Very nice townhome with big, gas fireplace, hot tub, large kitchen, and plenty of room for our six adults. Would definitely rent it again!

We spent a weekend skiing in Winter Park with friends and this home was perfect. A five minute walk to the shuttle stop and then a very easy shuttle ride directly to the mountain. Added convenience thanks to the large garage and wet room on the bottom level. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed him and the house was FULLY stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and comfortable beds. All of the neighbors were so nice too! Highly recommend. Especially if you want to cook most of your meals at home.

Extremely well appointed and stocked condo. Great location only minutes from downtown and 5 minute drive to the slopes. Owner communication was fantastic. Loved the warm, two car garage! Very nice and very comfortable!

Our family spent Thanksgiving week in Winter Park and this was a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful spacious condo and close to downtown Winter Park and short shuttle ride to Winter Park resort.

The condo was clean, quiet, and in a good location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished.

We were in Winter Park for a wedding but, spent some extra time vacationing in the area and we’re so glad we did. We can’t say enough about this fabulous townhouse. It’s so roomy and so well outfitted. What a beautiful location. It’s close to everything but, still so secluded. We enjoyed the balcony in the late afternoon and the hot tub in the evening. Mike, the host is super organized and his instructions are easy to follow. We took advantage of the extra touches like the trail maps and trail literature. There is so much to do and see we wish we could have stayed longer. You won’t go wrong with this place. Thanks Mike!

We were very pleased with the townhome. It was located in a small neighborhood with nice tree coverage where you didn’t feel like you were in town. We couldn’t hardly see any other houses outside of the other townhomes on the block. The unit was clean and well-furnished. It felt like staying in someone’s home rather than a rental unit. The owner was quick to respond to our request. We would stay there again.

My family of 6 just got back from a wonderful stay at Mike's home in Winter Park. The location was absolutely perfect and although very close to stores, restaurants and skiing we felt like we were secluded among the snowy trees and quiet neighborhood. We were fortunate to have a Moose visit us nearly everyday right off the deck, it would eat and relax among the trees in plain sight. It was truly a highlight of our trip. The Townhome is very spacious and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing many meals. We also loved the large dining table not only for family meals but also playing games. I appreciated having a washer and dryer available. The hot tub was a treat after a long day of skiing! Mike is a wonderful host and is very responsive if there are any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay. We loved our time away and look forward to booking our next stay. Don't look any further, book your vacation today, you will not be disappointed!

Living room was not big, but big enough and good arrangement. Parking was great. Location was also really convenient. A plus - a moose hung out in the front woods area most of one day.

We had the best time staying at Mikes place! Very clean, cozy and welcoming. Fully stocked kitchen (even with seasonings!!) Short walk to the shuttle (currently only running once an hour but easy to time if you know that). We couldn’t have been happier!
