This was our first trip to PCB and it did not disappoint. From beginning to end Lisa, our condo owner was amazing and always just a text away. The condo was very well taken care of. Decorated in beach theme that makes you feel cozy at the same time. The beds were comfy and the master king has an adjustable. The couch was super plush as well. The balcony was AMAZING. We had the absolute best views every single day. We searched and reviewed every condo in PCB and I’m so glad we found this one. It was perfect. At the 16th floor the elevators were very fast. We had one day the middle one didn’t work but maintenance fixed it the very next day. The pools and sauna were cleaned everyday and the surroundings were always clean along with the beach. We loved how many trash cans they had for beach goers to use. If I had to find a downfall, it would only be that I wish there were places to separate the recyclables from the regular trash. You can not go wrong if you choose this Twin Palms Condo. We can’t wait to go back.

Great room arrangement for two single people. Private but more equal than most units. Well appointed. Love the balcony filled with more than enough comfortable furniture Fabulous view! Building centrally located with secure covered parking. We have already booked for next year.

This property is exactly as described! Wonderful on the beach location, clean and well kept condo. The owner was fantastic to work with and recommended some great places to eat ! Will definitely come back! Thanks Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise!

This condo was by far our favorite place to stay. It was the oerfect set up for our family of 4. The balcony is huge, we loved having our breakfast out there. Lisa was wonderful and responded to any questions we had. She even had a chest full of beach toys and and closet full of other beach item's that we could use. We will definitely be back.

Condo was great, comfortable, and well-appointed. Appreciated the communicative owner, too. They provided us with excellent recommendations. Of course, you just can’t beat the gorgeous PC Beaches. Great stay.

Me and my family stayed here during the first week of October. First off, I thought the listing was just as advertised. You get exactly what you see in the pictures and in the listing. The balcony was our favorite part, it’s very spacious and has a fantastic view. The furniture on the balcony was great as well, plenty of seating/table space and very comfortable. The interior the condo was also great, with comfortable beds/couch etc, stocked with plenty of things that you need or can be useful for your trip down to the beach. The beach wagon was awesome for toting your canopy, chairs, cooler, etc. I also thought Lisa was great. Reserving the condo was quick and simple, and Lisa was very helpful. She sent me plenty of pics, recommendations, and kept in touch to make sure we arrived ok, etc. The condo is in a pretty cool spot too. We walked down to pineapple willys for dinner and drinks, as well as a few gift shops and the daiquiri shack close by. We had a great trip, and whenever we return to Panama City beach I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We used this beautiful condo as the meeting place for our uncle’s 80th birthday. The condo is well appointed with a breathless view of the Gulf. It’s close to many restaurants and right on the beach. Thank you Lisa for letting us use your wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful time, Lisa was very good at helping us get checked in & gave us several codes to use for garage, unit door & gate to walkway to beach. Unit had everything we needed & enjoyed view from balcony. Beautiful beach & good time of year to enjoy this fabulous unit.

We had a blast. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of cookware, etc. Host was excellent and attentive. Property was in a perfect location! We will definitely be back!

We just finished our stay at the twin palms and it did not disappoint!!! Lisa was amazing, personally called me the day of check in, along with continued communication during our stay. The condo was stunning, very clean and specious. The views were breathtaking and the beach wasn’t over crowded! I would 100% book with Lisa again. I highly recommend this property ❤️

We loved our stay this year. I was a tad nervous that the condo was smaller than the ones we normal stay in and didn’t have all the amenities (indoor pool, fitness center, etc) but it was actually wonderful to stay at a smaller place. There wasn’t as many people or crowded- we never had to wait over a minute or two for the elevator. We had wonderful weather despite the double red flag days. My boys loved the PlayStation and it was a nice addition to the condo. The host was very helpful and quick in response to any questions I had. We look forward to staying here again!

The weather was perfect for the week we stayed. Some minor issues with the condo which were resolved quickly and with no inconvenience to us. We would definitely rent with Lisa again…she is the perfect host! 😊

Lisa was quick with to respond to all inquiries. We have been to PCB several times over the years and everyone agreed this was by far our best experience. 1. Easy to get in and out of parking garage. Ample space to park larger vehicles. Never had difficulty finding a parking spot. Parking is under the condos so no long distance walking or crossing streets. 2. Never had to wait on an elevator. That was a concern knowing we would be on the 16th floor. 3. Condo - LOVED there were no bunk beds in the spare bedroom. Plenty of room for my 3 kids to sleep in the extra bedroom. New appliances and they worked seamlessly. It was missing a couple of things in the kitchen I would have liked to have had but we were able to work around it (ex: baking sheet, measuring cups, towels to dry dishes). However, it was nice that we didn't have to buy a lot of the extras for our stay - dishwashing pods, dishwashing soap, etc. The master bedroom has a large bed that is adjustable. Two tvs with access to a lot of options - movies, shows, etc. Xbox with a couple of games had my son very happy. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. We could easily see the flag color and know before we headed to the beach. Both bathrooms were bigger than any place we stayed before. We will definitely be reaching out to stay at this condo for all future stays in PCB.

My sister and i took our kiddos for a week and we had a blast! Lisa was an absolute GEM!! She was always quick to respond when i had a question and gave us so many recommendations on where to take the kiddos. The condo was great, super spacious, comfy beds and furniture! Seriously, i can’t say enough great things about Lisa or this place. She was just absolutely wonderful!

My family and I had the best time together in PCB it has been such a long time that we have been able to vacation. Lisa the host was amazing!!! She sent me all sorts of things to do, kept me up to date on things, very responsive when I had a questions. So very helpful in all aspects of our trip. The condo was exactly as described. One thing I would change…… add screen doors to the balcony slider doors so you can listen to the waves all night. I absolutely loved the condo. We walked to alot of places and rented a golf cart to take the Pier Park. Loved that. It was a fantastic vacation and condo!! Thank you again Lisa for everything. I plan to book again. ❤️

We were so impressed with our host, Lisa, she did a wonderful job with communication. We were able to get in our condo early right when the house keeping was done. She let us also get our passes early before check in so that my family and I could swim. Super clean, spacious, condo. We can’t wait to come back.

Where should I begin? We absolutely loved our stay! The condo owner was super friendly, and very communicative. Before our arrival, she offered several suggestions on things to do in the area, as well as a couple of Facebook groups to follow that focus on PCB goings on. The condo itself was immaculately clean upon arrival. The furniture is all very comfortable - nothing made my "bad" back angry! Most beach condos are decorated very kitschy. Not this one! This one is very homey, with lovely, tasteful beach accents. I loved sitting on the sofa, looking out, and seeing the Gulf. And being on the 16th floor, I was perfectly safe sleeping with the balcony door open, allowing me to fall asleep & wake up to the soothing sounds of the Gulf. Mom and I both loved the hand-held shower heads! The garage is code-entry, so I felt completely safe leaving my car there. The pool area is very nice and well kept. This area of the beach was practically clear of trash - so clean and bright! Our only complaint was that the TVs in the bedrooms were not properly hooked up to cable. We informed the owner, and she said she would have it resolved quickly. Otherwise, this was an ideal beach stay for us. We can't wait to come back next year!

Such a great condo. Clean, comfortable, very updated, great views and beach access. Lisa kept us posted about the crazy weather and was responsive to all questions. Highly recommend this rental.

I loved being able to see and hear the ocean non-stop. Lisa was an excellent host; she gave extra information that helped us really learn PCB. We were there for the months of March through April, 2023. The condo was great; at times other people were more than loud but we got through it. There's just so many people on the roads, I just enjoyed the beach and pool without feeling I needed to run around a lot..

Clean, everything is top of the line! View is fabulous and Lisa is great to work with! We’ve stayed at Twin Palms for 3 years and this was the best!!!

This condo has a great location. You can walk to several dining locations and shopping for souvenirs. The appliances are new and the main bed is very comfy. However, there is no foldout bed as described. The property is well maintained. One big downside, the lights at the grilling are were out the entire six weeks we were there. Hard to grill in the dark. Parking is more than adequate but a door code, a garage code and a beach gate code were a bit cumbersome ass all were long! Overall a nice place.

The property is amazing. The condo was so clean with everything you would need for your stay!! The security of the property made you feel so safe!! The view is incredible!! We left something of value and the property owner was great at letting me know that they had it and would get it back to us!! I will definitely rent from Lisa again!!!

We enjoyed Lisa's condo so much! This property far exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, roomy, and the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in on a vacation. Price was unbeatable and we loved every minute we got to spend at this property. We will definitely be returning the next chance that we get!

Everything was beautiful! We had a great time. The fish market that Lisa told us about was our best dinner. We brought steamed shrimp, tuna dip, crab fingers and crab cakes back and enjoyed the dinner on our patio.
