Visited the Finger Lakes for a few days. Location in Penn Yan was perfect; not too far from Keuka and Seneca Lakes. Nearby towns offered plenty of options for restaurants & stores. Relatively quick, scenic drives to and around the lakes. The cabin was as advertised. It is small with few amenities but clean and in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk right to the outlet rail trail each morning to get a few miles in before we hit the wineries. We did not spend much time at the property itself, but the grounds were taken care of and the owners provided lawn activities & a nice fire pit. While the bathroom & shower are outside of the cabin, they are clean and were not an inconvenience to us. The cabin is near a “main road” but we barely heard/saw any traffic. It was very quiet. The listing’s pictures and descriptions are very accurate…what you see is what you get. The owner was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and i booked this place to celebrate our 10yr anniversary and we couldnt have been more satisfied. It was perfect. The property is very well kept, all sorts of little cozy touches to it and we had fun with the 4 legged visitors while there. They kept us entertained. The trails that run along the outlet were so nice and the wayerfalls as well. If u want a simple, relaxing cabin this is it. Todd was very good about letting us know that we could check in earlier than what is stated on the listing and check in/out was a breeze. Its worth the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Clean, secluded, super easy check-in/out and very responsive hosts. The location is perfect - steps from the the Keuka outlet, a six minute drive into Penn Yan for food, bike/kayak rentals, and it's close to many wonderful wineries. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Property is clean and so quaint

We had a great time relaxing by the fire pit. Everything we needed to keep a good fire going for multiple nights was provided. Close by to good breakfasts at Angels, and just a short drive to Watkins Glenn and other attractions by the lake.

I stayed here for a weekend with my partner, and we were both very impressed with how clean the property was and how thoughtful the hosts were. They had all the amenities supplied, including soap, lotion, sunscreen, and bugspray. They have a bin with badminton rackets and other balls to toss around the big yard. Also very kindly have a coffee machine setup with spring water. Check in was super simple and we were able to check in earlier than the listed time! You can see a small building in addition to the cabin and bathroom in some photos. This is a large garage and not another house where people are staying! The property was beautiful and quiet, overlooking the keuka outlet trail. You can hear the rushing water from the cabin it is quite peaceful. It is also easy to walk to the outlet trail from the cabin. It was a bit cold and rainy while we were there, but the front porch was still totally dry during the light rain we had. There's also a heater in the cabin and we stayed quite warm! The property is also well lit at night. Overall very cozy, clean, well kept cabin and property.

Todd was amazing, allowing an early check in with ease of communication. Very clean place and a super nice getaway to spend quality time with that special someone!

This cabin was a perfect size for the 2 of us. Very comfortable and clean, well lit and simply furnished. The hosts were very thoughtful in every detail to make our stay enjoyable. Very flexible about check in which I really appreciated. They even thought to have kindling available in case we wanted to have a fire. We’ll have to do that next time, as it was raining lightly in the evening. The little front porch with a glider swing was perfect to spend the evening enjoying the outside despite the rain. There was absolutely nothing I would have changed. Thanks for a great experience and I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend to others.

Roughing it feel with awesome amenities

This was perfect for a weekend stay. We were invited to a wedding at Fulkerson Winery and this was perfect for us as we camp all summer long. Firewood was seasoned & ready to burn. Interior of rental was just as pictured & very clean. I love that you can hear the water from the from porch.

My wife and I stayed at this location to do some wine tasting and attend the race and had a wonderful experience with the cabin. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future

What a lovely cabin and great host!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. It was very enjoyable. Sitting on the front porch with our coffee was so peaceful and relaxing. Great proximity to the wineries and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet spot near the bike path.

We had a great time. It's quiet and very quaint which is exactly what we needed. Civilization is not too far away but it feels like it is. Both Seneca and Keuka Wine Trails are close by for a great day trip.

We keep our boat on Keuka Lake, and live about an hour away, so for major holiday weekends, we tend to rent a cabin/home. This time did not disappoint! The location was perfect, close to Penn Yan and the lake, but also not far at all from Seneca Lake, which made it a perfect spot from which to explore from. The grounds were meticulously kept, with some of the most magnificent hosta I have ever seen! It was quiet, serene, and everything I was looking for in a relaxing getaway. The cabin itself was perfect for a getaway place. It was an adorable studio, with an oversized mini fridge, small couch/futon, and table and chairs, mini fireplace, and a bed. The AC blew ice cold. We did bring our own camp grill, as it has a griddle, and I am thankful we did for the types of things we like to cook. I was a bit apprehensive of the outdoor bathroom and shower, which I quickly got over! The bathroom had a flushing toilet and was SPARKLING clean! The shower was equally clean, and had enough hot water that my husband and myself could take back to back showers with no issues. And it was a very short trek back into the cabin, so we were even comfortable going out at night. Thank you Todd for the wonderful stay, and we hope to rent again from you in the future! If you are looking for a private cabin not far from the main strip, this is the place. Everything is close by ,Watkins Glen, multiple trails , town and of course wineries. Todd was great check in /out no issues Definitely will return at some point.

We stayed for one night but wish it was more. Beautiful place and so clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Property was beautiful, just had trouble with the cleanliness, microwave and refrigerator was not clean, saw some dog poop. Other than that excellent.

We spent the day visiting wineries on route 14, and had a wonderful dinner at Union Block Italian and returned to the cabin for a fire. and We slept well and enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning. Great location, lots of birds, clean, big open ski & sounds of the creek near by. The only thing that would make it better is 100% cotton sheets.

Absolutely loved the cabin and the privacy it gives. Definitely considering staying here again

What a wonderful weekend. The cabin was exactly a it’s pictured. Cozy, spacious land, great outdoors and a nice fire pit. Got away from the internet & tv. Went for a walk on the trail. Did the wine trail & Windmill Flea Market Everything was so close, yet when at the cabin, it’s like we were all by ourselves. Definitely want to make a return!!!! I wish we’d arrived earlier to enjoy the outdoors more before the lights come on and the bugs come out. We did enjoy coffee from the Kuereg on the porch with the cicadas singing in the morning. The sink is completely outside under a light so I recommend brushing your teeth early. Todd was super easy and responsive. Great time.
