Nicely covered parking spot, a lovely view, and comfy seating with plenty of throw blankets. Comfortable bed but horribly flat pillows. Hot shower but no towel hooks other than the wobbly decorator flip flops. Well equipped kitchen with the essentials. Other than having to clean egg off the toaster, the place was very clean. Getting basic channels on the TV was clunky. Folks visiting in winter should know the road up to the building is pretty steep. The proprietors put dirt on the hill, but not in the parking lot, which was like an ice rink for several days. Probably not a problem most of the time. I would give it a four but - the fees.

Very conviently located close to town and even closer to slidewaters. My 3 kids and I had everything we needed. The signage to fins the place wasn't great tho.

Loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again - a few highlights: 1. The view was incredible and even better than the pictures. It was great to wake up each AM and drink coffee with the view. 2. Location - the condo is located within a very short driving distance to many great wineries AND within walking distance to one (Sigillo), Beach is somewhat close too - about half mile if you want to walk. 3. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possible need to cook a meal and the cabinet has a bunch of spices/oils in case you left anything behind. 4. A grill and a simple patio seating made for a nice dinner outside 5. Large TV and a cabinet full of board games gives you options for entertainment once you've returned home for the evening. 6. Appreciated the A/C (and a covered parking spot) - it was over 100 when we visited so coming back somewhere cool was nice. In short, great stay, great location, and would definitely come back!

It was a nice stay with beautiful sunsets. No complaints besides the doors that were a little noisy and a bathroom lock that was getting stuck a little. Other than that we enjoyed staying at the condo.

Clean quit and a great view of the lake. I would have preferred being able to check in at 2 or 3 instead of 4pm and check out at 11 instead of 10. But overall a great property and I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! The condo has a perfect view of Lake Chelan, set on a hill away from the busy downtown, but close enough to be in the heart of it all in moments. The condo itself had absolutely everything we needed, including a well stocked, well organized kitchen, linens, soaps, cleaning supplies, games for the kids, and local menus and event guides. The back patio and view were great! Many of the newer condos closer to the lake are very nice and have a hotel feel. If you’re looking for more of a homey, lake house vibe, this is your place!

Everything was good. The property was neat and clean. There were plenty of utensils and dishes. It has a great view.

Although the cleaner was a bit late to finish cleaning, past check-in time, we were pleased with the level of cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need. Really enjoyed our stay!

I loved the city but I had a nosy neighbor. The view was superb. Though the door and window blinds need an update. The TV also need an update to a smart one. But communication was very good and timely. I would definently use vacasa again and recommend a friend.

Ok so its definitely not the Ritz, but this place has serious lake house charm. We loved being walking distance from the beach and town. It has everything you need. We definitely will be booking this place again.

Overall nice place with an interesting selection of Steven Seagal movies. The toaster unfortunately did not work but no biggie There is a note on the TV indicating that we need to turn the fireplace off, but there isn't a fireplace so that was bizzare. Unfortunately I will likely not be using VRBO again due to the insane fees they tack on. for the price we ended up paying we could have stayed at the Grandview. Property owners really should take down the request of starting a load of laundry when the tenant is paying $115 in cleaning fees.

Pros - This apartment is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view of the lake is really great. Cons - The furnishings in this apartment are extremely shabby and sad. I didn't try the twin beds but the bed in the master bedroom was absolutely terrible. One person sinks in the middle leaving the other balancing on the edge!! There is a checkout list posted on the fridge. One item was that we were asked to put on a load of laundry before we left. Really? Considering what we were paying per night I was not impressed.

We stayed here from 6/23/17-6/30/17. The only thing we didn't like here was the neighbor to our left. Other than that this place met our needs. We weren't looking for a bunch of luxury when we decided to rent this place because we weren't going to spend much time there. We spent most of days at the local parks or other recreational activities and with family staying close by. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of pots, pans, bake wear and griddle they had. I tylically pack my own kives, pots, pans and spices when traveling, however, this place had all of the above. They have some board games, books, Ruko tv, decent propane grill and plenty of linens. We have three boys (12, 6 and 20 months) and they were able to sleep in the room with the twin beds and had space to play around. The view is beautiful and its a pretty quiet community and you don't hear much noise from the main street and you're literally moments away from everything!! We would love to stay here again, but likely won't in this particular unit because of the neighbor. We also recommend upgrading the patio furniture. Another thing to look out for is if you have an larger SUV (we have a Yukon) be careful opening the trunk because the carport is low.

Pros: Nice linens Well stocked kitchen Nice location Cons: Almost all surfaces in the house need dusting/wiping such as cabinets, dresser, chest etc. There was a thick layer of dust and won't work for any person with dust allergies. The patio table and chair set was also uncared for and had to be wiped down before use. There was trash left behind by previous residents in the patio. We had to clean the dishes left behind in the dishwasher by previous renters and cleaning staff. At the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleaning and not having to clean up after other people.
