We were warmly greeted by our hosts Steve and Darcy. Lovely small cottage with nice amenities and access to hot tub and pool. Lovely yard and patio to rest and relax before and after our granddaughter's wedding We would highly recommend a stay.

Birthday celebration with several small groups of friends over the 3 day stay. Beautiful surroundings and comfortable cottage with everything you need to feel like home.

The water features are all around. Hot tub, pool, and fountains. Lovely hosts and K9's. We had such a wonderful time! The cottage is charming inside and out. Everything you need and cute as can be. Plus a perfect porch. We were here for an event but would come just to hang out. Not one to gush most of the time, I could go on and on about this property. We simply loved it! Greg & Loreen

It was perfect! It was close to The university. Very private on a quiet street. The house itself was beautiful. The owner made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our son will be in school for another three years and this is where we will stay in the future when we visit.

Stayed in Chico for our annual poker game with friends. This was the perfect spot. Private entrance, beautiful yard, near downtown. It was right near a nice little creek. The house was really cozy, and they had everything for us. Even eggs in the fridge, and English muffins. They provided plenty of snacks and I was very grateful. The yard was exceptional. It felt very private and cozy. The hosts were really nice and laid back. Thank you so much for everything. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about the hosts and the cottage and atmosphere. We were up in Chico for Alumni weekend and my boyfriends birthday (both Chico grads!). It was easy communication with the hosts. The little gems of snacks and kind offer to purchase simple items before our arrival was indeed enjoyable and such a courtesy! The dogs who we met were so friendly and adorable, it made our stay even more pleasant. The cottage was great - many linens, lotions, hair products, stocked condiments, kitchen tools, etc. was like we had lived there. TV service to watch sports and movies - fantastic. Location made travel to downtown Chico easy. Well lit backyard in the evening. BBQ area wasn't used, but looked great. We did use the hot tub after my BF played in the alumni lacrosse game (we are getting a little older!) and the pool was cleaned the day we arrived. Wonderful play to lay out and have some chips and relax. Cannot say enough about this home, the feels, and the hosts. Don't pass it up!
