All was good. Only negative was the unit is in need of a renovation.

Overall the trip was great. Location was solid. Beach and weather were perfect. Other than the condo needing upgraded WiFi/Internet (streaming/work purposes) the stay was flawless. Air COnditioning was great. The host was very responsive.

Can’t ask for a better location. Walkout beach, right on 30A. Owner was great about responding immediately throughout the trip. Will definitely be back.

I stayed in this property approximately 20 years ago. This trip was with my girlfriend who had never been to the beautiful Emerald Coast.She was blown away with awesome water and sugar white sand. Our stay in unit #5 was perfect as well. It goes down in our favorite memories book for sure. Everything was just as shown and communicated.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had a great location on 30-A including great access to the beach. A Publix is close by if you need groceries. It would be perfect with a few updates. For example, when it rains and you are stuck inside as we were, entertainment is limited to cable tv with mostly sd channels. A $250 smart tv with screen mirroring capabilities would be perfect. The shower head seems to be clogged up a bit and could also be replaced.

This condo needs some love- it’s VERY tired! The furniture is quite shabby, tvs are outdated- no streaming or high def. Felt like the whole place might crumble down around us. We left 2 days early to find better accommodations. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was a little worried when I booked this based on the previous reviews. I should have went with my gut as I was disappointed with the condition of the place for the price that we paid. The smell of fish was ever present in the living room/kitchen area. Tile floor seemed dirty and I made sure to always wear socks or shoes the entire time I was in the unit. Location description was accurate. But the rest of the ammenities falls short. Before coming here, we stayed in Destin at a condo that was clean and fresh - I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. I wish I could say the same for this unit. A lower price would have given me a better idea of what I was getting. Just beware if you are in the category of a 3 plus star hotel. This one fell short of that.

This was an amazing trip- the beach is soo close! My kids loved the bunk beds in the condo! Everything was so clean! We loved being on 30A!

We enjoyed it so much. We want to make this a yearly event and stay right here. Eric was fantastic to us and we would recommend this place to anyone and everyone we know.

Really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk down a few stairs right onto the beach was great. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces available. It is located in a great spot.

Place was infested with roaches, smelled like rotten fish right when we walked in. Felt catfished cause of how different it looks online compared to in person. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Property was great with wonderful access to the beach and beach service that was responsive. Parking was great and easy. There were a lot of light switches that say "NOTHING" so it got a little dark in the evenings unless you had the kitchen lights on. My only constructive criticism would be that I wish they had a few more rugs (especially next to the beds) to help get the sand off of your feet prior to getting in the bed and that they would upgrade the TV (cheap upgrade) to Smart TVs that allow guests to stream their devices.

Location is great. It is 48 steps down to beach. Beautiful view. The condo was clean. The only thing I suggest is they get bushes trimmed that are in front of balcony. Also unfortunately people have thrown a lil trash under bushes and that needs to be cleaned up. The property manager Eric is fantastic to deal with and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was great, beach access with private beach with view balcony views were amazing! Only downside of the outside was all the trash in the dunes/bushes right off the balcony. Inside was more dated than expected and cleanliness was biggest complaint. I wiped down the kitchen countertops and the cloth was black. After that I never felt confident with the hygiene of the rest of the condo. Also, the side of fridge was rusted and several items were left in it and the freezer. Furthermore, towels were left in the dryer for us to fold and put away. Also, dryer did not perform. To dry anything it took at least two cycles and even more for towels. The shower was very small. I’m right under 6ft tall but I was eye level with the shower head so had to bend over to rinse. I will say the price for the area is on the lower side however I still expect cleanliness and a fresh environment.

The condo was perfect for my small family. I hope we can come back next year. I will say the stairs were a lot more to climb than I expected, but the walk out was worth the workout.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Eric's property for our Babymoon. The unit was just as described, the walkout to the beach was amazing, and you can't beat the location. Eric was awesome to work with, and we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next trip. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and this condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our 3 year old. Plenty of space and the built-in bunk beds were perfect for my 3 year old. You couldn’t beat the proximity to the beach as the patio connects right to the boardwalk. We had a car which I would recommend as there are not very many walkable restaurants in that area. Overall super impressed for how affordable it was!

Our family of four loved our stay! The condo included everything we needed, was comfortable, and overall was a great price for what you get! The location can’t be beat…just a short walk down to the beach and a great view! We were able to see dolphins from the sliding glass door!

We loved our stay here!! The ability to walk straight down the stairs to the beach was so convenient and sun sets from the porch were beautiful. Comfy bed and kitchen had all the necessities.

Such a great view and truly right on the beach. It’s a nice, simple combo with everything that you need. Great location- close to some fun shopping/beach areas.

Good value

This is a great unit and we would stay there again. There were two things about the unit that were bothersome to us but we did not call to complain so we cannot comment about how long it took to fix the issues. However, to the before the next visitors, I would hope they would fix the sliding glad door to the patio with the beautiful view! The other thing I hope they fix is the fan in the bedroom. It starts out fine but gets louder and louder. By morning I thought there was construction right outside....until I turned off the fan!

We booked a little late for fall break and we’re shocked it was available. We are from Memphis and the entire city migrates down for fall break. This place was perfect for what we needed and we loved that it was on the first floor. They make sure you have ample amounts of towels and even leave you laundry detergent pods for most of the days you are there. There are extra blankets and it was plenty of room for our family of 5. The walk to the beach takes seconds not minutes and the view is beautiful. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded very quickly each time. The price was perfect for what we got in size and location. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked perfectly. We will def stay here again if given the chance! The only note I would make is for older individuals or those that may have trouble getting up and down stairs, there are a lot of stairs to the beach - not a complaint at all - just a warning!

Communication with owner was great. The condo was perfect for our family of four. It’s right on the beach. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We’d love to return here.

I only gave the property 5 stars because I couldn't go higher. This was perfect for our stay. Condo was clean, decorated very nice and Eric, the owner was great. Emailed him with a question just moments after we arrived and he responded immediately. Would highly recommend this condo. Outstanding

Great location, beautiful views, and exactly as advertised! We appreciated the previous review about the tv’s not having much to offer so we brought our chromecast to stream which worked out great. Can’t go wrong for the price; met our family of 5s needs perfectly!

The location was great the amenities were just what we needed so we could do some cooking inside the condo. We enjoyed the views outside since the beach was right out the door we could eat outside And lug our stuff to and from the beach conveniently. Eric was super helpful and responded quickly. Condo is a little outdated but honestly it’s worth every penny. Great location between Rosemary and Seaside. Thanks again!

The condo was the perfect size for me and my family. It was clean and fully equipped with everything. It was amazing to literally be able to walk down some steps and he on the beach. Perfect atmosphere to vacation with my family. The beach was not overly crowded. Eric was very responsive and so helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back again.
