Nice place and nice location. Maybe not the best place inside for us older, simi handicap people. Furniture very uncomfortable and too many stairs for us. Overall trip was fantastic and you helped make it that way. Thank you

We loved staying do close to Ocean Beach and then dog beach. We brought our family which includes mom, me, brother, sister, brother-in-law, son, his fiancée, daughter, son-in-law, and dogs on our family trip. We enjoyed relaxing, the beach, exploring the neighborhood shops and restaurants, family meals together, the beautiful balcony and view, the yard was perfect for our dogs, and the off street parking was great. One of our favorite trips.

With a little effort this house could be better. Not as clean as it could be, no working thermostat, (electrical heaters made the circuit breaker pop, leaving no power upstairs) no kitchen towels and dirty dishwasher.Sad to say that these few could give them a better rating .

Overall - I was disappointed with the townhome. Positives - neighbors were friendly. The code I was emailed was wrong but got a quick response from the manager with the correct code. We received a personalized thank you card which was nice! Close to the beach and restaurants. Negatives - Floors were not clean. No Blinds in the 3rd floor room to block sunlight. The combination of not having any air conditioning and extremely noisy because of the proximity to the airport. I understand there isn't much you can about jet noise but I have to balance opening the windows for cool air and noise from the airplanes. I would recommend investing in A/C. Also, 3 windows did not have screens on them. The place only had 1 full bath (bad on me for not verifying but I was expecting 2 full baths). In summary, for the price I paid, I expected the basic necessities to be accomplished (clean, cool, dark room that's reasonably quiet). That was not the case.

We loved it here. The only downside is that the 2nd bedroom is on the 3rd floor. With small children this was not even an option once we saw it but there was a futon in the master bedroom so the kids joined us in there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed with the exception of salt and pepper. It was super comfortable and clean! We loved the literature left on the counter that told us about local activities and nearby stores. The driveway was a bit tough for us to fit the minivan along side the neighbors 2 cars. But we managed and they were really friendly. We will definitely stay here again. It was exactly what we needed !

The process of renting the property was painless & professional. My family enjoyed staying there & being in walking distance from the beach & several restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
