Fantastic cottage in Inlet Cove. Pristine, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the beach, riverview sunsets, miles of biking and convenient to kayaking. Welcoming owner and great communication. A much needed getaway enjoyed by all! Thank you. Hope to return.

This was our first time to Kiawah Island (my two daughters, my mother and myself) and we loved every moment, including our rental. It offers a spacious yet cozy feel. This rental includes everything that you need and then some. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and the showers have great water pressure! We enjoyed playing board games that are provided, and simply relaxing! We loved our morning and evening walks to the beach which takes less than 10 minutes. Our host was terrific and I would absolutely book this rental again. :-)

Has all amenities. Short walk to the beach. View of the creek from the back porch is awesome. Lots of wildlife. Very quiet and peaceful.

We have stayed in many rental homes on our vacations, but this one was definitely a step above! So clean & equipped with everything we could possibly have needed!

Our family has been going to Kiawah Island for the last 20 years. We have always rented in Inlet Cove. All the houses look the same from the outside, however there is a difference. This house at was extremely well equipped both inside and outside. I have to say the best ever we have rented. We are renting this house again next year.

I found the property to be very comfortable well-stocked with all amenities necessary. Correspondence with the owner and property manager very accommodating with quick response. I’ve been going to the Kiawah Island yearly for over 10 years. This so far has been my favorite property. Hope to stay there again.

I cannot say enough about Carol's beautiful cottage! From the moment you walk in the door you can see, ad feel, the love and care she has put into this place to make your stay beyond comfortable. There is ample seating that is very comfortable, with a large dining table and another small table in the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay and more. The bedrooms are wonderful with VERY comfortable mattresses, a MUST while traveling. If you are looking for a cottage to call home while visiting Kiawah Island look no further~ We are so glad we found this gem!

Carol is a terrific host and her property is great. Inlet Cove is conveniently located on Kiawah - close to the beach, close to Freshfields, and with amenities that are superior to other Kiawah communities from our perspective. In addition, her property in particular is well located within Inlet Cove, convenient to all community amenities, and overlooks a tidal creek with unique opportunities for wildlife viewing. Our family stayed there for an extended period of time with 3 kids under 7 and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.

It was probably the cleanest, nicest property we have ever rented through VRBO. It surpassed all our expectations and more than met our needs. It is a loved, well kept gem.

This property was immaculate and by far the best we’ve stayed in for our annual family vacation! The attention to every detail by the owner (Carol) did not go unnoticed. The overall cleanliness, amazingly stocked kitchen & upgraded bathrooms was wonderful . Highly recommend this gorgeous home and we will definitely rebook it again! This is an excellent property. The location is great, short walk to the beach. The pool and the access to the dock was incredible. The home is warm, comfortable and has everything you need to have a nice stay. We loved the back screened in porch - spent so much time out there! Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island very much! So much natural beauty that lends to a real vacation feel. The house was very comfortable, modern, and clean. We enjoyed hanging out in the house as much as we enjoyed the community pool, sunsets at the dock, and numerous bike paths all around the island. The owner was very easy to work with and very communicative when needed.

Our stay at Carol’s home was perfect in every way! This is a beautiful, roomy, very comfortable home, with the best equipped kitchen of any place we’ve stayed. The screened porch overlooking the river is my idea of heaven. The little neighborhood (Inlet Cove) is quiet, lovely and convenient (it’s about a ten minute walk or two minute bike ride to the beach). There’s a nice private community dock and pool. Carol is extremely responsive—everything went as smoothly as possible. We are looking forward to our next stay already!

This neighborhood is a hidden gem just outside the Kiawah gates. We rode our bikes everywhere and the having such easy access to the paths along the Kiawah Island Pkwy made it so easy. This kitchen was one of the best equipped rental kitchens. (Sharp knives!) Everything you could think of. We truly enjoyed our visit!

This property is well kept and offers everything you could want for a family stay at Kiawah without paying resort price. A welcome book gave us lots of helpful information about Kiawah, renting bikes, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was full of all the tools and equipment needed for our stay. The walk/bike ride to the beach was a bit of a haul with all our items. It took us 15 minutes because of walking with a little one but still overall really nice experience!

This was our 2nd stay at the cottage. We just love the location. Carol is great and very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back next summer!

This was a week’s vacation with our kids- we all loved it, and will definitely be back. The property was immaculate- not a house, but truly a home, in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, a gas grill and all the utensils and appliances you would ever need. It even had beach chairs and a wagon in the storage area! The location is really the best you can get- a 3 minute bike ride to Beachwalker Beach, and a 15 minute bike ride to Freshfields- restaurants and grocery store. Kiawah Island is gorgeous- unspoiled, with shaded bike lanes and several beautiful beaches. There is easy bike access to the Bohicket Marina and Seabrook Island, and equally beautiful and unspoilt island with shaded bike lanes. We also went kayaking and paddleboarding. I can go on and on about it, but this has been our best beach stay so far- and we have been to the Keys, Sanibel, Tybee, Hilton Head, Amelia islands and several Gulf coast beaches. No comparison, if unspoilt nature is what you are after. Thank you for hosting us, we really enjoyed our stay, and plan to be back!!

This house was perfect for our family of four. It’s updated with modern amenities - TVs, kitchen appliances, granite etc. the beds are extremely comfortable as well. I loved being able to park under the house and store all our water toys under as well. Carol (the owner) was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is as advertised. I think of the 75 reviews I looked at, 73 were 5 stars. Now it's 74 out of 76. I timed the walk to the beach and its about 8 minutes. The beach area was surprisingly uncrowded even though we were there the week before the July 4th holicay. Carol was great! Always got back to me promptly and provided all the necessary documents in an easy format. We did a lot of biking and would highly recommend renting bikes for the week. Also had a great time at Mingo Point with SUP boards and Kayak. Lots of dolphin and just a really beautiful area. First time in Kiawah and will definitely return!

The house had everything that we needed and was in a great location. Carol was so helpful and always so quick to respond to my questions. We loved our time here!

The house was beautiful, clean and well updated. The weather was amazing , it was the first time we had ever gone in October.

The property was extremely clean and updated and had all of the things we were looking for. Everything from the Weber natural gas grill to the lg washer and dryer gave us everything we needed to feel like home. Carol was great throughout the process and Inlet Cove is an amazing place to stay. We highly recommend renting this cottage.
