The apartment itself has a beautiful view of the tidal river below it. The layout of the apartment was very pleasing. The owners of the property make themselves very available and will fix any issue that is brought up. We absolutely loved our stay and would come to the same place in a heart beat! 10/10

The condo is centrally located. Beautiful view. Spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Rental process was good. Good communication with BJ. Responded quickly to any questions we had. Was disappointed with the condition of the condo. Received a call Thursday (on our way there) from BJ, there had been an issue with the A/C and buckled the floor in the hall and living room. It was bad. The floors were raised 3-5 inches high. The tile floor are in desperate need of repair. Especially in the kitchen. There needs to be a better selection of pots and pans. They have a bunch of wear on them. There was mold around the sink at the edge of the granite. There were a few friends that came to visit ( roaches) not a lot, just hope we didn’t carry any of them home!!! The bed was ok. Plenty of towels. The condo needs to be updated. The use of a cart was a nice perk. Wished they had an elevator. Damn near had a heart attack carrying up all our food and clothes for the week. Assumed 167 was on the ground floor. Next time I’ll do my homework and read the description closer. My bad. Milton & Lea Laster

Loved staying here! Not only was the condo clean and well tended to, but the property manager’s were so easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again! Gorgeous view and great condo!

It was little outdated, but it was clean and nice. The full kitchen helped with not having to eat out all the time.

Condo is as advertised. Beautiful view and very close to pools, beach and shop.

This condo has a great central location on the island and near by beach access, it's across the street from one of the large pools and food court. Owner was super responsive and always got back to us quickly.

The property was worn. It did have new kitchen appliances as advertised, but the kitchen tile floor was missing a lot of grout, so new kitchen is not quite complete. We requested a few things we discovered within the first day that were missing . The management was very responsive, but there were things we ended up not asking for but thought that they should have been part of the rental - hand towels, more than one hot pad in the kitchen, batteries in the ceiling fan remote so we could turn it on, a blender, to name a few. Nothing was horrible. It is just a very worn rental. I would not rent it again, so three stars is the best I can give it.

At initial quick inspection, as instructed by the owner, the condo was clean, floors/counters/bathrooms. After we moved in and started unpacking, we noticed the lamps and ceiling fans were covered with heavy dust and cobwebs. Some of the lamps didn't work at all; four of the seven light bulbs in the fixture over the table burned out. The light over the counter burned out the last day, we could not locate any light bulbs. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work at all. The dvd player did not work, but we were brought another tv and the dvd player was connected. The kitchen was nice, but there could be more kitchen items, such as a blender and a pitcher for mixing drinks. The large skillets really need to replaced, I was a little concerned using them because the non-stick coating was coming off. My MAIN concern...I went back and read the property description again and it does not mention the condo we were renting was on the third floor with no access but stairs. If my sister had not been with us, we would have had to turn around and leave. That little item needs to be one of the first items in the description of the property. I love Fripp Island and we are there one or two times per year. I highly recommend visiting, but we won't be renting this unit again, mainly due to the third floor location.

Really nice location in the middle of the island, easy to get to any of the beach accesses. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Some of the furniture was a little wobbly but not inhibiting. Having a golf cart included was one of the best parts about renting this condo. I would for sure come here again.

We had a great time at Fripp! The location was convenient to most of what we were interested in doing. Having the golf cart was awesome and necessary on Fripp!! The place was just the right size for the four of us.

Easy check in and out. Condo was clean and location to beach, kid and adult pools was perfect.

Loved the condo. Very comfortable. The porch area had mold/mildew on the door and ceiling. Property Manager excellent and all communication excellent. I'm sure the stairs were mentioned in the description.

We loved the kitchen upgrades, relaxing marsh view and proximity to the pool and beach⛱.

This location is GREAT! The recent remodeling of the kitchen made a huge difference for us, as well as the included golf cart. The rest of the property is in need of upgrades and repairs, and a deep spring cleaning, but it is bright and cheerful, and our living conditions were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Fripp Island. We needed help with a couple of things during our stay and BJ was available and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Property is well located close to beach and all amenities especially tennis. It is in a quiet complex on the 3rd floor away from the crowds. Nice location to view wild life and the rise and fall of the tides.The view from the screened in porch are very peaceful.A very nice place to relax.

I had a wonderful month on Fripp Island tho it started out kinda rough. When I arrived I found the condo had some things to he desired: 1. Short on kitchen supplies. Just 4 of each utensil (washing after every meal!), just 3 tall glasses. Nothing to drain dishes on when washed by hand. 2. I had to wash all utensils before use. Coated with food! 3. Just 4 very "thin" bath towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels. 4. Condo was a bit dirty. When I went to sweep it out the broom was covered with black hairs (dog?). My husband came down a couple of days later and brought utensils, glasses, and towels. There was a note I found in the laundry room stating that you had to check the condo before you moved in or they could not do anything. Too late. Once settled in I had a great, beautiful vacation.
