This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely place. It is very clean, has a friendly staff, beautiful views and the best pool in Troncones. I would highly recommend staying here.

Las Villas is definitely one of the best stays in Troncones. The manager, Angelique, is amazing and extremely helpful. The condo is clean and super comfortable. Super close to town and local cafe's and restaurants. The whole crew in Troncones that works there are very friendly and create a very safe environment.

Very special feel. Angelique the property manager and her husband were fantastic and made our stay so special. Two great restaurants are right by and a 1 minute walk. Pool was great. Kitchen was nicely outfitted.

The property was centrally located in town, close proximity to the yoga studio, restaurants and stores. The condo had adequate amenities, was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff was great. The grounds were kept immaculate and beautiful; we spent a lot of time at the pool just looking out at the surf. We hope to return soon to this property for another great trip!

Nothing missing, daily cleaning was great. Pool and common area was one of the best in town.

We have stayed in Tronconnes a number of times but this trip really took the cake. The condo we were in had all the amenities you could ever need. Honestly we couldn’t get over how beautiful and private the property was while simultaneously being so close to some of our favorite restaurants there. There were other guests on the property as well all of them friendly and great, still it somehow felt like we had the place to ourselves. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Troncones and the Villas are a magical place. Our family spent a month here in paradise and couldn't have asked for anything to be better. The pool is spectacular for kids, the ocean and beach are great for playing, and the food around town is to die for. We felt so safe we even let our 4 year old go places all by herself! If you do have small kids I think renting the upstairs villas (like David Setka's) is much better to make sure they don't wander off to the pool. The only downfall is having to leave!

We had a great 3 days/nights! The Villas overall is just gorgeous, so clean and nicely landscaped. David's place is very nice. It had decent pots and pans for cooking and had everything else you could possibly need in the kitchen. The only kitchen complaint I could possibly have, which is silly, is better coffee cups! Since you can't really see the ocean from this unit full on - it is easy to go sit on the beach to watch the waves and his cups are pretty small. I know, silly! The bathrooms are great and the bedrooms large. The a/c worked great in the master, too. (Didn't use the 2nd bedroom). The bed was super comfy as well. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because of the fact that we couldn't see the ocean like we were hoping. You could hear it wonderfully, though. He had nice information packets in the unit and his recommendations were spot on.

The villa was everything I expected and more. The town was a perfect setting for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The pool, and beach were amazing. We were totally satisfied with our 25 day stay. Couldn't ask for anything more. Our apartment had everything we needed. The cleaning ladies did a wonderful job as did the maintenance man, Victor and the gardening crew. Lisa, the manager was available to answer any of our questions. We will return.

The pool furniture was in poor condition/ it would have been great to have an outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill - the view and pool was great

We stayed at the villas for 6 weeks! It was a clean and comfortable villa in the perfect location. The villa staff was friendly and we felt safe. It was a really great experience. La Mexicana is an awesome restaurant just down the road that we recommend. There is recycling in town and compost (across the street) which was great to see. We brought our own bags when we shopped to try and reduce our plastic footprint and we encourage travellers to do the same! This is the best place for families and we would travel there again!
