The house was terrific, the location was great. Plenty of space to spread out, it was a great vibe and exactly what we were hoping for! The hot tub was perfect and the communication was really good- even accommodating a last minute request! The kitchen had everything we needed, would definitely stay again!

I booked this trip so my brother, sister and I could honor our late dad's lifetime love of amateur astronomy and the many many trips to chase different celestial events he took us on, often to crazy back-of-beyond off the map places. We made SunRiver our base camp and from their plotted a course to Hole in the Ground Vista Point for the actual day of the eclipse, where we had the most amazing experience as the clouds parted just enough to frame the crucial moments of maximum occlusion and the "ring of fire". Truly magical. The house was just right for our combined crew, with card and video games to amuse the nephews and nieces, a hot tub for the grown-ups and a great kitchen to share meals and drinks in. Having Fort Rock Park literally in the backyard also was a plus with the littles! The SHARC passes were put to good use, as were the bikes (and helmets!). All in all a great stay.

This house was lovely; clean and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything you could need and was nicely laid out. It could easily accommodate 4 couples or a multi-generational family. The location was okay within the Sunriver development with a bike trail adjacent, places to walk and a park for the kids. Most of the beds were comfortable though the mattress in the master bedroom is probably on its last legs. I am sure the owner will upgrade it as necessary. There were so many places to sleep with great beds it was not an issue for us. There is plenty of everything, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. They even provide complimentary kits with bathing products. The master suite is massive with a jacuzzi. And if you are a game player the house is well stocked for things for the entire family. Check in and check out were simple with an easy code to access the place. I would definitely stay there again!

This home was a perfect place to stay for our time in the Bend area for a family wedding. The home was clean, very inviting and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you needed to cook. Great back yard with relaxing hot tub.

The rental home is happily situated in the SUNRIVER area with a big playground (complete with everything a child or the young-at-heart adult would want) right behind the property with an easy access. The house has enough areas for different groups of the family to assemble in -- with tvs and entertainment everywhere. The fully stocked kitchen is a delight for the chef in the family, the beds are all very comfortable, the rooms are bright and spacious. We enjoyed using the bikes and the table tennis in the garage was a hit! The Arrived customer service is top-notch! They were very responsive and helpful beyond what you'd expect. I would stay at this house again for sure!

Great place lots of blankets all over. plenty of dishes in the kitchen everything was set up so well! We had no problems with anything the whole family had a wonderful time, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Communication with Arrived was very prompt, we loved it there!! We will be back plenty of room for the 13 of us.

Beautiful and large home perfect for family gathering and was very well stocked!

We were in Bend for a mountain bike race for our teen boys at Mt Bachelor. Three couples plus 6 teens fit nicely in this home. The house was very clean, the kitchen had tons of dishes and serving pieces which I always appreciate in a rental where we plan on eating in. It was close to the Sharc (with 10 passes included) and less than 30 minutes to the lodge at Bachelor. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time! The location can’t be beat.

We and our family went to Bend for a wedding at Elk Lake. Most of us stayed at 9 Hoodoo Sunriver. It was a wonderful home and accommodated all of us very comfortably. It is a beautiful area and the contact person/owner was more than kind to me as I'm not a pro at renting these places!!🥴 Bikes, ping pong, wonderful playground for the little ones right out the back door and a big hot tub for all!! It was the best!

Home was fully equipped from kitchen to sports equipment. Perfect location next to Fort Rock park. Layout is great from bathrooms bedrooms great rooms family - kitchen including gathering spots and privacy too ! Fenced back yard wonderful. We will definitely stay again !!

We have stayed in many properties in many places over the years. We all agreed this was the best home because it was very well provisioned and spacious. Back yard dining was excellent and we ate out there every night for six nights. Can’t say enough about the great location of the park just outside the back gate. 5 stars from us.

We did not lack for anything! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Fort Rock Park was out the back gate. We hope to return in the future.

This house was so well equipped from the kitchen, to the bedding, to the grill and hot tub, to the garage with bikes and a table tennis set up. We enjoyed and used it all. Our family of 6 adults and 4 adolescents fit well with a bed for everyone. We made great meals, enjoyed the patio and hot tub, and had great access to hiking and the High Dessert museum which was a surprising treat. The home was clean and in great condition. The upstairs bathroom towel bar needs some repairs as the brackets are loose and the bar falls out. We tried to use the SHARC but they were full and not admitting guests for the entire afternoon we were available. Disappointing. Overall, we would love to stay in this house if we come to Sunriver again. Thank you!

The property location is nice on a secluded cul-de-sac and just behind the park. We were 3 families (12 people) staying and the house is big enough to not feel crowded. The only complains are that the windows have no curtains, or the blinds are too thin and white so all the light from early morning was coming in, disturbing the sleep. Also, the beds are not stable enough and tiny movements from your partner will shake the bed in the night. Overall, many of us didn't have good sleep in our two nights stay.

We really loved this house! One of the more comfortable and well equipped homes I've stayed in around Sunriver. I was also super happy with Arrived. Great communication and support before the trip, and when we had one small question during our trip, and one after, they were on the ball and exceeded our expectations.

Great location next to Ft. Rock Park. Great house with lots to offer. We would love to come back and stay again.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really appreciated the pantry to store our food.. The location to the park was wonderful especially with the back gate. And the hot tub was great!

This was a perfect spot for a family gathering with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and parents with 3 children ages three and under. It was so nice to be close to the playground at Ft. Rock park, which is literally right out the back gate. The property is in great condition, the kitchen was well provisioned, the beds were comfortable and we made good use of the bikes and the SHARC passes available to us. It was so good to have a fenced in yard with having small children in our group (we had a very minor problem with the back gate, but it was fixed within a few hours of our sending a text about it). We definitely hope to stay at this property again!
