Great location

If you are looking for a beautiful stay with all you will need for daily life, this is your place. Clean and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. I was worried about no air conditioning, however with the sunshade and the amazing trade winds, you will be comfortable. The management is amazing to work with. I would definitely book with them and this condo again.

The code to enter didn’t work at first. Has to call for correct number. Then when we arrive the room hasn’t been clean from the last tenant. Not how we wanted to start our trip especially been on a very long flight. After about an hour or so time someone came to clean the room.. it’s took way over two hours to bring the room to cleaning conditions. Very upsetting , we didn’t have time to even put on swim suite or to process the situation. Owner granted us some money back. Not an ideal start to a trip, not sure if I would use the app for booking again…

Two beds two baths allowed my friend and I plenty of room. Kitchen has all you need, including a blender. Beaches near here are fantastic for snorkeling, kids, sunbathing, swimming. Small waves and very little current. Great state beach and preserved coastline to the south. Mattresses good, kitchen has been updated.

Loved the condo, which was stocked with everything we needed for the two-week stay. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, even some bottles of aloe for days when we got too much sun. The communication from hosts was great and check in was straightforward.

Unforgettable

very simple.

This condo was perfect, it had everything in it and the ocean view was perfect, pool was clean, the grounds were cleaned daily, all rules were enforced at the said times, we will be back to this unit!!!! Worth every penny, loved the clean unit, Beds were very nice and comfortable. Thank you Linda, got veryprompt responses when I asked a question.... Will highly recommend!!! Thanks again for a lovely vacation!!

We had a week in Jan 2018 and had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment has everything you could need for a holiday, we loved the beach chairs. The beach is across the road and several restaurants nearby.

My family loved the condo. It was a home away from home with a second bedroom with twin beds for the two teens plus their own bathroom. We used the lanai a lot and enjoyed looking out on the beautiful Maui coast. There's a great kitchen that's well-stocked. The open floor plan is great for spending time together while in the kitchen, the living area and the lanai. If you read other reviews, you might note that this condo no longer has AC, but it has lots of fans and with the screen door locked at night we felt 100% comfortable leaving the doors open in the front and back to allow for maximum breeze. The owner has ceiling fans in every room, including the bathrooms, plus there are extra fans to position where you need them. We snorkeled at the beach across the street and were greeted by sea turtles everyday. This area of the island seems perfect for access to all you want closeby! We are already planning to come back soon!

I have stayed at the Park Shore for over 10 years, so know the complex. It is well managed and the units are great for the location. This unit is perfect for the view. Owner is great and responsive. It was clean and well furnished, with wifi and Tv in all rooms Definitely recommend to all JWP

Loved everything about Maui Parkshore- pool, Condo, location!!

We enjoyed our time in Maui, it was our 3rd time to stay at Maui Park Shore. Its easy, convenient and cost effective. Our Unit was clean and comfortable. Dealing with Linda was extremely enjoyable. We would highly recommend the property. Being across from Beach III made it easy to enjoy the sun in close proximity to the condo.

My two young sons and I had a great time at this condo, which was in impeccable condition when we arrived and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is brand new and has all the cooking gear you could possibly need, I loved cooking there. There were 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board, as well as small cooler. The best thing about the condo is the lanai and the view! the kitchen and living room have wall to wall sliding doors to the very large lanai, and has a beautiful view of the beach across the parking lot and the street. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The trees at the beach cover the spot where the sun sets, but you can still see the changing colors of the ocean and the sky, it was spectacular! The complex is right across the street from Kamaole beach IIII, which after visiting many beaches in Maui, I concluded was my favorite to spend the day. It has a lovely cove with lots of rocks with coral to snorkel, without having to go very far, so perfect for children, and I saw at least one big turtle there everyday. Next to the cove is a longer strip of sandy beach with enough waves to do body surfing, without the waves being too strong, and a lifeguard, so it is perfect for children and for relaxing in the water. There is a pool in the complex too, not huge, but good enough for relaxing when the beach is too windy. Just a few blocks away there are shops, places to eat, and snorkel gear rental places. Highly recommend Maui Gelato, just a few blocks away or 3 minutes by car, had the best shaved ice, locally made gelato, and Belgian waffles. There is a healthfood market nearby, and a regular market too, and just a few minutes more by car there is a Foodland supermarket and the Kihei Kalama village with more bars, restaurants and artisans. The owner of the condo was very friendly and accommodating and responded right away to all my questions. We found everything just as it looks in the pictures, except the living room that had brand new sofas, actually nicer than the ones you see in the picture! The entrance is on the opposite side of the lanai, facing Haleakala and the backyard of the complex which is landscaped with tall tropical plants. The two bedrooms have windows facing this side, which meant that every morning I woke up listening to tons of birds, it was truly magical. Overall, I think staying in Kihei was a great decision and I would definitively stay at this condo again if I come back to Maui!!

The location of this condo is excellent- walking distance to shops, restaurants, across the street from Kamaole III and a short drive to many other great beaches. The spacious lanai was a perfect extension of this bright condo's living space and the lanai sun shade was helpful to reduce the heat and glare from the afternoon sun. We loved the floor plan of the condo with the updated kitchen right off the lanai and the bedrooms at the back of the unit. The screen door at the back and ceiling fans in all the rooms provided a wonderful breeze and kept the condo very comfortable. The water tap at the foot of the stairs was great for washing sand off your feet before heading up to the condo. Linda (owner) was excellent to deal with during the entire process - all my many questions were responded to very quickly. When we return to Maui, we would definitely stay here again.

This is a great condo, it is in a fabulous location and has all the amenities one could want. Loads of beach equipment from fins and snorkels to chairs and umbrellas. Very clean and easy to keep clean. A great lanai with a full size table was an awesome way to have morning coffee and reflect on the day. Great view of the sunsets, and loads of turtles at the beach. Communication with the owner was great with everything done in a timely manner. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and so many places within walking distance. An excellent unit and I would recommend it.

Absolutely loved the condo! It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for everything from cooking to spending time on the beach! We were able to do all the cooking we wanted and enjoyed the use of the grilling area. The view from the lanai was awesome, not just the sunsets, but one of the mornings I was up early, the moon reflecting on the ocean was absolutely gorgeous. The roll down sun shade on the lanai was wonderful for keeping out the afternoon sun. With the second bedroom, the condo was large enough for our family along with my father who came along to help with the kids and show us around his former home-town. It is right across the street from Kam Beach 3, which has perfect areas for snorkelling, boogie boarding, playing in the sand, and enjoying the ocean. Unlike other beaches, the sand was white and very fine, perfect for the kids to dig in and build sand castles. The pool area looked very nice, however, with the beach so close we ended up skipping the pool. Appreciated the hose and shower at the bottom of the stairs for getting off unwanted sand on the way in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home. In Kihei you can also find plenty of places to shop, get groceries, rent equipment/gear for snorkelling and other water activities, and Ululani's, one of the best places to get shaved ice.
