This was our first time in Rocky point. We had a great time. The beach and pool are nice and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. Our room was exactly what the pictures showed. We would stay here again!

Great location! Next to coffee shop and a short walk to pools and beach. The back patio provided great shade for the afternoon with kids and smaller size pools for a quick swim while doing dinner. The bunk bed addition was a great upgrade since our last stay in this condo.

Nice 1.5 bedroom condo on the ground floor at Las Paloma’s. Phase 2, walk out directly to the pool & beach! Clean, comfortable, lively condo!

Awesome location right next to the coffee shop pools right out front were lovely. Lots of sleeping space.

Host does not answer messages or calls the condo smelled like paint all weekend And there was a really unpleasant smell coming from the sink since I got there it smell like rotten food I've been trying to get a hold of the host to address the issues.

Clean room

This Unit is the first upon entry. Unfortunately, this has an adjacent wall to a full time construction unit. 7 days a week you will hear saws, hammering, pounding, dropping metal, and staple guns. All tenants need to pass by the door to get to the elevator or stairs - so continual noise is a factor. Keep in mind the shower doesn't drain, so plan on standing in everyone else's bathing water.

Loved the location and the place was perfect for the 4 of us. Master plus small room with twin over full bunk bed worked out perfect for our stay. Thank you!!

Perfect location

Cute little condo, I appreciated there weren't lots of trinkets and breakable things. We traveled with our kiddos (5,2,0) The bunk beds were perfect. Loved the beach and pools.

We were staying with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and enjoyed all of the amenities the property has to offer.

This property was everything I've wanted in rocky point. Large kitchen counter, shady patio, 1st floor access to the pool, clean beds and room. It was all amazing!

First floor condo in front of two pools! Cant beat that. Super clean and easy to access and park. Loved the location.

The room is clean, owner is very responsive, everything works as it should, benefits, the extra room if you want to take your kids, the bunk beds come in handy, next to front desk, restaurant and bar, on first floor so easy to access pools and beach if you are carrying things kids pool is a few steps from rear access, recommend it I will stay again with grandkids.

Great time!

Reserved three condos. All properties were amazing. One condo was not ready for check in until 530 pm. Ask for towels one day. Took them 2 hours to get them To room. Ask for room to get cleaned. Took housekeeping 6?hours to get someone to go in and clean rentals. Horrible customer service. Management full of excuses.

The ground floor location is ideal and offers a next level of relaxation, coming and going to the room is convenient and a breeze compare to having to use the elevators behind the building and take a long walk around the building to get to the pool/beach. We loved this, especially having a little one. We really enjoyed our stay, the small bunk room was perfect for family members. The bedroom was spacious and allowed room for our baby in a pack n play. The room needs some major updating. The furniture feels very overwhelming and cluttered in the room. The kitchen cookware and utensils are beat up, the toaster wasn’t working properly. Everything feels very outdated. The room overall is not exciting. We enjoyed it for the location and great sleeping arrangement.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Everything you need provided. Staff wonderful. Owners responses were great too. The beach was beautiful! Nothing wrong with the condo other than we are older (in our mid 40s and early 50s) and prefer soft mattress and pillows. The firm bed/pillows may be liked by others though. Other than that, I think we had some bad timing though because so much construction going on around us. Drunk people banging on our door in middle of night, and we had to leave a day early because the dump nearby caught fire and the smoke blew all the way to the condo and we couldn’t go outside. Like I said nothing to do with this condo.

The staff was wonderful and the amenities were above average but the only downfall was that there was a ton of construction and in the photos prior before booking the pool area outside my rental was open but when we arrived it was under construction so we had a view of of a work zone.

Unit needs some updating. The unit was fine overall. First time staying on the ground floor. A little more noise than upper floors

We always enjoy this comdo, overall the stay was wonderful.

Bunk beds came in handy. Love the easy floor level access from parking lot. A little bit of a walk to the beach with stair access. Clean & neat property. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great!!

Pros: The condo was extremely clean and everything was as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook meals. Ground floor meant you could walk right out the sliding glass doors to the pool/beach. The pool area is amazing! We used the gym a couple of days and it was well equipped. Cons: The king bed in the master bedroom is lumpy and on its last leg. It really needs to be replaced. One side sags so much that I felt like I was falling off the bed. One of us ended up sleeping on the bunk bed because it was preferable. Closest to the lobby also means furthest from the beach and pool area (not a huge deal but just take note of the location)This is a property issue and not an issue about the condo itself but….the property is militant about towels!!!! No joke about checking them in and out at particular times. If you fail to return any towels, there is a $15 charge per towel (so either bring your own beach towels or keep tabs on the ones you check out)Overall it was a wonderful stay.
