We have had 3 years in a row of amazing vacations at this home. Julia truly is the most outstanding host and this property is incredibly maintained and stocked with everything one could need. We love it all!!!!

We had a wonderful time and this home had EVERYTHING for fun and practical needs. Julia is amazing and has thought of everything! We had ages 3-80 and every detail of our stay was perfection!!

Our family of 8 gathered from the St. Louis and Dallas areas for a 5-night stay. Amazzzzing experience!! First, the location—one of THE best on the lake! We lived on the dock every day, all day—floating in the water, kayaking, paddle boarding, lounging. The dock is expansive, the chairs comfy, the water toys plentiful. And the beach towels—so many! The flat yard (a “must have” for our family) was perfect for corn hole in the evenings and the fire pit brought us together before saying “good night”. The kitchen was perfect for multiple hands to help prepare meals—very well equipped! The entire house was extremely clean and well maintained. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families, with space to spread out. Julia supplied an abundance of household items, paper products, linens, etc. We rested, played, and laughed a lot! We‘re planning another gathering at Julia’s Lake House in the future!

The home was well appointed and equipped with everything you would need. There were so many amenities and the home had everything you needed. All we had to bring was our clothes and groceries. Highly recommended

Perfect holiday gathering place for the entire family. Thoughtful amenities for all ages in our group. A great time was had by all. Would like to go back again in the summer.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and Julia was an outstanding host. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. We spent most of our time during the day on the dock, floating in the lake and kayaking and paddle boarding and our evenings playing games and enjoying the pool table. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked. She even had extra water shoes in case anyone forgot theirs (which we did)!! We did rent a boat one day and the kids enjoyed tubing and checking out the whole lake. It is very quiet and peaceful without a whole lot of boat traffic. I would highly recommend the property and we look forward to visiting again.

Ten of us (grandparents, kids, grandkids) just spent five wonderful days at Julia's Lake House in Bella Vista, AR--and wish it could've been longer! The house and property were beautiful, the lake was ideal for both children and adults, and Julia took care of every detail. We also took advantage of two terrific museums in nearby Bentonville. This was our second stay at Julia's. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped. All appliances were working. Wonderful dock and beautiful grounds. Directly on the lake. Entire family had a fabulous time; ages 6 years to 94 years old. Lake was stocked and we caught enough fish for a great homemade dinner. THE place to make memories.

Julia’s was amazing! So much space inside and out. The walk to the dock is easy and short. We spent several days out there and it was a dream. The water is shallow near the dock so it’s perfect for floating, playing and especially for littles. The house was clean and had all the amenities described. Julia clearly goes out of her way to get everything ready and perfect for guests. She’s super responsive beforehand to answer any questions and is willing to help during the stay. We had adults and kids ages 2 months to 14 and everyone had a blast. We would definitely recommend the place and would come back! It would even be great in the off-season!

Perfect. Julia has thought of everything! Very well laid out for families with small children but, also for adults. We had fun even though it rained for three days of our stay!

We found Julia’s Lake House to be everything that was advertised. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, as we cooked in all weekend. Great view over the lake. If fitted our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend it.

The house and property are perfect! We stayed for our fall break and loved everything about the home as well as the location. Julia has literally thought of everything for convenience and ease of finding things throughout the home. We had both teenagers and young children, and all were entertained and comfortable. We traveled into Bentonville as well as throughout the neighboring towns. The location was so convenient for museums as well as for hiking. We are already planning our return visit soon!

The house and accommodations were amazing. The house was well stock for anything you might need.. Great lake view and convenient to many attractions. Julia was great to work with during booking and when we arrived.

We had a FABULOUS carefree family celebration at Julia’s beautiful lake house! There are too many amenities to list but everything was Perfect! We HIGHLY recommend!

Julia’s place is absolutely incredible! The view and location to everything is perfect. She has thought of everything. All the little touches to the home to make your stay feel like home was incredible. We golfed, mountain bikes, hiked, floated, read books on the dock overlooking the lake. Julia's Lake House had more than we would ever expect. Everything about the property is well thought out as to the comfort and convenience of the guest. Julia is a dream to work with. Any question was met with an immediate response. From ages 1 - 71 there was something fun for everyone. This is a property we want to return to.

Julia is the most on the ball and helpful person on the planet. Her home is gorgeous and stocked with everything you could wish for/you forgot 🙃. It was a perfectly delightful experience from A to Z.

Best lake house in the Bentonville area

Great house and awesome area to visit. We enjoyed all NWA had to offer and our rental house was as listed and was a awesome place to stay! Thanks to Julia for being a great host!

This property is amazing! We met up with some friends and had an amazing week. Julia has everything you could want in the house and also is super responsive when you have any questions at all. We especially enjoyed having the paddle boards and kayaks. They were used a lot! We are already trying to plan our trip back next year. Thanks Julia!

Julias lake house was an excellent extended Labor Day weekend getaway for an extended family of 9 total people. Its a beautiful relaxing property with plenty of space. Her American flair decor was perfect for the holiday. The shade cover on the dock made relaxing by the lake perfect. Between kayaks and stand up paddle boards, fishing, fire pit for smores, pool, and plenty of nooks for handing out and reading Julia's was an A+ for us!

We stayed for a week with a couple families, younger kids, and had a great time. Toys for all the littles. Lake toys (kayaks, paddleboards, tubes) for the bigs. And plenty of space for all of us. Plus Julia is the best.

My family and my brother’s family had the pleasure of staying at Julia’s Lake House for 5 days this August. Julia’s Lake House is one of the nicest, most well equipped homes that we’ve ever stayed in. She has thought of everything you might need, and it’s all there plus more. As others have said, all you need to bring is your food. The home is large, beautiful and immaculate. The position on the lake is perfect and there are amazing views from all of the living areas. Julia was very communicative prior to our trip and made sure our POA passes were ready to go upon arrival. We were extremely fortunate and grateful that we were able to check in early and get our vacation started. We quickly set up on the swim deck and were greeted by Julia and her husband as they drove by in their boat. They also live on the lake, so they are quick to respond if needed. On our second morning, we had a brief power outage which triggered the alarm. I called, and they were over to get it turned off within a matter of minutes. Our only hiccup during our stay, and the reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star rating, involved one of the patio umbrellas. Up until that point we had such a fabulous time that I’ve struggled with mentioning this issue, but I feel that it’s relevant and honest. Due to cloudy weather, we didn’t get the patio umbrellas out until the afternoon of the third day. After putting one up, we immediately noticed that there was a slight bend to one of the spines. I took a photo so that I could let Julia know about it at check out, and we went ahead and continued to use the umbrella as it was functional and neither of us felt that it was something that needed to be immediately addressed. A few hours later, Julia texted me photos of the umbrella (and us lounging on the swim deck) that she had taken from their boat after they noticed the bent spine. I immediately replied that I had noted the damage and sent her the photo that I took earlier. The next morning she texted again and asked if she could file an insurance damage claim. I was honestly shocked that she felt the need to disturb our vacation twice over such a small matter. It felt as though we were being watched and the tone of our vacation shifted from relaxing luxury to stress and worry. The idea that they were taking photos of us without our knowledge was concerning. The whole situation was unfortunate, and it definitely put a damper on our (expensive!) trip.

There was 11 of us from 3 states, ranging from ages 5-45. The home was so clean and stocked with everything you would need from water shoes and fishing poles to sweet & low for your iced tea and poker chips and cards for game night! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the hospitality Julia offers. The mattress I slept on was so comfortable I had to inquire about where I can purchase one for my home. We spent our days swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, and golfing and our evenings were spent with home cooked meals made in the well stocked kitchen and Texas Hold ‘em, Billiards, and Corn Hole tournaments. Thanks for providing a space for our families to come together and make memories Julia!

This is our third summer renting from Julia for our annual family "fun"week. We are never disappointed and Julia goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable - the home is perfect for our family and she had thought of everything. Would rate higher than 5* if we could.

Nine of us (five adults & 4 children) spent a week in July at this spectacular property. The house is large, immaculate, well-furnished and stocked--and situated perfectly for relaxing days and evenings on the lovely lake. Host Julia is professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend.

Julia’s Lake House has so many extra touches including jelly beans and bear shaped soap. Entire family enjoyed her kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, and tube for pulling behind our pontoon rental. She has life jackets in many sizes. Cooking for our family was a breeze with the well equipped kitchen. Plus the home and view of the lake are beautiful. We made lasting memories thanks to Julia!

Julia's lake house is stunning. It is by far the nicest and most well maintained home we have ever rented. The view of the lake is incredible and literally every single thing you need is there. Kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, water shoes, outdoor games and floaties. The kitchen is big and has everything you need to cook meals, the laundry room is well stocked and everything is incredible organized. Julia was a pleasure to work with and made everything easy. I happened to ask Julia if there was a bluetooth speaker in the house and she apologized that no there wasn't. The next day she dropped one off for us! The house is great for kids, my 4 year old daughter had such a blast, there were legos and other toys for her to play with but of course the main attraction was the lake! We will definitely return to Julia's lake house, hopefully sooner than later.
