Our group had a lovely stay in this well equipped, comfortable and warm house. The location is quiet and beautifully located, backing onto the Girraween National park.
The views from the front verandah across the region to the distant mountains were particularly spectacular. A great spot for a morning cuppa or an afternoon snifter of your favourite tipple.
We loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppertree Cottage. The house was well appointed, comfortable and very clean.
We took our dog and he loved the large well fenced yard.
Thank you for sharing with wonderful piece of paradise, the sunset views over the dam were a special treat.

Beautiful property with a great fully fenced yard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a beautiful -2c morning on the 10th of June. I would recommend one thing, salt, pepper and olive oil be kept in the kitchen.

This was a lovely place to stay. The house itself was spacious and well equiped.
We were particularly impressed withe disability friendly bathroom, ramp into the house and spacious hall ways. Highly recommend in this regard.

We stayed for 3 nights with friends and family over Easter. We loved the location, the wildlife, the firepit and the we'll set up kitchen. The TV was new since the last time we stayed and was enjoyed by the kids. Some of the furniture is older and in need of an upgrade but overall very comfortable with lots of spaces to relax or hang out for games, drinks or a chat. The sunsets over the dam are also gorgeous. We love it here and will be back again. Thanks for having us back!

We had an enjoyable stay at Pepper Tree house. Enjoyed a fire on Christmas Eve and Christmas lunch on the veranda. Nice having A/C in all of the bedrooms. Have a tranquil and relaxing stay with family.

We stayed at Mary's property for a long weekend and it was warm, and well equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of firewood and heated floor in the bathroom was an added perk! Navigating the driveway in a low car in the dark was difficult but manageable. Internet reception was poor, although we didn't mind. Would stay again as it was great for a large group!

A lovely and well equipped home for a few days getaway. Situated in a beautiful spot with an abundance of wild life and is a short drive to wineries and the National Park. I must do!

We were looking for somewhere to stay with our dog where he had space to run around without getting into trouble. Peppertree did not disappoint. Large fenced yard, beautifully maintained house, fireplace, heating, outdoor fire pit, all the amenities you need for a relaxing couple of days in wine country. The view of sunset from the deck is magical! Property manager met us on arrival and explained everything, so easy and very helpful. We can’t wait to return for another visit. 5 stars!

This was our second stay and the property was exactly how we remembered it.
The property was spotless and Had everything we needed.
We enjoyed wine tasting at Pyramid Wines and dinner at Balancing Heart Winery, all only a 5 minute drive from the property.
The property is private and secluded but not to far from Giraween National Park and some amazing wineries.

4 adults and 3 kids had a wonderful time at the cottage. Plenty of space inside and out. Fire pit was fantastic in the evenings especially when it was -3! Everyone loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Our yearly winter trip to Pepper Tree is something our family looks forwards to each year. The dogs were very happy running around in the large enclosed property and we always enjoy too many toasted marshmallows at the firepit. Thank you Mary for your warm welcome. Can't wait to come back again next year :)

We had a lovely stay at this charming property. The location was fantastic for Giraween National Park and some great wineries and the children loved roaming and playing in the large yard. The outside and inside fires were a nice treat.

This property has everything you need and more. The piano was a winner with my children. After daily hiking, they spent many hours in the living room with the fire on and play and sing. The outdoor fire pit set up was ver enjoyable as well. We would start the fire pit going from 4, sit in serenity and watch the Sun set over the pond. We had a great time. Thanks Pepper Tree.

My partner, our two dogs and I had a great time at Wyberba. The cottage is lovely and comfortable and it was so nice warming up in front of the fire place of an evening. Highly recommend this place

Didn't expect the other 2 bedrooms to be blocked off as sometimes if my husband snores I like to sleep in another room. But I am sure Mary would have unlocked another one if we'd asked. Our fav part of the stay was breakfast and dinner on the porch watching enjoying the views. The sky at night is breathtaking when all lights are turned off.. A few mins away is a great little winery that does live music and dinner. Great getaway.

This is our second time at Peppertree. The seclusion yet easy access to national parks & town is a big attraction. The house is very clean and comfortable. Lovely big bathroom ,sunsets are magic. Altogether peaceful.

Very clean and tidy. Loved the outdoor fire pit and the indoor fire place kept the house warm on the cool spring nights.
Kangaroos and wallabies just over the fence, and oh so many wineries!!!

A delightful place to stay to "get away from it all"! Spectacular view from the verandah, comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including games. A short drive away from Girraween National Park walks, wineries & Stanthorpe. Wonderful host! Superb place to re-connect with nature and recharge your soul.:-)

Pepper Tree was perfect for our family get together. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed and more in a lovely location. Just a short drive to Girraween NP... the grandkids loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A very well cared for Country escape with real privacy and seclusion. Loved being pretty much disconnected from the real world for a few days...Our pooch loved the freedom to roam as well.

We came to Stanthorpe to visit the wineries as a group of 3 couples.There were many wineries close by our accommodation around Ballandean. The house itself was clean, spacious and charming. The Queen beds and single beds were very comfortable and the linen/towels provided were also good quality. The fireplace was a special treat for the cooler nights. The extra toilet was also handy with a larger group. A very pleasant and relaxing stay in the country but not far from Stanthorpe and all other attractions. Nice old house in a pretty, peaceful country location, just down the road from Girraween National Park. Plenty of space to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us. Everything we needed was provided, including plenty of firewood for the chilly evenings. Mary was very welcoming and helpful and flexible re departure time because there was no-one coming in that day. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.
