We stayed here for 16 days while my house insurance fixed my bathroom ,so it really was our home to stay all I can say is everything you need is there I over packed to go no need as washing machine and an amazing dryer that I've never known one to dry so fast , lovely little things left to help you get started hand soaps , toilet roll , dish washer tabs ,washing machine tabs ,coffee tea sugar milk ,but the shop is 2 minute walk so if you have forgot anything it's there , the accomodations was amazing beautiful rooms plenty of space , I took my mum who is disabled and we went in the bedroom facing the carpark as nice size room for her walker and wheel chair and ensuite . The children and dogs were so happy so much space to play outside i would definitely go again thank you for a lovely stay . The Pink family and pets .

We rented this house over New Year for 8 adults, a baby and dogs. The house was spread out enough not to worry about noise from others in the house, but with excellent meeting space for getting together. It is far enough away from the main road not to hear any noise from there either, and is easily walkable to the nearest restaurant and the beach. The fittings and furniture are of a good quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. We are now looking forward to returning later in the year!

Beautiful place to stay, lot of space for everyone kids enjoyed the games available. However the mattress covers on all beds were stained, this has been handed on to company.

A little challenging to find based on the maps provided. It would benefit having an Anglesey Holiday Lettings sign on the front wall to help you be assured you’re not about to be trespassing but once we all found it… what an amazing property for groups to relax in. There is so much space that you don’t need to be on top of each other/crowded all the time. Plenty seating space to relax. The place is decorated beautifully and we loved the green inspos! Great location from the spar and the oyster catcher… the beach being just over the dunes. Perfect. Would love to stay here again and again.

This is a well maintained property and very comfortable. Everything you might need is provided and the furnishing are of good quality. Would I return here, most definitely.

Coed Y Llan was the perfect house for a big family get together. We had a lovely time with loads of space for everyone, including our dogs.

On arrival we were blown away with how gorgeous the property was, the pictures are beautiful but in real life its just amazing. All the rooms are big and comfortable, the outside area was the best we have ever had, it's very secure and very dog and people friendly. Great location for travelling around North Wales and the local pub, The Oysterbar was fantastic too. Thank you for such a great week away for a family catch up, we truly had a fabulous week.

Sadly our trip was cut short due to a family member at home becoming unwell. The villa was delightful and we enjoyed what very little time we spent there. Perfect for a family or group of friends. Lot's of space, was clean and welcoming. Would definitely want to go back again to enjoy the place more. We love privacy but a bit too remote if planning on taking young children. Much more suitable for adults. Would recommend this property.

Amazing We had an absolutely fantastic week celebrating New Year... We would have booked again this year - but it has already been booked. The layout was great for 6 adults and 4 children and 2 dogs.. loads of room and sitting - not on top of eachother. the mezzanine was great for the children to chill out and Grandad said it was only children allowed.. so our 5 year old grandson thought it was amazing. Dining table was big enough for us all comfortable. Kitchen extremely well equipped.. We had a couple of silly maintenance issues which after a call to the office were sorted on the same day.. Fantastic customer service, pre, during and post booking. So much so booking through Anglesey Letting's again this year - Thank you... Bedrooms and bathrooms great..

22/12/22 - 29/12/22 This was our second stay at the stunning Coed Y Llan Villa, we thoroughly enjoyed a magical Christmas week here with our family. The beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lounge area was a lovely touch and the newly renovated bathroom in the annexe was a nice surprise. It’s reassuring to know the owners take action on feedback from other guests and are still making improvements to this delightful property. We will be definitely be back !

Stunning property plenty of room for a large family and the dogs however the lounge area is so cold!

Really nice house, rooms much bigger than expected. We enjoyed it so much we have hooked to return next year.

I booked this property for three nights with a group of friends for a special birthday. It was a great space in a good location, close to the sea with walks from the doorstep and the wonderful Oyster Catcher pub a short stroll away. It was Nov so the weather wasn’t hit and miss but we enjoyed spending time in the house around the large table. The bedrooms worked well for our group and there are plenty of bathrooms. It is also well equipped. The only downside is the lack of heat and light in the conservatory which meant we couldn’t use it and the property gets cold very quickly when the heating is off but other than that I would highly recommend this place.

Coed Y Llan is an ideal property for three families joining together to celebrate a special birthday. it has a well equipped kitchen large lounge and spacious bedrooms. It is well positioned to explore Rhosneigr and Newborough beach. It is also dog friendly which is an important consideration for us. Hope to return again for more family fun.

Fantastic property that fitted us all in. Large communal spaces, were we could all be together, but additionally lots of smaller spaces and rooms to get some time to yourself. We all had a lovely weekend, and would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Coed y Llan celebrating my mums 70th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also to be together too. Would 100% stay again. A hot tub would have made this even better.

We were 3 couples staying here for a week. The place has so much space and everything you need for a great holiday. We had 3 dogs with us and the secure garden was perfect, could leave the doors open and let the dogs roam. It’s location to the beach was excellent and well situated to explore Anglesey.

Myself, my husband, our 3 children and partners plus our 1 year old grandson spent a fantastic week at Llan y Coed. The house was clean & well equipped. It's location is great for getting around the island. We would happily rent the house again.

Great holiday home, we were back for our second stay here and the renovations make a real difference! Love the new kitchen and flooring. Location is great near Rhosneigr and not too far away from beach. We hope to stay again.

Super place to stay. Very spacious - great for a large family and great enclosed garden for dogs and children. Feel very safe. Great value for money. Hopefully we shall go again

The only criticism is that No wardrobes and only a few coat hangers ,also a lack of information on the property and no information on the surrounding area

Ideal location. Beaches were so lovely and clean. Family had a wonderful time as did three dogs. Safe to let the dogs roam around the garden whilst we relaxed. Perfect spacious accommodation with everything you need. Lots of fridge space - the only downside was a lack of kitchen items, no grill pan and limited pans that were not suitable for the hob. We will definitely return again in the future.

Excellent holiday had by all 8 of us. The house was very comfortable, clean and with excellent facilities. In a great location too.

Lovely spot, outdoor space needs tidying and interior making safer for toddlers. Well equipped ideal for a large group have already booked for next year!

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, spacious house almost all on one level. Quiet setting, loads of parking, big garden. We took all our family age 3-63 and everyone loved their stay. Beautiful beaches, great pub, the lake, country walks and a shop two minutes walk away.

A roomy residence with space for parking, dogs to exercise, lots of toilets and bathrooms. Sea views at the front and an excellent shop 200metres away. Close to the lovely town of Rhosneigr with a beautiful beach.

The house has so much space - great for the different age groups of our 3 generation family. We really appreciated the very prompt support from Lee at Anglesey Holiday Lettings. The bedrooms are really spacious; there are lots of bathrooms, and the garden was enjoyed by young and old. We had a great holiday!

We loved Coed Y Llan! Beaches and dog friendly walks near by, cozy pubs and restaurants, plenty of room for our large group to relax. The team at Rhosneiger Holidays could not have been more helpful. We will be back in the summer. Great value, fantastic location.
