The property was better than expected. Upscale property in a quiet, serene location. Wonderful view of the large emerald-green lake from every window. The condo was clean and beyond comfortable. The host has provided everything you will ever need to cook and relax in luxury. The host is very responsive too. The pool and hot tub area is perfect overlooking the lake. We went to both marinas for meals and rented a boat at Sequoyah Marina. Both great experiences. Friendly people in the area. The location is private and meant for lake life. If you are looking for daily activities you would want to venture out about 45 minutes to an hour, but why would you want to leave? Thank you for sharing your condo Nancy!

This condo is clean, quiet, spacious and in a lovely neighborhood with an awesome view of the lake. It's in a great location for a day trip to Knoxville, or antique shopping in Clinton. We wanted to be in an area that was NOT tourist-y, and this was perfect!

Met an old friend to catch up and celebrate birthdays . This condo was not only newly decorated beautiful but had everything we needed to stay in ,instead of having to go out for everything . Kitchen is stocked nicely ,there is a brand new smart tv and a nice size balcony overlooking the water.. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with . I hope to return soon .

5 seniors ,two handicapped had a great stay at Nancy & Denny's condo on the lake. Both these hosts were so helpful an informative that really enhanced our time spent at such a great property. I've been going to lake Norris over 20 years. By far nicest appointed property we have stayed in.

Lakeside Haven was truly a home away from home. From the moment we walked in my wife fell in love with this lakeside beauty. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything our family needed and wanted including games and books for the kids. Absolutely amazing, we will definitely be staying here again!

Lakeside Haven was a perfect long weekend getaway condo. Beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for your comfort and enjoyment. Kitchen is fully stocked plus numerous appliances in their storage room. Games, books & DVDs galore. Being on the south end of the lake made it a quick jaunt for our day trip to Knoxville. Plus there's a couple of nice restaurants and a brewery relatively close by. Nancy couldn't have been nicer; very responsive and accommodating.

The whole experience was above and beyond my expectations! The place was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view. Nancy, the owner, was so kind and amazing and communicated with me very well! She did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay! This property was very clean, easy check in access and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. We will definitely be staying at this place again when we return to this area! Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!

This stay was nothing less than Perfect! If I could make this a permanent getaway spot I would. Communication with the owner, the home fully equipped, clean, and the view was all the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely be back soon!

The property is a little out of the way on small narrow roads, but once you arrive it is wonderful. If you brought food with you there is no reason to have to leave/ The owners have thought of everything. They have books for little one, games for the kids, games for adults. There are movies galore from G to R and everything in between. The bedrooms are large with two king size beds and one queen which was extremally comfortable. Did not have a need to use the other two, but they looked just as inviting.. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer so you can go home with all clean clothes, if you so choose. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, if you so desire. Stove, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and everything is top of the line. Large spacious living room with very comfortable seating. and game table . The living room is the only room with a TV. There is a nice fireplace as well. The balcony overlooks Norris lake and the fall colors were splendid. I saw ducks on the water and squirrels and chipmunks scampering in the fallen leaves. Did not have the pleasure of talking with Mr. Williams, but Nancy is delightful. The artwork in the condo is beautiful. Nancy and her husband are the artist and photographer. She gave me information for my daughter that may just be lifesaving. We booked this trip for my daughter to see the fall colors in the mountains. She has been diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma. Unfortunately she developed a temperature and was unable to come, but we took lots of pictures so she could see it through our eves. I usually go into whatever I have rented with cleaning supplies because its never clean enough for me especially since covid. THIS PLACE IS IMMACULATE. I did not feel the need to clean.

Very easy to communicate with owner. Condo was extremely clean and cozy, felt very comfortable in the unit. Highly recommend to anyone and hoping to be back in the future!

We were so blessed to rent the Lakeside Haven condo! The pictures, as good as they are, don’t even completely do it justice. We were so pleasantly surprised how at home we felt from the moment we walked in! Nancy was such an attentive and helpful hostess. The condo was spectacular! (And I am very picky about cleanliness and overall condition). The condo itself and the condo community was very clean and owners were helpful and timely with any questions! The pool and hot tub were well kept. Norris lake is magnificent! Highly recommend!! We walked in the front door, and wow! Through the big family room window there was a wonderful view of the lake, it was so nice! Nancy’s place was spotless and her decorating was warm and welcoming. Enjoyed the fireplace while we relaxed in the evening. Everything you would need for preparing meals. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the birds, very peaceful. Have never been to Norris Lake before, we will definitely return and hope to stay at Nancy’s lovely condo!!!

Was in town to visit grandchildren during their spring break this week. Lakeside Haven is an absolutely fabulous condo. There was an abundance of movies and games for guests to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host was fantastic. She was proactive on every step of check in and check out as well as checking during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

My sisters and i came to TN to see our niece and nephew’s graduate from high school. We grew up there so we’re familiar with the area. I can’t say enough great things about the owner and property. Communication was exceptional- prior to, during and after. Location was convenient to lake and to interstate to get to restaurants and activities. I was wow’ed as I’ve never stayed in a place so well stocked that i wasn’t forced to purchase a lot of items that I’d have to take home or would be wasted. The kitchen was very well stocked, bedding and towels were all high quality and comfy as well. The property offers All high end furniture and no detail was overlooked. Lots of games, books, movies for all ages. I am a frequent renter of beach houses and by far, this is the most well equipped/furnished property I’ve stayed. Thank you for the simple things that we didn’t have to buy- toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Lots of spices were included and the pots/pans dishes were all quality. The property had amazing views as well. For once, i have nothing i would recommend to be added. We will absolutely be back without question. Thank you Sandra for being such a wonderful host!
