The location was fantastic, the facility was beyond expectations, the owner and people who work there were so accommodating. Highly, highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Tommy's on the Beach. Our family rented the entire building of condos. We loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. The kayaks and paddle boards were great to use every morning when the ocean was calm. The condos were well stocked with everyday necessities including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We really appreciated how the owner paid so much attention to detail to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. It was also nice that the doors open up on each floor between condos. We can't wait to return next year!!!

This place was so perfect for our family reunion: 15 adults and 8 kids. The set up with 6 units was perfect because grandparents had the top floor units and each of the 4 families with children had their own unit. The owner and the property manager were great and responsive. The property had numerous amenities; more than I anticipated and more than at other beach rentals. The property is ideal for kids (ranging from 11 months to 5 years) and adults. Pool was fenced in and great for the kids because it wasn’t too deep. Location was outstanding: steps from the beach and close to restaurants. By the end of the week, it was unanimous that everyone wanted to return.

From the moment we walked in to our units, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. As a family of 20, we rented the entire building. We have 10 grandchildren ages 2-11. This is a turn key property. There were pool toys, rafts, skim boards, kayaks and paddle boards for the kids and parents to enjoy. The pool is heated which the kids loved! The sunsets were incredible. Each unit was fully equipped for the individual families. We rent homes on the beach each year and the kids want to go back here next year. The french bakery right in front of the home does not disappoint! The owner did everything perfectly!!

The condo was perfect for each family. The only complaint each family had, the afternoon sun coming in the window….needed blinds . We will book again.

I loved the feel of this property. The house has a unique architecture to it and the 3 condos were nice to accommodate 3 separate families. The House could use a bit of TLC as well as the included amenities (fishing poles, sand toys, paddles, games, etc. ). Some of these items were broken or missing. It would be nice if they would periodically replenish these items. It was so nice having the paddle board and kayak on hand. we thoroughly enjoyed playing with those. The futons are very nice, as far as futons are concerned. The highlight of this property is definitely the yard!!! we brought hammocks and hung them in the trees, grilled and ate outside, enjoyed a fire pit most nights and the kids had so much room to run around and play. Most beach houses I have stayed at do not have a yard so this was really nice. We did have issues finding firewood. I would pay extra for a stocked firewood supply. I would definitely recommend this place. Great for families and young children. Also, there are restaurants/bar directly behind the house for people who fly in and don't have a rental car.

We had a superb time at this beach house - Patrice was a delight to work with. Would highly recommend for a large group gathering!

This is the perfect place for a family reunion. Walk to the beach an amazing backyard, restaurants, and amenities are walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay here. Apartments were really nice and we had plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the water boards. Thank you for renting to us.

Great location and experience but just a bit overpriced.

The units were comfortable and clean, perfect for our family vacation. We loved the great outdoor space and the proximity to the beach. We’d stay here again!

We loved this property. We had 15 people of all ages in our group. The property had everything we needed and more. Bein. Right on the beach w our own yard was amazing!!

I have stayed in a lot of these rentals this is by far the best one ! And I even had my wedding here.. it is stocked to the tee they don't ask very much of you as far as check out responsibility. The owner and the manger are kind and very accomadating .. We will be back this home is beautiful nd perfect as far as rentals go.. We also rented the whole entire property so we experienced every unit.. old florida key west feel .. it's amazing and we havent even checked out yet.. Thank you Patrice and Rita this was wonderful. Love the newlyweds

A little dated, but super clean and comfortable. We had a party of 16. Everything worked out well. Location is excellent. Host Rita, just fabulous. We want to come back next year!

We had a wonderful time at your Resort would definitely go there again for vacation

We spent a week at Tommy's on the Beach and had a great time. Our large group (15 adults and kids) rented all 3 units (the entire complex) and made it our own. One of the unit has a large kitchen, and we made that the main kitchen for entire group. There is also a large deck area, which is a great place for nightly family dinner. All 3 units look out to a large courtyard area. Patrice has the place stocked with deck chairs, beach supplies and games, everything you would want for the beach or a game of badminton. There is a large gas grill as well as a charcoal grill. She was kind enough to make sure that we have lots of gas for the barbecue. There is a large laundry room and plenty of parking. The property is very well situated. There is a bakery right in front of the house. A decent Thai restaurant is also directly in front. there are lots of places down the street to rent kayaks and paddle boards. There is really everything that you will need here. Just bring your swim suit and your good attitude and come ready to have fun. Patrice was very responsive to emails. We booked the place 11 months before the trip. About 3 months prior to the date, Hurricane Irma blew through the Tampa area. Patrice was kind enough to let us know that all was well with the property, and we were set for the family reunion. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this property.

The bride & grooms families all came down & stayed 5 days at Tommy's on the Beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and since the weather was cooler, we made good use of the fire pit. There were plenty of chairs inside and out. The new owner Patrice has done quite a bit of updating. The beds were sooo comfortable, even better than 4 & 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The bedding also was plush and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds! There are new curtains & futon mattresses. Lots of new art. And brand new siphon toilets. We have stayed a few times at the south unit and really noticed the upgrades. Plan on staying there for our next beach vacation. Oh and the restaurants are "right there". Sandy's on the Beach is excellent for breakfast, the Paris Cafe great for sweets....and the seafood restaurant across the street 18 on the Beach- I think was the name- had fresh everything- crab cakes, coconut shrimp, grouper, and a good variety of cocktails. Everything was well priced. Can't wait for our next trip to Tommy's on the Beach! Kudos to Patrice for the updates and the grounds were green & gorgeous as always.

Three separate families (6 adults and 4 children) were easily accommodated in all 3 units of this rental. My family really appreciated its retro feel in the building and design. Ms Patrice the owner was so easy to work with in making our payments and all 3 units were sparkling clean on our arrival. The bath and beach towels were generous in number, the beds very comfortable, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys for our 10 year to 5 year old grandchildren were also plentiful. The proximity to the beach can not be beat! The units were so well stocked that we needed nothing but groceries for our stay. The location is a very easy drive to the Clearwater Beach area with its many activities and restaurants and also within easy driving distance to several great Indian Rocks Beach restaurants. This property made for a most memorable stay for our family and we all would love to return soon.

We are so pleased with our stay at tommys on the beach. The house is filled with all you need and then some. It is right on the water and the views and beach are to die for. The units are spacious, beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The owners are responsive and pay attention to every detail. The amenities outside of the unit are awesome as well, we used the grill, the beach, fire pit and the games. We are already planning our next trip for the same location next year!

Owners were very helpful upon arrival, the outside areas out towards the beach are amazing! The bathrooms could use a little updating but nothing that would make us not stay there again. We had an amazing vacation/wedding at this house and would recommend it to families looking for a place to get away that don't want to be in a single unit.

We used Tommy's to our family together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect, laid back and right on the beach. The owners, Tom & Jan Bowers, are very congenial and work with their guests to insure that your time at their vacation rental is as perfect as possible. For us, it helped that the weather was near perfect too. We certainly plan to come back again.

What a fabulous place to take vacation. Rented the entire beach house for our 'family vacation.' Was perfect and provided the privacy we needed and yet had us all at one place. Was everything it advertised and more; down to the sun sales to keep the afternoon sun off the decks. The owners were marvelous to work with, even touching base midweek to see if we had any concerns or needs. Am definitely saving this location for future consideration. OUR VACATION WAS GREAT AT THIS VERY BEACHY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WE DID FIRES AT THE FIREPIT AND WATCHED THE SUNSET ON THE BEACH EVERY NIGHT. THERE WAS ALSO GREAT RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE APARTMENT AND OUR DOG WA HAPPY BEING WITH US AS WELL. JAN AND TOMMY WERE GREAT HOSTS AND THEY LET US STAY AS LONG AS WE WANTED ON THE DAY OF OUR DEPARTURE. WE DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!
