This house was absolutely fabulous. Great for three families where each couple had their own large bedroom and high-end bathrooms. Additionally, our children (all 6 of them) "owned" the third floor of this house where they also had two bathrooms, two bedrooms and their own dining area, kitchen, and living/play room. The main floor was elegant, spacious, a great community space, and facilitated great conversations. The backyard area, pool, lounge space, and fire pit were used almost every night. Only drawback was that there was no ice maker (space for one in the island but not installed) which required us to pick up ice every other day...but at the end of the day that is a small complaint. Great for three families each with 2 kids. Easy bike and golf cart routes to the beach and pools. Definitely recommend.

The house was perfect size for our family. House was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the convinces of the double dishwashers, dryers, and washers. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived. The third floor bedroom did not properly cooled down. They provided us with 2 fans and portable cooling unit. The top floor was damaged and was closed. Ice maker was missing. Black mold in the second bedroom bathroom.

This was the best family vacation spot we have ever found! The beautiful home, the wonderful pool for the kids, the fantastic location within biking distance of town, the beach, and community pools…it was all just wonderful!!! We will certainly be back!

This property was perfect for the 7 of us. Lifelong friends needed a large den to hang out. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and our pool and outdoor space made it the ideal location. It was very easy to get around the property on our bikes that came with the house. The property manager was very helpful if we had any questions and easy to get in touch with. Overall a wonderful trip and would definitely stay there again!

The layout is ideal bc everyone has their own privacy. It’s functional and practical. Clean and well kept. Can’t wait to return! I can’t say enough good things about it.

Our groups of 12 enjoyed our stay in water color. The house was spacious and the Dunes staff were very responsive. The pool at the house was small but the water color pools totally made up for it. A cute, safe area with a variety of activities.

This house was fantastic for our moms getaway numerous large bedrooms, two kitchens a spacious living room and second sitting room and enough bathrooms for everyone. It is beautifully decorated and met our expectations in every way.

Beautiful home! Very spacious, very clean... perfect home for our family of three couples, including six teenagers. Great location to the Watercolor amenities and also to Seaside tennis and village... We have stayed at many locations on 30A, and this is by far our favorite home!

The property was large, spacious, beautiful, and designed for large groups to enjoy a wonderful time together! The outdoor space was equally enjoyable with a relaxing pool, covered patio, grill and fire pit! Hope to stay here again soon!

Property looked great, inside was very clean. The back door to the pool area was very difficult to keep closed, which created a constant inconvenience. Also, the planks outside the back patio area are starting to splinter. Our kids kept getting splinters in their feet. Not to mention the issue with the shower drain in the master bath. Wayyy too expensive of a rental to have all these issues

The property was even better than the photos depicted . The home is lovely and the pool and outdoor amenities were great. It was beautifully built and maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable and beautifully decorated .Manager responded quickly to calls . The home is everything hoped for. ( The only complaint I had was that the owner really needs to replace living room rug which was stained. ) Other than that it was perfect.

The home is lovely and beautifully designed in a great area of Watercolor. We celebrated 2 birthdays in our group and this 5 bedroom home was a perfect fit for us to share time together and have enough space for quiet lounging and naps to unwind. The backyard and private pool were a must for us and the home did not disappoint. We used the bikes to go everywhere and rented a golf cart for a few days during Labor Day as well. We will definitely be back.

We just finished a week stay at this home and absolutely loved it! It is our 3rd year at this home and we hope to come back for many more stays. From the comfortable beds to the well equipped kitchen to the pool and grill, this home has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The location is perfect as you can get to the beach (via bikes using the bridge over Western Lake) in about 5-7 minutes and its on a quiet street with virtually no traffic. In addition to the home being one of the nicest in Watercolor, Nada at Dune was very helpful if we needed anything during our stay. I can't say enough good things about Nada and the home. THANK YOU!

Our family made last minute spring break plans to go to Watercolor with dear friends. We needed a house that would easily accommodate two big families - two adult couples and nine teenagers. This home and it's location did not disappoint - it's a massive three story home that is beautifully designed and furnished - just stunning. Biking to downtown Seaside or the Watercolor beach was an enjoyable 7 - 10 min ride. Also service was outstanding - Nada at Dune Vacation Rentals (855-813-3783) provided exceptional service - she was an absolute pleasure. We're talking about doing this exact vacation house again this summer or spring break next year.

This house was amazing in every way...gorgeous inside and out, more than enough space for everyone, and easy to access everything with the trails to cut through so close to the home. We rented the house for the week as our daughter was getting married at the Seaside chapel. It was the perfect house to get ready in and take pre wedding pictures. Nada was amazing and so attentive to all of our needs and helped us out all week. Consider yourself lucky if you get to stay in this house!

Beautiful home in Phase 3 that I have enjoyed renting on three different occasions now. Spacious, clean, well maintained, and great service from DUNE. They answer the phone when you need them, address any issues promptly and are a joy to work with. 5 STARS.

Everything about this home was perfect! Our goal was to have some down time for our family and a few friends. We wanted to be able to relax, unwind and disconnect - which is exactly what we did. We have been to Watercolor before and always enjoyed going into town for dinner and activities. This time we actually preferred staying home! The living area was beautifully decorated and very comfortable - perfect for our group of 9 to spend quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more! 2 dishwashers, ice machine, great appliances and lots of space for us all to be in there cooking. The bedrooms were equally as beautiful and a perfect retreat for a good nights rest. The kids enjoyed the rooftop view , the swimming pool and the extra living area up top- although it wasn't used as much as I thought it would be! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home and all that it offered. The bike ride to the beach and town is very short once you get the route down - just take the short cut by the house to the bridge ~ super easy! Nada at Dune was attentive through the entire rental process and took care of everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

Our family so completely enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed home. Our only regret is that it wasn't until the third day of our six day stay that we discovered what an easy (and picturesque) stroll it was into the lovely village of Watercolor. Our group spanned ages six to eighty one, and everyone had a delightful experience staying at this property. Prior to arriving, we were concerned that the handsome promotional pictures may have exaggerated the home's allure. Such was not the case. The home struck a perfect balance of being elegantly designed and decorated, and at the same time entirely inviting. We relaxed, we unwound, we savored the home (and the neighborhood), and we returned home refreshed and restored. We appreciated the excellent and attentive service from the team at Dune, and we will very much look forward to returning to this gracious property.
