Spent a few nights at this house in Logan. Was great for our family.

My family and I needed a last minute stay for a funeral service. The house was perfect for what we needed. I attempted to contact the owner before our visit to inquire about kitchen and what was available. I heard back almost immediately from the first contact listed but they were responsible for house cleaning. I texted the second contact and never got a response. The kitchen is very well stocked. Has several pots and pans in several sizes. If you are trying to feed a crowd you should be able to. There was a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig (with pods available) and an instant hot water pot. There were several types of tea available. Several oils and spices left in the cupboards. My only complaint on the kitchen was when we went to replace the garbage bag, the ones that we were able to find did not fit the can. Plenty of towels for my family, we had 5 people staying. There were hotel size shampoo and soaps available. The only part of the house that I didn't feel was cleaned properly, was the soap dish in the upstairs bathroom. It just looked like it hadn't been wiped down after use. Otherwise the cleanliness of the house was great. The ease of check in and out was great.

Everything was great. No issues. Family had a great time.

This is our second time staying in this house and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and We were equipped with amenities needed for our week long stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This VRBO worked out fantastically. The house was bigger than needed, cozy, clean, and in an amazing location. I could not be happier with the stay.

Great set up and floor plan for a family. Walking distance to a water park and a playground in the neighborhood. Convenient location to USU campus and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Perfect for our family and affordable to be able to bring our student to Utah State.

Home was clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t say enough good things and hope to come back again year after year!

Overall, the house was fine and a good place. However, there were some issues. When we arrived, the sheets were still in the washing machine and the bedding was on the floor. The floors under the couches are EXTREMELY dirty. I attempted to reach both property contacts and had no response. The location was great for going to the Cache County Fairgrounds (walking distance). It also would be helpful to have had basic house products stocked (i.e. paper towels, kitchen rags, dish soap, bath soap, etc.) Overall, we did enjoy our stay but clearly this is not operated by a professional group, I would recommend if you're renting this house to be prepared with some extra supplies than you normally need at a VRBO.

Good for the price. There was a pile of clean laundry left on the couch when we got there. Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood.

The home was nice and very quiet neighborhood. One issue we ran into was that no towels were available. After searching the house we finally found dirty towels which we washed, but the dryer had a hard time drying. We called the property manager and he delivered towels. We were grateful since it was very late at night. An additional issue we ran into later in our stay with no paper towels or kitchen towels. Other than those issues it was a nice stay.

This house was very nice. We stayed over thanksgiving snd the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean and inviting. Two suggestions would be...management should leave the porch light on upon arrival as it was very dark and difficult to get in. There was no toilet paper on one bathroom and just a few squares in the other bathroom so we had to immediately go to the store. That was quite inconvenient. Everything t else was great!

House was nice. Beds where comfortable. Really nice location with easy access to places to eat and major roads to commute. Was disappointed that BOTH outside garbage cans were full when we arrived. We placed one on the curb for pick up when we noticed other where ready for pick up on our fourth day. There were linens drying in the clothes dryer when we got there and I restarted so they would be completely dry. Also we listed that four people would be staying for five days and there was only one extra roll of toilet paper - we had to go purchase some. Plenty of dishes and adequate pots and pans for the meals prepared there. Never contacted anyone about the issues we had - just took care of them. Don't feel real effort was made to have the house ready for us.

Stayed here for the 2020 Bear 100. Good location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Would recommend!

Son got married and the house was fun and relaxing. Only thing that could have made it better was the garbage can was totally full and we had to be creative. Don't think the person put it out on the day it was supposed to be picked up.

We stayed here right at the beginning of all the COVID-19 cancellations and decided to just make a family vacation instead of cancelling since all USU tours were cancelled. It was an exceptional property - plenty of room to keep everyone sane. Checkout day even got to experience an earthquake! Safe, clean, cute, and everything you could need all in one place! 100 stars!

The listing and property were exactly as purported. The location was perfect for us to hang out with son, who is attending school a short distance away. Everything needed was in the house and it was cozy and welcoming.

The house was very clean and had all the household items so that you didn’t have to go buy the every day supplies. Quiet and Beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this house.

It was perfect for us 2 couples and 2 kids for the weekend. We were in Logan for a wedding. It was in a great location. Everything was close by. House was as listed.

The house is cute and we felt at home during our stay. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, bath, and living area. My kids loved the games provided and they learned how to play Life which was a lot of fun. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s nearby the Main Street and major highways. We will be back!

We liked the house, it is modern with modern appliances, bright (a little too bright, I would suggest 2700K led bulbs), excellent location for us, on a nice quiet street across from a park. One note: the house has couches, 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, benches at the dining area table, a foot stool in one of the bedrooms, but not a single chair in the house. We brought 4 folding chairs to use at the dining table. We wanted to be able to lean back and relax during our meals. Yes, would stay at the house again if we visit Logan again.

Loved our stay!!! We walked in and were welcomed with Cinnamon Bread and Coffee which was so sweet :) after a 3 hour drive to get here, we kicked back and enjoyed some, relaxing for a moment before starting the Market. Décor was refreshing and Modern and The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was the upstairs bath needed a bit more cleaning, as well as the refrigerator, when we stocked it with drinks, and the downstairs window in the dining rooms lock was broken so Security was worrisome at night. Other than that our time was limited to just nights as we were out and about all day and enjoyed the Local restaurants~ but the beds were Comfy!!! Thank you for opening your home to us!!!

The house was wonderful and fit all our needs. We enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and wash laundry whenever we needed. My elderly mother cannot climb stairs so the "game room" downstairs with a bathroom right next to it worked out well as her bedroom. However, we carried a mattress from upstairs to lay on the sofa bed to make it much more comfortable. Also, we love watching movies but the DVD player provided only played DVDs so I had to purchase a new DVD/Blue ray player to watch all our Blue ray movies as well as get access to Netflix, vudu, amazon prime, etc. The trash can was already half full so we filled it up within 3-4 days and we would have gladly put it out by the curb if we had known what day the garbage truck came! Overall, we loved the house. It was in a good location and we were comfortable there. There was more than enough blankets and the beds were nice.
