Had a wonderful time at this home, beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed, lovely and spacious air conditioned enclosed front porch and relaxing outdoor space. Rick was a delightful host! Kitchen had everything we needed! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at 418!!!!! The location is great. Short drive to the beach and the parking permits are a plus. It’s a nice walk down Rehoboth Ave to all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the front porch. It was great entertainment watching the round about traffic at night. There is a nice park across the street with a nice farmer’s market on Tuesday. Kitchen has all you need as we cooked most nights. Rick was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!

We really enjoyed this house. Great location. Not walkable to beach but to many restaurants and coffee shops. Great park across the street. Owner responsive and helpful.

I can't say enough positive about this property. It was bigger than the photos looked. There was a nice curtain between the queen beds that share a room that created some privacy, so it was great for our group of friends. The parking permits made it very easy to drive all of our stuff to the beach, although we could also have walked. And it was so close to everything we wanted to do in the evening. Rick was so kind and helpful. Everything was great!

We are almost – annual visitors to Rehobeth Beach. However this was the first time we took extended family members, a total of six of us. We found this house on VRBO, thought it looked good. It turned out to be far beyond our expectations.

Everything that our family needed was provided. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We totally loved our stay in this house. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We were close to the bike trails and not too far to walk to the boardwalk. We discovered some great restaurants right near our house. With my 8 month pregnant daughter in law, we were able to use the parking passes to drive to the beach. It was a huge parking lot, with great beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay in Rehoboth! Hope to be back, and in the same house next year!

Everything about the process was seamless and great , the owners of the property were very helpful and nice. Love the history of the property and how old it is, have to respect the property when it’s that old and that nice .

Our party of six adults and two kids had a great stay. The house is in a great location right on Rehobeth Ave near plenty of dining options and about 0.75 mile walk to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc were provided. Rick was very responsive to any questions we had. If you are taking a bunch of stuff to the beach every day (chairs, umbrellas etc) it can be quite far to walk, especially with kids. We were able to use the city parking pass provided at the house and drive really early in the morning to Olive Ave and first street and find a non metered spot, which we used for the day. The walk from that parking spot to the beach is only one block. We would definitely stay at the house again.

Nice place right in the center of the action. It is about a mile from the beach which is a fine walk for me, but not all. They do have beach passes which allow you to drive to a beach farther down the boardwalk and park for free on one of the side streets. It is right on Rehoboth Blvd which can be busy, but the house was built back when they knew how to build them so it quiet inside, you barely hear the noise outside. Totally renovated inside with new appliances in the the kitchen, new bathrooms, nice deck out back. Inside there is enough space for people to hang out or do work and not feel cramped. Bonus for Tesla drivers, there is a Tesla charging station cross the street!

Our family loved this home! The location is perfect. Right on the Main Street within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, breweries, the boardwalk but far enough away so noise isn’t an issue. The house itself has the character of an old fashioned beach house (built in 1929) but is updated with modern amenities like central air, new kitchen, updated bathrooms. Our family loved the enclosed front porch-air conditioned, skylights- we gathered here morning and evenings. Best are the two parking passes provided allowing free parking in town where there are not parking meters. We’d drive 3 minutes to the beach at oak street and park right across the street from the beach access! So much quieter and less crowded than the boardwalk beach! My only concern about this beautiful house is that it’s not truly four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has only a futon that sleeps one. Also there is not air conditioning in this room unless you leave open the door from the main bedroom which precludes privacy. But if you only need three bedrooms this is a perfect house.

Perfect house for family of 9, close to everything

Going to Rehoboth Beach, look no further,house owner perfect!

We have for years been trying to find a house we could rent every year, that checked all the boxes for us, and we have found it! The location can’t be beat, it’s close to everything, and the owner is really attentive. The lockboxes on the doors with your own code are such a convenient feature, especially when you have guests coming at different times. Gas grill readied with gas was so great and just one of the many touches the owner has provided - he has thought if everything. Having offstreet parking for up to 5 cars PLUS 2 parking passes is something we have never had at a rental house - we have always had to play musical chairs with our and our guests’ cars and secure parking passes for various days, so that was a big plus for us. The house was spotless when we arrived, kudos to the cleaning crew. Also loved having a washer/dryer, located in the cleanest, tidiest basement I have ever seen! This house provides everything you could want (the closets in the second floor bedroom are awesome, especially for gals like me who are not - ahem - light packers lol - and there were so many hangers! We stayed in a house last year that had 2 hangers in the closet). The owner of this house is very nice and available via text throughout your stay if you need anything. Great experience all around.

Rick has done a fabulous job updating this historic beach house. All the amenities were available and easy to find. Rick was available to answer any questions we had and was willing to give suggestions. I met him on the second day we were there and he answered some questions I had about the place and told me a little about some of the local establishments around the neighborhood. We will definitely be suggesting this place to our friends and family and will stay here again when we make it back to Rehoboth Beach.
