Overall this property was excellent, great location, clean, included beach chairs and beach cooler which was great. The only thing that needs to be updated is the bed, the bed almost felt like sleeping in a hammock it sunk so far, the bed needs to be replaced ASAP for the unit I stayed in.

Grande Bay Surfside studio was perfect for my husband and me. The view was spectacular! We had everything that we needed to make for a great week. The kitchen had a nice size refrigerator, sink, blender, coffee maker and all the necessities we needed. No stove or oven but I wasn’t interested in cooking and it is also stated in the listing. We were met at the ferry by Darrin. He pointed out great restaurants, took us on a quick tour of the property and let us inside the condo. I text him a couple of times for recommendations and he was quick to answer. The management company and the owners were were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was excellent! We will definitely return! Planning our next trip now.

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. I loved having the washer and dryer. The kitchen as great for 2 people for a week. We used the electric plate and toaster for breakfast every morning. If we were staying longer, we would prefer a full kitchen, but this was fine. It was especially helpful to have beach chairs and towels instead of packing them or going without. The location was perfect for walking everywhere in Cruz Bay - so convenient! We rented a dinghy and only had to walk two minutes to launch it. We loved sitting on the balcony at night after dinner. The view was awesome. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo is extremely nice. We had a studio so not huge. Location location location we were closed to cruise bay but we have never been. Views were great. We were amazed how we didn’t have to buy the little things we normally have to buy had a condo ie salt/pepper, cooking spray, paper towels etc. If you needed it and miss placed it mad at you did not need it. Overall experience was a 10+. The people who owner easy to deal with and the management company who checked us and we’re outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

This was a very large suite with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay. Property was immaculate and stocked with everything you need. It is only a couple minutes easy walk to Cruz Bay. The manager was able to obtain a parking permit for us so we saved a lot on parking fees. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is the perfect spot to enjoy paradise! Anna May is very helpful and responds quickly to questions. The studio itself is fabulous! It comes with everything you need during your stay - chairs, coolers (even laundry detergent!). It is perfectly located, a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shopping. The balcony overlooking Cruz Bay is the perfect way to start your day with your morning coffee. If you do rent a jeep, the garage will certainly test your parking skills! Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The staff at Grande Bay was also very friendly and helpful. Finally, Darren from Crandall Property Management was the best, helping us out in a tight spot; he was always available and answered questions immediately. This was our second time staying at Grande Bay with Anna May and we will be back!

The studio at Grande Bay was perfect for our mother daughter vacation! It was so convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The staff there was so helpful especially Cynthia at the front desk. She was so friendly and helped with anything we needed. Wonderful vacation!

Our stay at Surfside Studio was amazing! Over many years, we have stayed outside of town either at the Westin or in a private villa! It was SOOO nice to be near the taxis to get to the beaches and to be near all of the restaurants and bars for meals and drinks and then walk home (our home for 2 weeks) and fall into bed! Our host was most helpful with any questions we had and Darren was so kind to help us with our luggage upon arrival and departure! The studio was beautifully decorated and the view- Oh my gosh- the view was beautiful! We loved waking up and having our coffee in paradise each morning!

A fantastic property in so many ways- from the perfect location overlooking Cruz Bay harbor to the provided amenities. We try to secure this unit very year.

Everything about our stay was amazing! We’ve been coming to St. John for several years now and refuse to stay anywhere other than Grande Bay because of its proximity to so many restaurants, shops, etc. This specific unit was very clean and had a great view as it is in the front building. We would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was perfect for the two of us. Small kitchen for snacks and a grill outside if you wanted to cook. Anything you needed for you stay was there. The washer/dryer was great to have for laundering towels. The location was amazing. The daily view from the condo was something you just can't describe! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the water and in the evening listening to the soft music from the restaurants/bars below. Not loud and ended early. The owners were extremely professional and we would love to rent this unit again.

We loved this unit. The location was amazing and view was stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire unit was clean. The only slight complaint we had were issues with the coolers and chairs- they were pretty worn, although mostly functional (e.g. backpack straps on coolers and chairs broken , one chair would only stay reclined). All in all, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

Thanks to Anna and Property Manager for an enjoyable stay. The condo was in excellent shape and Grande Bay is an excellent location to walk to all Cruz Bay activities.

It's a perfect studio for a couple. Close to town, clean. Exactly as pictured and described. Can't wait to return.

The communication with Anna May and Crandall Property management was great. We were greeted at the ferry dock and brought to the condo. Caribbean Planning stocked our refrigerator with provisions prior to our arrival. Very convenient location to everything in town, we walked everywhere. The condo has a gorgeous view of Cruz Bay, close enough to toss a ball into the water. Great private patio to watch the boats come and go. The bed was very comfortable, amenities were fantastic. Full fridge, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, grill on the patio. A cooler and beach chairs were provided as well as several beach/bath towels. Laundry and laundry detergent provided in the room as well. Nice TV, though we never turned it on because the views were amazing. We rented a car through L&L Jeep rental and were able to park overnight in their lot. Again, very nice to have everything within walking distance. The bathroom, kitchen and entire condo were beautifully decorated and looked fresh and new. We hope to be back very soon!!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Property was very nice and location was spectacular. Liked having washer/dryer in order to have clean beach towels daily. Appreciated being able to use their beach chairs and cooler, however the straps on both the chairs and cooler were broken. Property manager was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Absolutely LOVED our week in paradise!!

Highly recommend this condo in Cruz Bay. Owner Anna was extremely helpfully with questions prior to trip. Studio Unit clean, comfortable, updated bathroom and comfortable king bed. Local property manager Craig met us at the ferry doc and gave us a short tour of Cruz bay by car with recommendations for week. Great places to hike, beaches Solomon bay, honeymoon bay, Maho and trunk bay. Snorkeling and Sea turtles at Maho. Can’t wait to stay again.

Anny May is a perfect and gracious host. The unit could not be more perfect for a single or a couple. Spectacular view from the balcony, and all the amenities one could need either in the unit or on property. Can't wait to return!!

Location is awesome! Came with great amenities, cooler backpacks, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Unit is up to date, clean, and well kept. We decided to rent a Jeep for the week and the main office gave us a parking spot, free of charge. The pool and hot tub are excellent. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck and looking at the water. Very nice place, highly recommend!

The communication from this property was excellent. They had somebody waiting at the ferry to pick us up. We had all of the supplies we needed at location. And we had transportation back to the ferry at the end of our stay.
