We loved everything about this place. The kitchen was huge, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice to be able to park inside the garage. I would highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach and great restaurants. We had a blast!!!

Amanda was very responsive and helpful. However, the problems just kept happening. This could be an amazing property but has problems and needs extensive repairs with plumbing, shower drains, blowing fuses, and doors that will not lock, BBQ grills and more. As bad as we wanted to love this place as it was described we did not.

We celebrated thanksgiving with our family of 10 and the space was great ! The beach is a few steps away , views are amazing, enough space for the entire crew. We noticed the propane tanks were out and I notified the host and she immediately responded and had it delivered !!

If you need five bedrooms and want to be near the beach this is a great house. The house is starting to look like it needs some upkeep especially the outside.

We came and stayed here earlier in 2022, and we loved it so much that we came back again. Beautiful home and plenty of room for our entire party. Quick little walk to the beach right from the back patio. Highly recommend this home!!!

This was out 2nd time with this Beautiful home. We absolutely love this property. We vacationed her last year for the 1st time and knew this was our official place to stay in Rocky Point from here forward. The home is beautifully laid out that everyone one has their own private bathroom. Rooms are spaced out for privacy too. Great for entertaining dinner after enjoying the beach, pool, sand doons, and everything else Rocky Point has to offer. Home is fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The only suggestion would be to add a tortilla warmer (Cast Iron Round Griddle). We eat tortillas with all our meals and since it is an electric stove this is what I use at home with my electric stove. We used a regular cooking pan which worked but this small kitchen add on would be so much easier for our situation, but definitely not a deal breaker for us because everything is so amazing in this home. The check in process is seamless as long as you take the form with you with all your guest names and ages as the Owner instructs you to do so. The property is guarded by security 24 hrs and you can not enter unless you are a registered guest which made us feel very safe since we always have teenagers and small children with us on vacation. The community pool is EMACULATE !! Very clean, bathrooms at the pool are extremely clean. You can take you coolers to the pool, just no GLASS. Depending on the time of day you should bring your own chairs, there is a limited amount of chaise lounges around the pool, but we had our own folding chairs so we were very comfortable. Our stay was a total of 3 families which makes a 4 day 3 night stay extremely reasonable for the fee of this beautiful home. You will not be disappointed with this choice for your vacation in Rocky Point !!!

This is a beautiful house. Perfect location. Bedrooms very spacious.

Great time had. Space was just right. We had a couple teenagers on air mattresses, worked out fine. GRILL in the pictures doesn’t work. Not a big deal they have a smaller roll out grill in the garage you can use- but it’s smaller- plan accordingly. At the gate they tried to make us pay 75- per extra guest 5 and over - over the 12 allotted in the price of the house rental. The charge should have only been 50 per person not 75- after expressing this- we settled on 50- be prepared for that. Overall it did the job and we built amazing memories.

We splurged for our father's final trip to the ocean, and chose this property expecting what was advertised in the VRBO listing, most especially the outdoor kitchen, neighborhood pool and hot tub. We were told only 2 days before traveling that there were "emergency repairs" on the pool and hot tub and they would be unusable during our stay. People in the neighborhood told us it was remodeling and the manager knew that they were scheduled. We had to ask for propane to be delivered for the grill (despite the fact that it was mentioned in other reviews and the guest book.) Propane was delivered but the grill didn't work and was unusable. Many repairs and upgrades are needed, including the hot water heater, refrigerator, security shutters, window coverings, two of the beds are extremely uncomfortable. You can get much more for your money elsewhere in Casa Diamante and Puerto Penasco!

This was my first time to Rocky Point and it did not disappoint! Mandy was prompt and polite. The location and property were great. Highly recommended.

The good This property is in a great location, the host is quick to respond, the home is very spacious. AC was super cold the entire time. The bad This home is in need of attention/remodel. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable, the bed sheets are cheap. There were dead roaches I. The garage and patio. The grill doesn’t work properly, and the gas tank was empty during our stay. Just a suggestion this home needs a jacuzzi tub, it is far from the pool and it would be a nice addition. Having said all that and after been a little frustrated that the grill didn’t work, it is a good choice rental for a big family or group. Four stars

Amazing house in Rocky Point! 100 steps down a private walkway right to the beach. Slept 14 grown adults very comfortably. Walking distance to the bars and restaurant. Safe and secure with security post right outside. Amanda was very easy to communicate with about the trip. Will be staying here for any Rocky Point trip.

Location is amazing. Some areas need some updating: mattresses, cookware and outdoor area. Fans would be a huge addition as well. I would also recommend bringing extra bath and hand towels and wash cloths. Very few were provided. Owner was very responsive.

Location was great, house is very beat up and furniture is very unsatisfactory especially the beds. Had all the amenities, but our linens where not washed and there was a weed pipe my seven year old found in the pantry...uncool.

The home was roomy. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time there and the beach was a very quick walk away approx 2 minute walk. The living room furniture / barstools were a bit worn

The house was the perfect size for our family. It is very nice and close to the beach. We will stay again.

We booked this place for a family vacation for 16 people. This house is awesome. It's beautiful to start and it is about 100 feet away for the beach. We had a really great time during our vacation.

We had the best time on this vacation!!! It was a couple of my kids and their families. 14 of us total. The house is gorgeous!! And the location is the best. Just a short walk down a beautiful pathway and you are on the beach! After reading a few other reviews about this home I think people expect to much sometimes. Yes it could use a little TLC in a few places, but nothing serious. If you have ever been to Mexico you know it is not the US. Bottom line is we loved the house, we loved the area, and we WILL be coming back and staying in here again! Thank you Amanda for renting your beautiful home!

Great experience, well-maintained property with an awesome floor plan for the whole family to gather when you are not on the beach. Just steps away from what seems to be your very own section of the beach!

Everything was awesome. The house was in immaculate shape. The location was superb. The ease in which we booked and entered and exited the property was fantastic! Me and our staff would recommend this house to ANYONE! GREAT!!!

Very nice and relaxing

We really enjoyed our trip and stay! Such a great thing to be all together in one house with our kids and grandkids!! The GOOD:The home is beautiful, the domed ceiling takes your breath away! The location on Sandy Beach cannot be beat! LOTS of ROOM! Beds are a bit soft but comfy. TVs with Direct were a great bonus. Good secure wifi. The wash off hose outside was a saver...and the outdoor BBQ grill and marble counters were functional and beautiful. Fire pit great gathering area. Bring some wood if you are planning on using...not much of that in Rocky Point. Hit the shops on the Cholla road...not the Fish Market area! Better prices and selection...less crouds! The DRAWBACKS: Be Aware of the the $50/pp charge for more than 12 guests over 4 yrs! Yikes! We had 17 of us, but only 10 towels for 5 days. I asked about it and got no reply or resolution. Good thing for beach towels! The hot water in upper bedroom is lukewarm at best. Outside futon on deck has sand fleas that bite at night...don't sleep on it! My granddaughter was covered with terrible itchy non- mosquito bites after one night that lasted 2 weeks. Frig has a really hard time getting and keeping cold, even after being closed all night long...had to use our YETI ice chest for stuff that needed super cold for 3 days until it caught up. Maybe ask to have it turned on 3-4 days before arrival?? There are signs of a lack of maintenance and repair..ie. handles loose and/or falling off plumbing & doors, wrought iron decor on wall is rusting and corroded and needs attention soon...etc. HOWEVER, I KNOW how hard it IS...to get things done in Mexico ...esp. long distance! I am SURE Amanda will be on top of these and see that they are taken care of. She seems to be a great person!

The security guards went above and beyond to find the necessary people to bring propane for the grill. The cleanliness could have been a little better and some of the bedrooms were warm while the rest of the home felt cool. It was very close to the ocean and had its own pathway! A house this beautiful should have its own pool since the communal pool was not very close but other than that it was a memorable experience and the family was happy to all be together! Thank you👍😃

This house is perfect for large families or multiple couples. Each room is very spacious and the location next to the beach had great views and easy access to everything we wanted to see.

Perfect for our party of 15. Tons of beach chairs, toys and towels. Kitchen is well stocked with most seasonings and tons of plates and cups. The property manager was excellent to work with.

We had a wonderful stay would recommend to anyone. Great host!!😎�. Beautiful house almost on the beach. It was my parents’ first time to Rocky Point they were very impressed.
