Property was just as described. Very clean and easy access to everything. We had an excellent time and will be returning.

Great condo. Clean and nicely decorated. Only problem was that the elevator was out most of our short stay and getting luggage and beach stuff up multiple flights of stairs was not ideal. Also, the neighbors below us (I’m assuming) left a pretty petty and passive aggressive Tyler note on our door letting us know how to walk and that we sounded like horses. However, we did wear shoes/socks most of our stay and was not in the condo most of the time. Didn’t make us feel very comfortable being there so I’m glad we were checking out because if we were staying longer we definitely would not have felt welcomed. I have an eleven and 15 year old so they were not running around like toddlers so I’m not very sure what they were referring to.

This was the nicest/cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The balcony is very large and private and the view is amazing! The unit is very updated. The master bedroom actually has a very comfortable bed. (The last few places we have stayed have had old/uncomfortable mattresses.) There is plenty of seating in the living room area. The beach had plenty of people but it was very laid back and not over crowded at all. I will say that the pool area was not great. The chairs/tables were older and not in the best shape. The pool is not heated which makes for pretty cold water in March. This detail was not enough to take off a star though. Thanks so much!!

Super simple check in, no issues getting carts or using the elevator, clean, plenty of towels, amazing balcony, kitchen gadgets were very nice, it is in a great location. This wasn’t a big deal for us but if you want to watch Netflix/Hulu/etc make sure you bring a device if some sort.

We have rented this property several times and it always feels like home. We're happy to see that building is getting an update since Hurricane Sally. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we wanted.

The condo was very nice inside. Regretfully, the Covid 19 pandemic began while we were there and everything started shutting down. We left a week earlier than we planned on but enjoyed the two weeks that we had.

This place was awesome. Watched dolphins swimming by in the morning, beautiful sunsets. Could not ask for anything more. Loved it so well, we booked it for next year already.

Our family enjoyed our stay and the condo was beautiful! Everything was as pictured and the beach was gorgeous! We have stayed in other units at Shipwatch before, but this was our favorite! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We loved being right on the beach! It’s away from the main hustle and bustle but conveniently close. We loved being able to leave all of our beach gear in boxes at the beach. The view is spectacular!

The property was nice and condo beautiful . However it was very hot at night . During the day it was cool when we were outside , at night trying to sleep the temp war around 78 . The Ac was set on 65 but at night it never was cold . We were all exhausted from not sleeping . The shower head in the master was broken and I had to stand in the drain in order for the shower to hit me . The bathtub stopper in the guest bath would not connect to the tub so we had to use tin foil to cover the drain in order to have a bath . Other than that it was great . The main disappointment was the fact the air is controlled by computer elsewhere and I was not in control of the temperature . The beach , balcony , decor was perfect but I wish someone else had been honest regarding the control of the ac .

We love this condo. It's the 2nd time I've stayed in it. Perfect location and it's always clean and welcoming. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen. The sofa and recliner fabric are showing normal wear. Still my favorite place to stay.

We have stayed in beach condos for the past 25 years, and Shipwatch A504 is certainly one of the best. Perfectly appointed and located, it's a great place to totally enjoy a week at the beach. Rick H. April 20 - 27 , 2019

We loved it! The condo was everything we hoped and more! It was very clean, decorated super cute, and the spacious balcony with oceanview was our favorite place to be when we weren't at the beach! We will definitely be back!

We fell in love with this condo when we saw it on our computer but when we arrived, it was everything that we needed - spacious, decorated to perfection - the kitchen had anything a cook would need!!! The only downside was the furniture on the deck - it truly needs new.

We loved this condo for our family. The condo has great up to date decor with comfortable furniture. My favorite area was the balcony with the close unobstructed view of the ocean. We loved being able to feel like we were “on the beach” while our children were napping. The balcony is tiled which was a great bonus to alllow our 9 month old to safely crawl around while we were relaxing on the couch and lounge chair. The king bed had a nice soft foam topper that made it extra comfortable. The beach is a very short boardwalk walk and they have boxes to store your umbrellas and beach items at the beach and not have to lug them back to the room every day. I did see a portable crib in the closet which I don’t believe was listed on the description but good info to know for those with small children. The pool was clean and has a lot of chairs/loungers available. We didn’t use the charcoal grills but I believe I saw 2 close to our building A to use. The entire complex is well kept but it looks like it’s an older one. The elevator was broke for a few hours one day but I contacted the rental company and they quickly looked into the issue. The area is perfect for families since it is a little off from the busy sections of orange beach and gulf shores. The white sand was perfect and we used rented the umbrella and beach lingers for the week for $120 which was well Worth the price. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
