Vadim was our host he was very nice ! We stayed in Suite G and was exceptional everything very clean and we had and amazing stay loved it ! Will definetly stay there again!

We were just looking for a reasonably-priced place to spend a couple of nights away at the beach. This place was perfect. Very clean. Easy check-in. Short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions. If I'm in this area again, I will definitely consider staying here again!

Vadim goes out of his way to ensure your stay is comfortable. My unit had all the amenities one would need for an extended stay. Location is a short walk to the beach.

Easy to find, studio “G” was just as described, except steps to the beach means walking about 2 blocks across main road to the public beach access. This was the only thing, I thought it was a lot closer for my husband to get to but it wasn’t. We the Indian Rocks, we will be back!

We just finished a weekend stay and everything was great! The bed was super comfortable (it's a memory foam mattress), the place was clean, and it was less than 400 steps from the room to the sand. Vadim was very responsive with any questions, which were mainly about doing an early check in and late check out. We'd definitely book this place again.

My husband and I used to visit Indian Rocks Beach when we were in College back in the late 70's. My what a change 45-50 years make!! ha ha..... It is such an awesome little town. We came because my grandson had his 1st "All Star" baseball game at the Indian Rocks baseball field (walking distance from our VRBO.) Now we want to return to Indian Rocks to visit the many restaurants and spend more time on the beach and in the enjoyable, warm gulf waters!! The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and roomy! The bed and hide a bed were very comfortable! The TV could be angled in any direction and the AC was quiet and very worked well!!! The owners supplied everything you could possibly need and a very easy walk to the beach. They supplied beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, pack-n-play an even a high chair! Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in was super simple. I loved the little privacy fenced porch off the back of our unit, and there was a very nice grassy area to walk my pups! The weather was perfect, and there was a nice gulf breeze. The unit had a really nice sitting area outside in the front with a nice gas grill! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

This VRBO was half a block from the ocean. Beautiful rental very cozy and quiet. Will definitely be staying in IRB again very soon…….

Literally, The only thing we would’ve liked better is if it had a bigger shower! The decor was very cute. The people that were the other guests were amazing there wasn’t anything you could’ve wanted that wasn’t available and very close. You might want to bring your Keurig.

This spot was a nice location for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. The check-in process was easy and property manager was easy to reach if needed. Our only complaint would be the fold out bed mattress...it was incredibly uncomfortable. The bed mattress was much nicer.

I’m from the area, I’ve stayed at many places in Indian shores, Indian rocks, Clearwater, siesta key, etc.
I would not recommend this unless your under a time constraint. The place was okay. Wasn’t the cleanest but the bathroom and kitchen were nice. Decor was odd. Back porch was dirty. Hall of the grout work in the tiles looked dirty.
Check in was really easy besides parking. Originally the parking spot given to us, spot G literally had my car sticking out into the street. The property manager did fix this issue quickly.
My only other issue was that the property manager wouldn’t answer my questions until after I paid for the place and didn’t answer anything until right before my trip was.
Other than that the trip was great. Food in the area is okay, nothing amazing. The beach was beautiful, as always.
Would recommend to book your trip far in advanced, spend a little more $$, and get a place on the water or something much more luxurious. The on the water condos and homes in area are worth it. The views are amazing.

My husband and i just wanted to get away for a few days and relax in the sun and on the beach..We did not want a crowd and Indian Rocks Beach was just the ticket....Our studio was very clean and beautifully decorated with a seaside theme...Hats off too the decorater...the beach was indeed just a few min. walk from the studio the sand was white and the water turquoise the sunsets were spectacular..we will def. come again.

Charming beach apartment
Lovely, well decorated apartment near the beach with all amenities needed. You do have to cross a fairly busy street to get to a very nice beach though. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect getaway
My husband and I experienced was exceptional! The place was everything we expected and the best part not to far from the beach! We was also nice that it was pet friendly we have to fur babies and they also enjoyed their stay! We will definitely be coming back to stay hopefully sooner than later!

Clean and comfortable property
Very comfortable overall. The pictures and description of the property were accurate. Very quiet and a short walk to a gorgeous clean beach. An upgrade to the bedding and the bath towels would be nice addition to the unit.

Indian Rocks Beach Studio
Initially we got the impression the property was right off the beach, but it was only a block away. Overall, this is a great location. We could walk to dinner, to breakfast, and to the beach. It is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Note, shower is small.

The place is very well kept, with more updates planned. It is located within close walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants, but still not in a busy area! Our unit was perfect for us. The owner is easily accessible and friendly if any needs arise. We will definitely be going back!

A wonderful 1BR apt nearby everything
Loved your place, both IN and the nice OUTDOOR PATIO. we could walk everywhere we needed to go. And it was an easy drive along the coastline to Treasure Island, Madeira Beach and St Petersburg.
Only complaint was regarding the bed. My husband found it more comfy to sleep on the unopened sleeper couch.
Overall would highly recommend.

Great pet friendly place!
Had a wonderful long weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday with a friend and his dog. Neighborhood very quiet despite being a holiday weekend with many people around and unit was as pictured in very clean condition upon arrival. Great communication with owner/manager for check-in and out process. Informational binder provided on dresser was a great touch.
My only constructive criticism is to install screens on more of the louvered windows, most nights were quite comfortable to open the windows but we didn't want to potentially let any pests in so we stuck with the AC unit.

Lil get away
This place is very nice. Just a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. Suite g had a back door with table and chairs with privacy. That was the best!!

We stayed in the studio and it was perfect!
My husband and I took a little "stay-cation" for 4 nights and it was perfect. 10 minute stroll to the beach and plenty of fun little bars and restaurants close by. Accurate listing and very easy check-in and check-out process. The Host is top-notch in my book!

The facility was great….just enough for what we needed. The location in regard to the beach was pretty good. Probably most importantly was the description on the website. It was exactly as presented….everything as it said. We appreciated that. No surprises

Great location
This place was within short walking distance to the beach which was great. Providing chairs and umbrellas for beach use was ideal. The only con is the shower being on the smaller side and the shower head not having good pressure. I’d recommend a hand held shower device to make getting clean easier. I could have used more beach towels or linen in general but forgot to ask. Property manager was always great with communication. The bed wasn’t the comfiest as it creaked while trying to adjust sleeping throughout the night but I’m sure a few minor updates would help. Overall I’d definitely stay here again!
