Thanks for our wonderful family vacation. Property looks identical to listing. Very clean and the grounds lovely.

This place has so much potential, but the cleanliness and the accuracy of the esthetics was horrible. The shower curtains had mold on them in both bathrooms. The microwave had left over food in it. The dishwasher door has no suspension, as I opened it for the first time it fell on my knee. The Tv’a were smaller than expected, More like 19 inches. There was blood on the bedding in the master bedroom. They had to send someone in the middle of my stay to finish repairs. There are small holes all over the walls in the house. All closet doors are locker material and hard to open at times. The cushions on the chairs outside are so dirty had to put a towel down to sit on the chairs. But the worse part of the whole stay was the infestation of fruit flies from the time we checked in. They were all over the house. Couldn’t leave anything out. The place looked really nice in the pictures. As far as the pricing and what was received. This place is over priced for the quality of what you receive. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our 6 week stay at the property but there are a number of pros and cons. Pros: The location is pretty good. Its convenient to Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Hollywood beach and within walking distance of the Aventura Mall which has a number of restaurants. Also, the neighborhood itself is nice. The unit includes pretty much everything you need, including pots and pans, linens, beach towels, etc. The complex itself is nice and very well maintained. The property manger was very easy to deal with and very responsive Cons: The unit is very dated. The furniture is pretty old and worn, the TV is very small and the wifi is mediocre. Although the grounds are nice, the landscapers are there constantly- its hard to open windows or sit outside with the constant leaf blowers every day. While the facilities are very nice, the covid related rules were ridiculous. The pool needed to be booked at least a week ahead of time in short time blocks so it was impossible to just go out to the pool on a nice day without significant planning which defeated the benefit of having a pool. The BBQ grills also had to be booked way ahead and were closed at 6 so weren't useful for dinner. In sum, while we enjoyed our stay, if the facility had eliminated the ridiculous restrictions on the use of the pool and grill, we would have enjoyed our stay significantly more.

It has been imposible to return the money since we could not use the department because the Covid. Other in the same resort did return the money

Extremely heavy traffic and densely populated area. Because of this I won't rent in this area again. Local street is a pleasant drive. Exercise trail is close by and is a pleasant walk. Nearest beach is at least 10 minutes by car. Car is essential. Condo unit is roomy and clean, could use some refresh. Owner responds to requests in a timely manner.

Perfekt boende för oss och vi var 6 vuxna och ett barn på 2 år. Lugnt och fint område med ett väldigt fint pool området och en bra grillplats fans där. Läget var också bra ca 3 mil med från från Ocean drive och 3mil till Fort Lauderdale. För oss var det ett perfekt boende och läge. /Gert

We loved this place! It's roomy, clean, well appointed, and had everything we could possibly need and then some. Washer dryer in the apartment is awesome. Very convenient to beaches, shopping, beautiful pool on site. Communication with Ana was easy and she responded quickly.

A clean, spacious apartment with a good layout for two couples sharing. The bedrooms with bathrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment so it gave us privacy. Beds were comfortable and bedroom furniture was nice and updated. The living room and tv needed updating. We would certainly return.

We spent two very nice weeks there and everything went well. The owners were available for anything we needed or explanations on how security worked. I would return there anytime. Could use a faster internet in the future. With 3 teenagers on the internet, it was slow most of the time. High Speed Internet is a must for us for our next trip !!! But overall. Very nice place !!!

Stayed here with my parents and must say that the condo and surroundings were amazing! It’s a gated condo community. The surroundings well maintained and friendly staff. Got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi located within. I highly recommend this place. Extremely clean with all necessary amenities. Thank you so much Daniel and Ana for the stay and hope to come back again! Merci beaucoup!

The place is even better than expected. It was very clean, in a good location, and had very well appointed rooms. The set up is nice because there is a bedroom and bathroom on either side of the dining/kitchen/living area. They have all of the supplies you would need for the week and the linens and towels were of very high quality. The pool, as well as the hot tub were very nice. When we were there the people around the pool were friendly but on the reserved side. Jumping in the pool and any kind of horseplay would not be acceptable. The security is very good. Be sure to have your confirmation number ready when you get to the gate. Overall, a great place to stay.

My husband and I spent a week in Aventura at the Yacht Club to celebrate out 32nd wedding anniversary. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and well maintained. There is a beautiful pool on the property and a gym as well. We had a wonderful time.
