Loved the layout of the house. Enjoyed the pool immensely. Very disappointed with the washer having mold and mildew in it but very happy with management company that came right away to clean it! The beds were extremely comfortable except the second downstairs bedroom. Overall one of our best vacations ever.

A perfect spot for adults and kids. The best pool in the neighborhood. We had friends in surrounding houses that were larger than ours but they all wanted to come over and swim in our pool, lay in the screened porch and cook at the outdoor kitchen.

We loved the layout of the home and found that the pictures did not bely how nice the house decor was. It looked a bit funky modern in the pics, but in reality it was perfect! The home was also bigger than we expected. Loved the heated pool. We visited for Christmas, and as luck would have it, had some really cold weather, but that didn't detract from our stay at all. We went bike riding, bundled up for the beach and had plenty of golf cart rides (we rented the golf cart).

Riding bikes to and from the beach was not only easy, but absolutely gorgeous through watercolor and seaside. The pool and outdoor kitchen at night was the perfect way to close out a long day at the beach. All the beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. We were very happy with every aspect of this vacation!

It was the perfect size for our group and a great location right over the bike bridge. Loved having our own pool, though we did have issues getting the pool lights to work. Extra perk was having an ice maker right by the door for easy filling of the cooler for the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house to fit our needs. This was our first vacation to the Watercolor/Seaside area. We wanted a house that wasn’t on the beach to truly experience the feel of Watercolor. This house had 2 master suites with 2 bedrooms upstairs for the kids along with a separate common area and TV for them to enjoy. We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and we all had plenty of room with each couple getting their own “Master Bedroom”. This house is on a quiet street off the main drag but we had bicycles (6 were included with the rental and we rented 3 more for the smaller kids) and also rented a 9 seater golf cart so getting around was not only easier than we originally imagined but actually fun. The beach access was a little difficult to find the first time but parking the golf cart was easy and convenient to the beach entry point. This house also had its own pool and an outdoor grilling area that we took advantage of daily. It was nice to have our own pool to retreat to after a long day at the beach, although we did also stop at the community pools a couple of times too. We did have an issue with the front door knob and a couple of tv’s were not working but RD was very attentive and usually attending to our requests within an hour of notifying them.

Overall, this house wasn’t overly large as compared to some of the others in Watercolor but was decorated beautifully and fit our needs. It was exactly what we were looking for and I would absolutely stay at 361 Needlerush again in the future without hesitation.
