The house was clean, spacious, and the host was great. The house was fully equipped with everything our family needed to rest and play. Our family really enjoyed the large dinning room and play room.

Our family had a good time staying here. It did get cold here and there as there is. Draft running through the house we couldn’t figure out. The beds are extremely hard, I did not sleep well at all. Other than that we had fun in the game room, & my kids had fun in the snow.

The best winter experience I’ve had. Let’s start with location. Prime and close to stores and a cute little restaurant and bar for the family. The home is cozy. Like, Home Alone cozy. we had such a good time. It literally was a home that we borrowed from a family. Well kept and had all the pots, pans, utensils etc.

My family has been renting up in Incline for the past 15 Years . And this house blew us away !!! The owner was so nice , the house was super clean and beautiful and huge !! We plan on coming back as long as you will let us !! Lol

We are snowed in and had to extend our stay . The owner was extremely helpful and we’ve had a great time playing in all this extra snow ❄️ The house was amazing and the game room was a lot of fun !!

We had a great experience staying at this home. We came with our whole family for our sons graduation from SNU. The home was clean and well stocked. The owner, Catherine, was fantastic. She got right back to us with any questions we had. The only recommendation for vacationers is that you bring your own washcloths as those were not provided. The only recommendation I have for the owner is maybe some patio furniture or lawn chairs as the deck is so nice to sit out on. There were only three chairs for the deck. I highly recommend this place. We have stayed at several places in Incline while our son attended college there and this was one of the most comfortable. The beds were comfy and so was the large couch. It was furnished very nicely. The best part was the game room. My family really enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool table. It made for a fun weekend.

We had a incredible stay! We had 3 kids with us & there was ample room for them to roam both in the house & in the backyard. The house was clean & offered amenities like sleds, balls, & a game room area. I would definitely book this home again & hope to do so during the summer.

Lovely stay with 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids total). House is spacious on one floor. Easy location just a couple minutes to central IV, to Diamond Peak, and to the sledding spot on the golfcourse on Fairway Drive. Bedroom situation worked well for us, only caveat is that the bunkbeds in the bunkbed room, the upper bunks are more suitable for older kids (our oldest was 6) since there's no ladder and kids have to get up/down just on the wooden frame of the bed, recommend kid a little older than that who can navigate all that in the dark. House was nice and toasty even when cold outside. Yard is spacious and covered in several feet of snow, plenty of room for a few sled tracks right on the property! Kitchen was well stocked and worked for cooking dinners for 8 people. Game room is fun. Had to message the owner a couple times to clarify some of the amenities (washer/dryer, borrowable snow gear, etc) and she responded quickly each time. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay - just immediate family during Covid times. Unfortunately no snow, but convenient location close to Rose Hill sledding, almost walkable to downtown Incline Village but not quite. Accurate pics & description, great communication with owner. We felt lucky the house was available on a holiday wknd.

We enjoyed the amenities and the game room immensely. 2 families with 4 children total, and 4 adults. There was plenty of space.

We booked Catherine's place on short notice and stumbled onto one of the best vacation rentals we've ever found. The house was very clean, well-located, and packed full of amenities -- including a full game room. We cooked every night in the well-stocked kitchen, and spent our evenings relaxing by the fireplace. The beds in particular were extremely cozy. Catherine herself was very responsive with a few small questions that came up over the course of the week. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at the house this past weekend! We went with another family to ski and the house, area and weather did not disappoint! We had kids and teens as well as adults. There was space for everyone and we hope to go back in the summer to take advantage of the deck and basketball court. The instructions were clear and easy and the house was well stocked. Every summer and winter since we were kids we rent a home in Tahoe, this home by far has been the most comfortable and accommodating it’s now at the very top of our list of places to rent for a family vacation. It has everything you need from pots and pans to games and space for everyone. Very close to skiing, sledding and the lake as well as grocery stores and coffee shops. The bedding the pillows were beyond luxurious and cozy. The Christmas decor was so thoughtfully put out it really made you feel like you were at home. No detail has been overlooked. We were sad to leave but I think we will have to come back to try out the basketball court for a summer trip very soon!

This was the perfect place for or family. Enjoyed all the games.

We had a lovely time in this cabin! Plenty of space, from the game room to the large dining table, it was perfect for our group of 8. CLose to Diamond Peak, grocery stores, etc. We'd love to return!

We loved our stay here - super spacious and comfortable. The game room was a major hit. Would definitely recommend staying here. Lots to do near by as well.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for a few days over New Years Eve. We were a diverse group of 10 adults of different ages and kids - and there was something for everyone in the house. The pool table and shuffle board table in particular were a big hit. We also loved the proximity to the ski slopes. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kudos for maintaining a wonderful house in a perfect winter location!

You have to see it, the pictures don’t show how nice the layout is. Location is great too, but you don’t really need to leave.

My family and I went to Tahoe for Thanksgiving. There were a total of 9 of us. There were 5 adults and 4 kids. This house was perfect and the kids had so much fun playing in the game room. It was nice and spacious and we had such a wonderful vacation. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future and I would highly recommend this house to all my family and friends. Thanks for a fantastic Thanksgiving vacation!!!!

Great Home will come back again and again

We had a family wedding in town with many family coming in from both coasts 4 generations ranging from pregnant to 89 . My sister got a fancier house but our house became the gathering spot. The game room and open kitchen and huge table led to hours of fun family game time. Other than wedding this home was the highlight.

We had a blast, tons of room for the six of us easily would fit 10. I would definitely like to stay again in the summer and enjoy the yard and deck!

house is really spacious. entertainment for adults and kids is a plus. 30min drive from northstar ski resort. really good for a weekend retreat. will definitely rent this house again next time i go to north tahoe
