Our goal was to rest, relax and spend time as a family. The treehouse provided that opportunity where it was situated and was very comfortable more than meeting our needs. Each morning we watched a lovely sunrise on the porch while listening to the breakers on the barrier reef. We took long walks on the beach and utilized the kayaks and paddleboard together. We prepared meals together or enjoyed a meal at local restaurants. On site, Rubio was kind offering suggestions when we had questions. Also preparing coconuts for us to drink and assisting cooking on the fire pit for our last meal together before leaving. We were sad to go but also very thankful we achieved our goal!

This was our 4th trip to San Pedro and I will tell you The Treehouse was fabulous and gave us a new and fun experience! The Caretaker, Rubio was so helpful and kind. He caught conch, snapper and lobster for us so we ate like kings all week long. He even taught my husband how to cook the fresh lobster Belizian style on the rustic open fire grill. I really appreciated the well stocked Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. I cooked many meals with the fruit and veggies that we were able to get from either the convenience store within walking distance or from the grocery stores in town....Pico, seafood stew, breaded fish tacos, fried fish sandwiches and breakfast tacos just to name a few! We enjoyed having coffee out on the deck each morning and beers from the corner store during sunset. We used the Coral Divers company next door to snorkel/dive and then a day trip to Caye Caulker. My husband did two night dives with White Sands Dive just up the road. Caye Management was very responsive and helpful and took care of all the details for us. We had a fabulous time and would definitely consider booking here again!

Wonderful Hosts and Support from Cornelio/Rubio the caretaker and management people, Trish and Mary, who took care of plane reservations to the island and golf cart rental. Really, really helpful. "Rubio" was ever-present in the event we needed anything, absolutely anything. Location good, few miles from the lively and charming town. We visited to go diving and that was terrific, the dive shop, White Sands, picked us up at the dock in front of the house. Would highly recommend.

The smell and the beach was nasty and trash everywhere. The pier felt like it was going to break when you walked on it. The water was Not clear so you couldn’t snorkel or swim from trash and seed weed everywhere.

Great place just north of town. Quiet but super easy to cruise in for dinner. The care taker is amazing! Like a ninja. You never see him until you need him and he is there! Rubio is the best!

The house itself is very clean and comfortable. But making it special is Rubio and his wife. He provides any help or info needed. He will also provide fresh fish or conch and they will even do the cooking. It is unfortunate that the grocery store and maybe a couple nearby restaurants are not open, probably due to covid. However, it was a fairly minor inconvenience, and we had a memorable dinner at the Sun Deck down the road. I am so glad we rented a golf cart as we made many trips into San Pedro and to other places, including Secret Beach. Caye Management provided free taxi service to and from the air terminal. They also arranged air service from the international airport and delivery of the golf cart. The view is spectacular and it is so nice to sit on the large deck and enjoy it.

The entire team that supported myself and my family throughout the planning for and time in Belize were absolutely terrific. The house was delightful, very clean and comfortable. We loved every minute. Thank you all for such a memorable vacation!

We loved the privacy the property afforded and feeling like we were off the beaten path a bit! The porch was amazing for lounging, enjoying the view and some protection from the sun when you wanted it. We rented a golf cart, so everything was convenient to get to. Having a kitchen was great, we hit up the grocery stores and were able to do lunches and some dinners in! Rubio was lovely, and extremely responsive if you needed something, but we were low maintenance. I absolutely loved the property, and can't wait to come back for another stay in the future!

We loved The Tree House. Two friends meeting from different part of Canada (Vancouver and Montreal) meeting in Belize for sunshine, sea, sun and snorkeling. It couldn’t have been be nicer. Weather was perfect. The description of the house is exactly as listed. The on-site caretaker Rubio as great and would help with anything. Two big comfortable bedrooms and FULLY equipped kitchen. Good wifi and TV. Balcony so nice for early morning reading. Private beach is lovely, raked daily by Rubio, Princess the dog and two chickens! Shallow water but very swimmable. Only thing missing is a few plastic lounge chairs for the beach. The house is quite and private but only a 20 minute golf cart trip into San Pedro, 12 mins to Secret Beach and if you head north there are beautiful beaches and resorts to have a drink, swim, dinner etc It won’t be my last time going to Belize

We loved the Treehouse! So close to everything. Laying in the hammocks is sooo relaxing. Rubio is very helpful. He made us a wonderful fish/lobster dinner and a fantastic ceviche which we munched on for days. He goes out fishing almost everyday and so the seafood is fresh. Make sure you ask him how much it will cost. Him and his wife will cook up anything you want. The snorkeling was great and the grocery store right around the corner was convenient for small items. Thanks!

Everything was perfect! Rubio took very good care of us and the house was perfect for our 9 days! Most definitely will recommend this place annd we will go back.

This property is exactly as it sounds it is in the trees. It's incredible to open all the windows and lets the breeze pass through. Best snorkeling ever! Incredible food served everywhere. The home was clean and well stocked. Love the caretaker on site with his friendly pets. Did not want to leave!

We've traveled many places across the globe , and the tree house was one of our favorites! The home was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The caretaker, Rubio, made sure we knew exactly where to go and what to do. He made the trip so much easier for us! The location is PERFECT! So close to the busy town of San Pedro yet secluded enough to have privacy and tranquility. The management company (Caye Management) helped us with scheduling our taxis to/from the airport as well as our golf cart rental for the week. There is a grocery store and a restuarant/bar within walking distance of the treehouse which we found to be incredibly convenient. The dock is shared between the treehouse and 2 other adjoining properties, as well as a diving/fishing/boat tour company which makes excursions and is only a 100ft walk from the house. Everything you need is provided here; plenty of towels, kitchen utencils/appliances, filtered drinking water, kayaks, hammocks, beach lounge chairs and island beach dogs for petting :-) Rubio, the on-site caretaker was available anytime we needed him and invisible anytime we didnt. He even took us out on the kayaks to the reef (an easy 15 minute paddle) to go snorkeling and conch shell hunting. When we got back him and his wife made us the BEST conch ceviche we have ever had!!! Whatever you need or want to know about the island, ask Rubio! We have been to Mexico, Tahiti, Bora Bora. Hawaii, Florida, California, St Thomas, etc and a handful of other places but we fell in love with Belize like no other place. The island, the culture, the people... they make this island a place we want to keep coming back to. If 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a living room with a futon bed work for you and your group then don't miss out on this amazing place. We are already planning our return trip!

We had a great time. This is a spectacular property - well equipped with great views. Just close enough to San Pedro for access without the hustle and bustle. Rubio and his family are invaluable to this property. They help with any questions about Ambergris and are constantly helping with everything from bike rentals and dive trips to coconuts and fresh eggs! Genie, just 2 doors down, handled all of our dive and snorkeling trips and was incredibly flexible in accommodating everything we wanted to do and picking the best days for each activity. Each day began with the "burrito guy" providing breakfast and our trips departing from the dock just off the deck. Simply a spectacular trip and wonderful accomodations and people!

My daughter, son, daughter-in-law and I just returned from a stay at the Treehouse and a visit to Belize. This was our second stay at the Treehouse and I can’t say enough good things about the house, Belize, Belizeans, and the location of the Treehouse. The Treehouse is very well equipped and has nothing less than a spectacular view from its large rear deck overlooking the water. The house is very close to the water taxi stop for any trips to San Pedro and there are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. In addition, a bike rental facility is close by and will deliver bikes. This was our preferred method of transportation and worked extremely well. Now to the Belizeans who made our stay at the Treehouse so memorable and enjoyable. This part must start by mentioning Rubio and his family who are the grounds keepers and advisors on all things Belize and San Pedro. Rubio is much like a long lost, good friend. He provided us with fresh coconuts whenever we ran low and even brought us fresh eggs one morning. He eagerly helped with any questions we had and helped facilitate any and all activities we had planned. Rubio and his family are among the nicest people I’ve ever met and having such easy access to them is one of the most valuable parts of the stay at the Treehouse. Similarly, the “Burrito Guy” who stops by every morning with breakfast burritos and tamales is very friendly, reliable, and has delicious breakfasts. The members of our group are divers and snorkelers. Two doors down from the Treehouse is Genie, manager of Coral Divers. We used Coral Divers to facilitate all of our dives, a chartered all-day snorkeling trip with Genie and one of his divers, and an inland cave trip. Genie was incredibly helpful and was quick to advise on the best days for each activity taking into consideration weather, crowds, etc. His flexibility in accommodating our interests and schedule and his willingness to show us parts of Ambergris Caye that we would otherwise not have seen were invaluable. Again, it was a spectacular trip and we look forward to making a return visit soon!

We are repeat visitors to the the Tree House, just a few miles north of San Pedro. This house sits in a quiet little neighborhood with nearby restaurants and bars but plenty of privacy for a relaxing vacation. The views from the balconies are incredible and we love sitting on the patio at night listening to the waves break on the Belize Barrier Reef. Coral Divers Belize are great neighbors and they can take you scuba diving, snorkeling or fishing and they will even cook your catch with a beach barbecue for you at the house! Great place for a group of 2 to 4.

We really enjoyed the property! The view and location were perfect! The only suggestions we have would be more rope lights on the porch and some sort of fan to help with the mosquitoes at night. We loved sitting outside on the porch at night but we have mosquito memories all over our bodies. They are tough boogers; our 98% deet spray did not ward them off.
