We stayed at the cottage Memorial Day weekend. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The host was super responsive, emailed us a ton of restaurant and activity information and recommendations ahead of our stay. Short walk to a beautiful beach and close to local sights/shopping. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my first experience with Vrbo. Every aspect of this property and location exceeded all my expectations. It was perfect. We had a wonderful time with no worries or issues what so ever. Bravo!

This cottage was perfect for our family of four (children are 6 & 4). We used the kitchen for breakfast, lunch & light dinners when we weren’t eating out. The cottage is a short drive to everything in Dennis Port. The walk to the beach was very easy for our family, make sure to use a wagon. We also visited the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Mayflower Beach & Chatham. These spots are no more than a 20 minute drive. Suzanne was great to work with and we appreciated her recommendations for the area. We loved staying at the cottage & our trip to the Cape!

Suzanne and her husband were great hosts. They were responsive and helpful with any questions and things we needed. The location was great to everything, playground and restaurants. The walk to the beach was a nice 11 min short walk. The Oyster company and Clancy's restaurants were great food. Overall, it was a great first and relaxing family vacation.

This cottage is located on a dead end street. Very quiet- no street noise! It was perfectly suited for us (2 people)with a lot of gear- heavy outerwear (head to toe) and camera equipment. It was nice to have the extra rooms to store gear, clothing and toiletries without cluttering up the cozy fireplaced living room. It takes no time to heat up the cottage (powerful heater) plenty of hot water, super clean kitchen and bathroom. Suzanne was very prompt on answering questions and made us feel at home in her lovely cottage.

Wonderful week at Suzanne's Cape cottage...small but clean and cozy. We loved the outdoor patio...able to hang there day and night thanks to shade from backyard tree. Enjoyed walking to beach and local restaurants. Suzanne responded promptly to our inquiries...no complaints!

This property was SO CUTE! A few friends and I decided to rent a place for a few days for a birthday. It was a good size for all 4 of us, and a close, short walk to the beach! The back patio area was great for hanging and having some drinks, and the interior is completely updated and clean. The location was close to a small winery and a cute downtown area with restaurants and bars. The property manager was easy to message and responded very quickly. There was a "Welcome" basket when we arrived, which was a very nice gesture as well! Great rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our family. It’s not large, but it had everything we needed. Families with little kids should note that there is a shower only--no bathtub--and the bedroom with the twin bed is set apart from the other two bedrooms. Neither was an issue for us. Bringing our own towels and sheets was also not a problem (remember to bring a hand towel, too). The location is superb—just a short walk to the beach, the playground, and Sundae School. (We spent most of our vacation at the latter two.) And the host, Suzanne, was welcoming and responsive without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return one day!
