The condo was on the first floor which was very convenient. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio first thing in the morning and after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Arlene was super accommodating and wonderful to work with. The snorkeling was great. The staff at Coral Gardens were very friendly. We had an awesome time!

This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos. We are experienced travelers to the Caribbean and we were very pleased with this vacation. The Condo was great! The location was quiet and peaceful. The People in Grace Bay are friendly and accommodating. We recommend Arlene and Coral Gardens.

We spent 10 days in suite 1112. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. The patio was a very popular spot and the beach was absolutely gorgeous.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The house was beautiful and everyone was so nice. The snorkeling was great. We highly recommend this house and location.

The location can’t be beat with most amazing coral reef for snorkeling just steps away! Overall the condo was very well maintained and met all of our needs! Communication with Arlene was wonderful and she is so nice! We loved having the Somewhere Cafe next door for convenience. The beach staff are friendly and keep a close eye on the chairs for you. Coral Gardens is a very peaceful place and for the most part was always quiet with the exception of a loud neighbor but that was quickly handled by the property owner and management! We had a great time and I would highly recommend!

100% I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time. Beach is amazing and you can snorkel right at your front door. The condo was very clean and the staff was friendly. The cafe next door was a big plus.

Our vacation with two teenage girls was very comfortable in this condo. First floor and direct access to beach and condo’s pools and beach umbrellas was ideal. Good layout of bedrooms, baths, living area and patio space. Staff was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Condo grounds were lovely and the ambience very calming and relaxing. The beach has a great and safe snorkeling area for all ages. Scott, in office was of great help and very responsive. Outdoors, Jerome was also particularly of great assistance and always very friendly. However, patience is greatly needed when eating out as we experienced in almost all of our eating outings. Grocery costs are a minimum double of US prices, but still less expensive than eating out whether for happy hour, snacks or meals. Having a rental car is highly recommended for grocery store runs, exploring restaurants, shopping .and other beach areas.

This property is the perfect location in Turks and Caicos. Our family enjoyed snorkeling right outside the property. We loved eating at Somewhere Bar and the other amazing restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

The Coral Gardens was an amazing choice for our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The entire complex was just wonderful. If you are seeking a large resort with lots of pools and kiddos this is not your spot. Our stay was peaceful during the night with lots of beach activity during the day. Walk right out of your condo and onto the best snorkeling on the island. We took a catamaran snorkel trip and it was not as good as Coral Gardens reef. This condo was perfect for two adult couples with king size beds in each bedroom and a nice sitting area inside and outside. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions and provided helpful tips for local restaurants and activities. We will definitely come again!

The location of condo is just a few steps from the clear, turquoise blue waters of the magnificent ocean. The long stretch of clean, white sand beach is great for taking a walk or just relaxing outside soaking in the warm sun of the Caribbean! The condo itself is spacious and removing some unnecessary furniture will give it a more open and clean feeling. The hair dryer did not work in one of the rooms and in the master bathroom, the two faucets kept dripping water. I would highly recommend to wear flip flops while taking a shower. Overall, we had an amazing time in Turks and Caicos!!

The property is exactly as described. Snorkeling off the beach is amazing…sting rays, lion fish, turtles, parrotfish, blue tang…it was like swimming in an aquarium! Arlene is a very responsive host. We had an issue with one of our bathrooms and Arlene answered our Vrbo messages immediately and worked to get to the issue fixed asap.

The property is in an excellent spot, just steps from the beach. There a restaurant/bar on property. The food is just ok but it’s nice having it right there. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. I would stay here again.

From check in to check out everything could not have gone better. Very responsive hosts and friendly staff everywhere at this property location. Having chairs and umbrellas for guests is such a bonus on a beach steps away. Only tip for the owners is to clean/grease or replathe tracks for sliding glass doors to the patio—very difficult to open…. We will be back in the future!

This unit was right on the ocean. Ground floor as close to the ocean as any unit in the resort. Check in process was seamless and very informative. The unit was great and very comfortable. The reason you go to Turks is for the beaches and the beach at Coral Gardens is spectacular and you have the added bonus of snorkeling a few feet from the shoreline. I highly recommend staying here.

The location of the property is great. We really enjoyed the outside sitting area. And the Cafe next door had great food. The only improvement that would be nice would be to have a little better stocked kitchen with regard to pots and pans. Also, the property was very clean except for a few of the glasses.

The condo is very well located with a easy access to the beach, I love the people that works in the resort, my only feedback will be on the condo to do a little more update on bedding and TVs.

The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful condo and the access to the reef and Somewhere cafe make this an incredibly convenient place. Awesome trip!

Coral Gardens is located in one the best snorkels spots in Grace Bay. The water is calm, clear and you are guaranteed to see amazing marine life. The property is clean, spacious and conveniently located on the first floor. The unit is a little dated but overall a great property. The staff is very kind and Arlene is wonderful to work with.

Highly recommend this property! The staff on property are so nice and the condo was very accurately represented. We had a fantastic trip! Snorkeling right out front is so much fun! Restaurant on property has great food. Having housekeeping was nice. Hated to leave.

With the National Park (protected reef) just outside your door, this is a great location for snorkeling. The downside is limited dining options if you don't rent a car. Plan to add $30 rt for taxis to your already expensive dinner if you dine out a lot. I would NOT recommend the Somewhere Cafe, cute beach bar put you get nickle and dimed to death. Fish tacos were $18 with $6 extra for the fish and they charge you for tap water. Windsong is a better option. The property was comfortable, great beds, good maid service (every other day) and the beach was just outside your door. However, it is somewhat dated and worn. There were new appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen but the cabinets were worn/wobbly and there was no vent fan/light over the stove. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked for two but not for having a family. Both showers felt like you were showering in a closet. There are safes in each bedroom but no instructions on how to use them and two remotes for the TV also with no instructions. Great location/staff and comfortable condo but don't expect luxury for the price.

Love the location, and the accommodations worked out great. Being able to wake up and open up the patio to the ocean every morning is fantastic. Somewhere cafe is steps away and the food and staff were great. Beach is fantastic, bight reef is right there…
