Words cannot express how wonderful ray and Gail are and how amazing the condo is! They are a lovely couple who made a last minute vacation become a reality! They were super accommodating and made every effort to go beyond the normal process they use to accommodate us on the fly days before! The condo was clean and beautiful and every room nicer then the next felt bigger then a condo and the view day and night was breathtaking! My parents came with us and could not stop marveling at how perfect the condo was they wanted to buy it and move in and we did to! Thank you ray and Gail for being the best you are a blessing and your home is a blessed place as well! We will be contacting you yearly for sure God willing as my parents are already planning and we just got home haha. We will be in touch God bless you! And the sea shack!

This property is exactly as advertised. It is very well maintained with new or like new appliances. All finishes were tasteful and beautiful. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Check in was not really required due to the way the property owner interacts with the person renting the property. It was seamless. The ocean views from the 12th floor were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is roomy and fully upgraded along with a million-dollar 12th floor ocean front view with connecting balconies in the living room and MBR. The décor is beach themed and is perfect for the setting. The unit is abundantly equipped with everything you need for eating in if you choose. The amenities are plentiful and accessible. The owners are fantastic to deal with and the entire transaction was seamless. I highly recommend!

This property was the best condo we have have stayed in at Ocean Creek in our yearly visits in the past 25 years. The unit was spotless when we arrived and completely updated. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The ocean view is second to none !

We have gone through VRBO for all our trips to Myrtle Beach. This propety truly stands out. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We were able to see the sunrise each morning from the balcony. Shops and retail stores 5 minutes away. The owners are very considerate and accommodating as well. We created a ton of memories here.This property is definitely 5 star and highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

The overall process was so easy and the owners can't do enough for you. They are very nice people and are very concerned about your stay. They have a lot of information in and around the area and are just a call away if needed.

The Sea Schak is exactly as described and pictured on VRBO. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out yet we all enjoyed dinners around the table together in this beautifully decorated, updated condo with an incredible view! We are picky when it comes to a clean place to stay and Sea Schak made us feel like we were in a brand new home. The kitchen was very well equipped! We do love to eat out, but our budget always has us prepping a few meals. You will love the kitchen! Location - location - location! The 12th floor views were spectacular and the condo is right off the elevator which means you are always just steps away from the beach, the pools and your car. On Monday nights at 10, you can enjoy a huge fireworks display by just stepping out the door and viewing from the balcony. All who came out to watch applauded in the end. Barefoot Landing is right across from Ocean Creek - lots of great shopping and dining to be had there! Oh! And, I failed to mention that Ray and Gail have three comfy beach chairs and 3 boogie boards along with sand toys provided for their guests to use. They are conveniently located in a locker near the pools and on your way to the beach. We love that the beach has lifeguards, is clean and is not overcrowded. We would definitely love to return one day to the Sea Schak! Gail and Ray care about their home and have thought of just about everything to make your vacation nothing short of relaxing and memorable!

Our family had a wonderful time at Ocean Creek! Ray and Gail’s condo was perfect! My husband, teenager, and 8 and 9 year olds fit very comfortably in this condo. The bathrooms were amazing and the kitchen has everything you need! Having a locker out by the beach was very convenient, and the chairs provided were very comfy. The only problem was that the week went by way too quickly! We hope to return again soon!!

My family and I had a wonderful time!! The owners were very communicative, the condo had everything that we needed and was very clean! The view was spectacular, although we had a few cooler days, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and made awesome memories! I highly recommend renting from these owners!!

Awesome property,very relaxing,outstanding location and unit is flawless!

The condo unit itself is absolutely stunning. Top notch views and comfortable furnishings/bedding. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the tower building it is located in. It is in a state of disrepair and the outdoor pool was closed for the entirety of our stay, which is unfortunate. That being said, these were minor issues and didn’t prevent us from having a great time. Gail and Ray were wonderful and attentive hosts as well.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The condo was beautiful and spotless and the views were breathtaking. Our hosts were outstanding to deal with. We will absolutely be back again!

Property was exactly as represented; very clean, well appointed, beautiful views along with great owners to navigate the process. The location is excellent, whether you enjoy the beach, golf, shopping.........or the many local restaurants, it was truly a great week, Ray and Gail (owners) even managed a perfect week of weather.

Our family has been vacationing at Ocean Creek in Myrtle Beach for many years. This year's accommodations in the South Tower HH12 were the very best . Ray and Gail's Sea Shack is like a model condo. Every room is exceptionally furnished and decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

Ray and Gail’s condo is superb! Everything from when booked it until our trip went very smooth. They were very accessible when any questions we had! Their unit is newly renovated and was very clean on arrival! You will not be disappointed with your stay. Ocean Creeks beach area is clean and not overcrowded. We will stay here again!

Nice, but construction going on in the complex took away from the quiet and relaxing vibe that I am sure is normally there.

To me, vacations are meant to be relaxing and stress free. That is exactly what you get when you stay at the Sea Schak! We previously stayed at a condo in the North Tower, owned by the Schak's, and knew we had to find them again for this years vacation. Communication is always excellent with Ray and Gail and we knew that the condo would be clean, comfortable and very well stocked. It takes us about 7.5 hrs to get to M.B. and the less we have to pack, the better! Security checks at the entrance and patrolling the grounds make you feel safe. The covered parking is excellent to keep your vehicle shaded and dry. The carts to take your luggage and groceries to/from the condo is so helpful. The view of the ocean and ever-changing creek is just breathtaking. The beach locker is useful so you don't have to drag beach stuff and sand to and from the condo each day. The short driving distance to our favorite places and restaurants, our favorites being Broadway at the Beach and Nacho Hippo. Ray and Gail even have a notebook of restaurant menus so you can get some helpful ideas of where to eat. Their condo is all about having a personal touch to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Having a washer/dryer in the condo means less packing and not having to head home with bags of dirty laundry. Beautifully decorated and comfy. They have truly thought of everything and it is obvious that they love this place as much as you will. A few recommendations: bring a cast net and bucket to catch shrimp, crabs and fish in the creek, bring some lettuce to feed the turtles and ducks, head out to dinner around 4/5 pm to beat the lines, head to Murrell's Inlet and walk the Marsh Walk. So many things to do. Much love and many thank you's to the Schak's for giving us the opportunity to make excellent memories again this year!!

First Class place!

This was our 4th stay at ocean creek in the south tower. This condo was spectacular in every way and our favorite. Every room has been renovated and impeccably decorated. The condo feels like and extension of the sea. It was super clean and had everything we could want. The pictures on line do not capture the actual beauty of this place. It’s a special place owned by special people. Look no further!

A wonderful condo that takes your breath away the minute you walk in. The view of the ocean and tidal pool is out of this world. Ray and Gail are the best to work with when scheduling your stay in their condo and they even call to make sure everything is to your liking once you are there. The condo has everything need to enjoy your week and is very clean. There is plenty to do with teenagers and younger children. Weather was great with mid 60's the first of the week and climbing to high 70's by mid week. The beach locker was great to have near the beach for easy access to chairs and sand toys. You will not be disappointed in staying here. We will return!!

This is a beautiful, well kept, and clean 3 bedroom condo with an excellent view of the ocean and tidal pool that changes with the tide. Gail and Ray provide for all your needs and are the best folks to rent from. upon arrival, they called to make sure I had arrived and that everything was to me liking and met my needs. The location is fabulous and right across from barefoot landing w/ many places to eat. you really do not need a car if you don't mind a small walk to shopping and dining. The condo is well furnished and provides an amazing view from an ocean front balcony. Although bigger than what I needed (female traveling alone), I truly enjoyed my stay in this spacious condo and it would be perfect for a family and or girls weekend. Gail and Ray, even provide a locker with beach chairs and toys right next to the beach. This is a big plus for families with children! This kitchen is well stocked and even some initial trash bags, dish soap, paper towels were provided. My first time renting from Ray and Gail but definitely will not be my last. I am spreading the word on this gem of a find for beach vacationing. You will not be disappointed if you choose this as your beach vacation spot.

My husband and teenage children stayed at this beautiful condo in early June 2014. The owners Ray and Gail were so nice and helpful with every aspect of our vacation. The unit was really clean and the amenities were awesome. You can't beat the view off of the balcony - just beautiful. The beach bar and beach locker were so convenient. My girl friends and I have been coming to the "Sea Schak" for the past five years. We have been coming to MB for our "Girl's Beach Trip" for 25 years and this is our favorite Condo in Myrtle Beach! The Condo is beautifully decorated, very clean (you feel like you are walking around in your home and not in rented unit (we felt comfortable not wearing slippers :)), pretty plush towels, kitchen is well stocked, state of the art washer and dryer, breath taking views, and centrally located to all of the great sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. in MB. We look forward to going back to this lovely condo each year!

We absolutely loved spending our Christmas in this condo. It was so refreshing and relaxing for our family to spend a week. We were all in a real need for a vacation and this was the perfect place to stay for our retreat. Quite and clean, we could not have asked for anything better. We appreciated the kindness of the owners. We hope to return to this condo again very soon.

Upon arrival we knew this was going to be like paradise. The view was refreshing and wonderful. There were beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Everything was perfect. Very clean and up to date. The kitchen had everything imaginable and then some. The full size washer and dryer came in handy. The condo was very roomy. the owners Ray and Gail were very easy to communicate with and they were always prompt in there responses. They called on the first day to make sure everything was ok. It was more than ok it was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Gail and Ray were perfect hosts and very easy to deal with; The condo was immaculate and homey and very comfortable; The view from the balcony is awesome! This will be our go to place from now on!

The owners have done an excellent job decorating this beautiful condo. It was well stocked, along with a locker filled with beach toys and chairs.The view from the balcony was very restful and relaxing. We would definitely recommend and/or return to The Schak. The owners were extremely helpful and called shortly after our arrival-to answer any questions. Very enjoyable !!!!
