The location of the home to the beach was great. We had a wagon to carry our things so the 3 blocks to the beach was easy. The minigolf is very close and an ice cream shop for the kids. The house was clean. Only complaint I can say is the air conditioner wouldt make the house cool. We held the temperature down to 63 but the house wouldn’t get cooler than 74. Luckily it wasn’t a hot weekend and we opened the doors to cool off at night. The house will well stocked with some Dry items in the pantry like paper plates, aluminum foil and garbage bags. The house host was very responsive. I would stay again.

Wonderful place. Stan was very professional. The proximity to everything was great. We stayed for New Years and was an easy Uber ride to the CBC. Thanks again for the awesome accommodations!

Great home base. Made it all over the place. Walked to Kong’s beach. Drove to sand harbor and went river rafting on truckee River

Property was clean and in a good location for boating, but there's A few things, that could make things better for future renters: 1). Provide an actual toaster in the kitchen, in lieu of a toaster oven. 2). Fix Charter remotes for two TV's, and streamline their use. 3). Dining room table chairs could be a lot better. Their to awkward to get in and out of, and therefore to difficult to use.

Super spacious property and the location was perfect! Super close to town and the beach. Owner was very responsive and made the process super easy. Very happy with our stay!

We had a really nice stay. The house was ready and sparkling clean for our arrival. The location was perfect for us to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and minature golf. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only suggestion would be to add a fan into the master bathroom and perhaps closet access. The hooks in the master bedroom weren't the best for hanging items. Other than that, we would gladly stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time. It was clean and quiet. We walked to the beach and were close to several hikes. It was a wonderful stay and was perfect for us and our 5 kids. The owners we great. Close to the beach, and grocery store. Master bed was very comfy. We appreciated all the amenities. Highly recommend.

This is the fourth time we stayed at this beautiful townhouse for our ski trips in Tahoe. The house is always clean and well equipped. Location is great. It was only about 10 minutes drive to Northstar. Stan is a great owner. He is very responsive to any questions we had. We all had a very good time and we will definitely come back again!

Our first time celebrating Christmas away from home but we felt we were home. We were treated with a White Christmas on Christmas Day! It was so beautiful, snow during Christmas Day! We had an amazing time and we felt very comfortable inside the house. The owner was very kind and very responsive if we had any question, he reply in a timely manner. Jim the caretaker was awesome. He help me cut one the wire chain I had on my van that broke. We will definitely go back.

Place was clean and nicely updated. Kitchen was very functional and all bedrooms are roomy. Owners put a lot of thought in little things that made big impressions on me such as having a night lights in hallways/rooms, very luxurious towels and kleenex boxes! Technically, I would rate it 4.5 stars out of 5 due to not having A/C. Although temp dropped at night and with open windows/fan, it was very comfortable to sleep at night. However, with temp going up in the 80's during the day, we kept bringing the fan from the master bedroom to the 1st floor to cool off. I would suggest having 2 fans on the 1st floor - 1 facing the kitchen and 1 in the living room. It would have been very hot without the fan. Also, Stan we very responsive to any questions I had. ..

Great location, well appointed, comfortable. Only minor complaints were uncomfortable pillows (for me), no beach towels, and no scissors in the kitchen (but everything else!). Also the bunk beds were a bit wobbly, but I texted the owner and he replied that they’d fix them for the next guests. (We didn’t need the sleeping space so it was not a big deal for us.) friendly and professional interactions with the owner via email. Would stay again.

This Kings Beach townhome is very well located a few blocks from the highway, restaurants, shops and beach. The house is laid out well with 3 spacious bedrooms- room for kids and grandparents. Kitchen was well equipped, there is a gas grill as well. Everything was very clean- a must for us. We will keep this place in mind in the future.

Stayed here with my family for the July 4th week. House is clean, well stocked, spacious and you truly can’t beat the location. We could walk to everything in Kings Beach. Worked out perfectly!

My husband and I love Lake Tahoe and are frequent visitors. We were so happy to come across this home on our most recent trip to King's Beach for a friend's wedding. The home is in a great location, and - most importantly to us - is so well cared for. Stan and his wife keep the home clean, up to date, well-furnished, and very comfortable. We had a great time and look forward to a future stay. Thank you so much for adding to another great trip to Tahoe!

I have stay at this place over the weekend to celebrate my mom and mine birthday with my family. we really enjoy staying at this place. so close to everything. and the house have everything we need. and its our first time renting the vacation home so we keep email and asking question but Stan the owner is so patient with me and answer all my emails right away. I will come back on our next vacation in winter. thanks Stan.

We stayed four days and liked the place a lot! The house is spacious and features comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The area downstairs is also very nice. I'd recommend this house mostly to young group of friends, either for summer or winter. Regarding the owner, Stan is very responsive and gives you all the information you need. Definitely a plus!

Fully stocked with amenities. Within easy walking distance to public beach. We will plan to return.

This house perfectly suited our needs. We were four adults and two children. The house was bright, immaculate and well stocked in terms of kitchenware, paper goods and towels. The location was a short walk to the beach and away from the bustle of Lake Ave. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable (beds with soft sheets). The house remained cool during very hot days and was well insulated from internal noise. The only shortcoming was space to sit. There is one couch and a large chair with ottoman in the living room. The owner was very attentive and communicated with us during our stay, which we would definitely recommend to friends. We are big VRBO fans and this was one of our better rentals.

Great value for the money. Great location -walk to Kings Beach eateries, shops, mini-golf and the beach. Full service Safeway (with Starbucks!) 1 mile drive. Short drive to Tahoe City and Incline Village. Clean, comfortable. Very user friendly (wiFi, digital TV, games, puzzles, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer). Comfortable beds with nice linens! Garage with access to house. Owner is great! Detailed pre-arrival informed. Emailed us while we were there to check if everything was okay and if needed anything! Will defiantly return!

Our group of 7 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights for the Ironman Lake Tahoe event and had an amazing time. The kitchen supplies are plentiful and the house is clean and spacious. We especially loved the espresso machine. As a candle lover, I thoroughly enjoyed the high quality candles throughout the house. There were more than enough towels and bedding linens for our 3-night stay. The owner kept up communication to ensure that our stay would go smoothly without any problems, which I greatly appreciated. It was so nice to be able to walk to Kings Beach to enjoy the gorgeous scenery (even in the freezing temperature and unexpected snow on the mountains). Also, it is in close proximity to all the stores and restaurants that you could ever need in Tahoe. Namely, Safeway, The Log Cabin, which serves delicious breakfast/brunch items - my pick is the Lobster Scramble-In (I saw the front sign stated it was mentioned on the Rachael Ray show), a bakery, 7-Eleven, etc... We will definitely rent this townhome again and highly recommend it!

Our family had a great time at King Beach. The townhouse was in a great location and everything was in a walking distance. The house itself was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time and is looking forward to coming back for another visit.

The property is wonderful! It is literally 5 walking minutes from the beach and any stores/eateries. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint would be that the middle bedroom has a futon in it and a set of bunk beds. We had 2 adults sleeping on the futon and it flipped over several times. The bunk beds are also unstable. They do have 2 blown-up air mattress as an alternative though. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We stayed there for a short summer vacation. This is a condo that delivers exactly like what they advertised, if not better. It's close to all the restaurants and the beach. We can just walk to the beach and do water activities and walk back. There is no need to worry about parking. It's a shame that we only stayed for 2 nights. I would want to stay at the condo again for our next vacation and would recommend to my friends.

We had a great stay. The home is warm, comfortable and in a great location just a couple blocks from Kings Beach. Very convenient. We've stayed in a number of places in Tahoe, north and south. We enjoyed being close to the activities around the lake. Walking distance. That brings with it a little more activity around. But it is fun and convenient to not be out in the wilderness. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.
