Such a great property! 11 of us and lots of room! Loved the fire place, hot tub and sauna!

We stayed at the chalet for a week for a family get together. It was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. The two fridges were crucial for storing all our food. The hot tub and sauna were lovely as the temperatures cooled down. FYI - we learned you cannot hike up Kickinghorse and we did not know that, so we did have to drive 15+ minutes to get to trailheads. I wish we had known that prior to planning a trip to this area but it all worked out.

This was a wonderful home within relatively close proximity to Banff, Yoho, and Glacier National parks. Ping pong and foosball were devoured by all. Plenty of supplies and dishes in the kitchen. Owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Cool house, with a beautiful view. Would definitely book again. We loved the hot tub and the sauna. Plus the layout of the house is great for hanging out as a group. The 2 things that I wasn't crazy about: 1. it's really not ski-in/out, as it's definitely a hike to the lift, but on the plus side there's tons of convenient parking at the base lodge; 2. the the owner asked for a bunch of info on each individual person staying at the house under the guise of it was needed for insurance, but after a quick google search, it was clear that it's not... If the owner wants to play that game, they should state that that information will be requested upfront in the posting.

Very clean and well equipped chalet for our large group of adults. Hot tub was awesome and having the grill right out the door was nice for cooking for the group. Everything worked and was as advertised on VRBO. Wonderful place in a great neighborhood and Danielle was super about promptly answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for close accommodations to Kicking Horse. Ski in/out may be a bit of a stretch (admittedly, we didn't know how to navigate through neighborhood trails) but it was a very short walk/drive to the resort. Note the Pioneer lift closest to the chalet was closed during the week.

The property was beautiful and a great layout for a large or small group. Lots of dishes and large pots for feeding a group. Loved that they worked with us with options on beds, kings or twins, depending what we wanted. A wonderful place to build family memories. As the youngest grandchild says “a holiday house”. Thanks for letting us build memories!

The chalet was perfect for a family trip to Kicking Horse

Spacious accommodation for our family of 11 to enjoy. Short distance to the ski hill. We would stay again.

We had to find a place to stay quickly as our Jasper rentals were closed due to wildfires. Lucky for us we found the perfect rental in Golden, BC. Fireplace, hot tub, well-stocked kitchen and views for days.

Had a wonderful experience, beds were comfortable and able to be separated into single beds, kitchen was well organized with all the tools needed to make your meals. Would highly recommend their place for any upcoming trip!!!

Great place for an extended family gathering.

Had a great time. Beautiful house that was well set up for our group of 10. 6 adults and 4 kids. Excellent location and setting on the mountain. Easy check in. Would definitely return.

I stayed here with a group of friends for 6 nights on a mountain getaway in Banff and Canadian Rockies, and our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room for our party. We used the hot tub and sauna regularly, and both are in great shape and well maintained. The kitchen is also very well appointed with all the cookware and basics for our group. The foosball and ping-pong tables were a nice touch as well. Only downside is that the ice maker didn’t work in either fridge, so it’s helpful to probably buy a few bags of ice. Overall this house was a perfect home base for our trip with a great central location close to activities around Golden (sky bridge, rafting, ATVs, hiking) and not too far from Banff. We would all highly recommend this property and absolutely would stay here again!

This mountain home had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay! It is so spacious that it easily accommodated our large group. We skied, sledded and enjoyed the stunning scenery. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We give this home 5 plus stars!

This was our second time our family rented a house in Golden during the summer and we again enjoyed the stay. This property provided what was listed and Danielle was very helpful with the details and ensuring the house was ready for us on arrival. The hot tub was fantastic and the kitchen very spacious and functional. We would definitely consider staying here again next year.

Easy to find, easy to deal with and great location.

This location is perfect to get away and enjoy Kicking horse mountain. Family enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, sauna and great views. The wood burning fire place was great! I would highly recommend this property. Only complaint is the 5pm check in and the 10am check out. Paying the premium price for this property. 10am is to early to check out, to pack up and clean up by 10am is ridiculous. If no one can rent the house for 48hrs due to covid rules, why do you have to be out by 10am? We understand it has to be cleaned for the next guest but if they cannot check in tell 5pm 48hrs later you should be able to check out after 12. A nice relaxing trip ended by feeling rushed.

We had a wonderful stay in Danielle's home! It was exactly as advertised and Danielle was very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend staying, and hope we can return soon!

I would highly recommend booking this fabulous home for a family/friend getaway. It is even better than the photos portray. It is extremely clean with very comfortable beds and even comes stocked with some essentials unlike other homes we have rented. The fireplace and hot tub make for a perfect day after some skiing or a hike. Danielle is super helpful and always responds to enquiries. Seriously did not want to leave and will be back! The property met all of our expectations. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with kitchen appliances / tools / pots / pans/ dishes / etc. Pretty sure you could cook, bake or BBQ anything there. It was so nice to be able to get dressed for skiing in the garage and store our ski stuff there. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire place after skiing. You can definitely ski in to the property (with a short walk). Skiing out requires an uphill walk. It's not terrible. You should just be aware of it. Staying here was a total treat. Danielle was very helpful and accommodating with the booking procedure. Thanks again. I would highly recommend this property.

The chalet is located nearby Kicking Horse Resort. With a short walk up the street you can reach the trail that takes you to the base of the gondola and you can basically ski out. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you can possibly need. Hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, etc..everything works great. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The chalet was as great as it looks in the photos. It was plenty of space for our annual ski trip with friends. It is a short walk to ski-in to the base area, and we were able to ski almost right up to the door at the end of the day. A big couch, large kitchen and dining table made it comfortable for our group of 10 adults. We would stay here again.
