced a wait for the elevator in the 6 days we were there. I hesitate to give such a great review, simply because the more that stay, the less available it will be for me in the future! haha Owners are great & very easy to reach if you have a question. Thank you so much for providing such a great property!

This was our second time in this condo and it's perfect for our family. We love the location, views and calm, friendly atmosphere. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with and we look forward to booking again in the future.

Perfect place on the beach, very clean and comfortable!

We loved the condo, the location and the quietness on that end of town. Weather and water were absolutely perfect for our time there. Will definitely stay here again

Property Was better than described. Unit and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Maintenance was very nice and helpful. The view was great, I loved having a place to put beach toys that I didn’t have to drag all the way through the condo and onto the balcony. The rooms were just gorgeous and clean. We did not have one seconds trouble and we would stay here again over and over.

Condo was perfect for my 2 daughters, my sister, and me. Great location with an amazing view. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Highly recommend this place. View and location were great! Owners were very accommodating. Condo was nice than the pictures listed. Will come back, again. Only thing that needed improvement was the mattress in the sofa sleeper. It was bad. But, however, it was a pleasant stay. And, we highly recommend this place to everybody.

This property is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly how it does listed! it made it very convenient for us to enjoy the day on the beach having the chairs and umbrella provided. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was to die for. LK and Debby were very quick with responses and we were very comfortable texting with any questions we had. 10/10 will be looking into this unit again for future vacations!

This condo was everything as advertised and more! The owners were very kind and responsive. You can tell they take great pride in their property making sure it’s clean, neat, and comfortable. If I had to list a negative it would be that the beds were not the most comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and we are already talking about another stay in the future.

The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. Keyless entry was very convenient. Beach chairs and umbrellas were nice to have and location of room was straight across from elevator. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. A couple of things to note: there was no large stock pot to use for boiling shrimp and bring extra toilet paper if you are staying several days. Also, the front door didn’t latch unless you really closed hard. As for the complex, it seemed outdated and we felt that the game room pool table should have been free to use. Overall it was a great vacation and our first time in PCB.

We enjoyed staying in 406. It was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We loved the location....close enough to shopping and restaurants but also far enough away!! The owners were so great to work with and always responded so quickly to questions.

Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful master bathroom.

This is a beautifully, and thoughtfully decorated unit. The living space is roomy and uncluttered, with comfortable furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms are very neat, new and equipped with everything you need. Although one big pot for pasta would be a good addition to the kitchen wares. I wondered if the washer & dryer being outside across the hall from the front door would prove to be inconvenient, and I can honestly say it was a non issue. Additionally, this outside hall closet was stocked with all manner of beach chairs, toys and paraphernalia. PLEASE NOTE: the rating on the “Property” is just that, meaning the property itself, and NOT the clean, individual unit. The glass door at the entrance was broken, signed as such, and the surrounding OUTSIDE areas (NOT the beach) were not clean, nor in good repair. However, midway through the week we noted multiple pallets of construction goods had been delivered to the parking lot area, so hopefully, all will be improved before the season gets in full swing.

The condo was clean and so nice, we appreciated the owners being responsive when we had questions about the fitness room. Everything was just as described. We were celebrating our Anniversary a week early and so glad we chose this quiet part of the beach. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Beautiful sunsets on the balcony and Schooners restaurant was only a mile away. Also the manager of the Mariner East took great care of the pool area. All the things needed for a fun day on the beach was in the storage closet as well as new Washer & Dryer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
