We have a wonderful week at snowmass, the apartment is beautiful snd spacious.

The location is right next to the gondola, so it’s super easy to get on the slopes. Very spacious and clean. The TV has Netflix and cable. There is a pretty nice gym and two hot tubs that are not super crowded. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

The unit is perfectly located at the base village of Snowmass. Literally 20 yards from the Elk Camp gondola. The Village has a number of great bars, restaurants and retail. The parking and access to the unit was a big plus. Everything was clean and really nice inside - the complex was also really nice. It is a little hard to find the exact location initially.

The unit is beautiful, large and well maintained. It has an abundance of appliances and a boot/glove warmer. Beds were comfy with comforter and lots of down pillows. Decor is pleasant, comfortable and in perfect condition. Everything we needed was there. The location is great. Just across the gondola. The views were lovely. The warm private room where the ski locker was located was the same level as the base of village. Wonderful restaurants right outside the door. Will definitely attempt to rent again next season.

We loved our week in Snowmass staying in the condo. The great location made it quick and easy to jump on the Elk gondola to start our ski days, and having the Sky Cab gondola as well as a third gondola so close was definitely a bonus. It was just a short walk to the underground bus hub and shuttles that took us to Aspen, to the grocery store, etc. It was nice to have really good restaurant options in the immediate vicinity of the condo. The stainless steel hot tubs on site were great, however there were two days of our trip that both tubs were not in working order. The condo would need a bit of updating to be truly luxurious, but we found it to be comfortable, clean and roomy. Overall, we would give our stay at Capitol Peak five stars.

There isn't a better location for skiing Snowmass than this condo. It is literally across the walkway from the gondola and steps to the Village Express and Sky Cab to the shops and restaurants in Snowmass Mall. Condo is no frills but clean and convenient. Slight miscue on key exchange on check-in was handled quickly but cost me an hour of skiing.

The check in process was very easy and convenient. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and it has easy access to the mountain and restaurants.

My family of 5 stayed at this property for 4 nights and we could not have had a better experience. The condo is so much nicer than even the pictures show. The location is literally steps from everything including lifts, gondolas, restaurants, rentals, ice skating, shops and ice cream. The owner was so responsive and seemed happy to help despite some of questions being silly or obvious. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic spacious condo! Pictures do not do it justice- super clean, perfect location with ski school, day care, and lifts at our door. Brenda was super responsive too. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely perfect location I. Snowmass. Most convenient ski building I have stayed in last 30 years Few suggestions 1. Rent a car. The unit includes an incredible space. 2. Arrive during the day. It is hard to find from street side. 3. If you need hotel amenities like a front desk, spa, pool there are better choices. If you are looking g for the most incredibly located ski unit in Snowmass with plenty of amenities close, this is it.

Me and my family stayed in this property for a week, and really enjoyed all of the perks that this condo offers. Capital Peak A has the best location in all of Snowmass, right in front of the Gondola and Tickets office, Four Mountain Sports Rentals, Base Camp, and the Ski School Drop-off. The condo was very clean, had a very complete kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, and very spacious bathrooms. Everything was working, and we never had to call maintenance. The ski locker is very convenient. We also noticed that the building was very quiet, even though we knew that it was mostly completely occupied. The Snowmass Base Village is more lively with each passing year, making Snowmass a great location for satying with kids without every having to go to Aspen looking for Entertainment. We would recommend this booking with our eyes closed! Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Capitol Peak is very convenient to ski lifts and activities. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Check in was a disaster, mostly due to midnight arrival, but key was not available as we’d been told. Had to get rooms at Westin for the night b/c we had no access to our room upon arrival. Our property manager did refund our 1st nights stay, but after traveling from Alabama and not have a place ready for us to stay once we arrived was a huge disappointment.

Loved this property. Perfect for our family of 4 (daughters 16 & 20). Can’t get any closer to the Elk Camp Gondola and super convenient Ski lockers right downstairs. We loved being able to call in dinner at Slice of Italy to just walk out the door and pick it up and bring back to the room. Awesome Italian food!! Loved Snowmass in general and glad we chose to stay here over Aspen. Convenient bus service to go skiing at any of the 4 mountains or to take you to the market from the transit center a couple of buildings over. Would book this property again for sure!

We had a little issue but it was handled swiftly. Brenda was an excellent communicator and the unit is as described. We love the location, right in the action of Base Camp.
