We really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house was well maintained, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was spacious with nice appliances. The bed were very comfortable. The views from the living/dining areas were amazing in the winter! Having a garage was nice in the winter as well. It was great being just off the main road and having quick access to everything. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed at this property for two nights to ski A Basin before driving to vail- condo was clean, well stocked with essentials, and has a breathtaking view of the lake! I had been slightly concerned about proximity to highway but there was zero noise and the deck felt very private

Great location, only minor issues. Overall a great rental. I recommend this to anyone that wants to stay somewhere and have easy access to anywhere in the valley.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean and nice. Eventhough it's right by the highway but it's really quiet. Top it all, the view from this house, it was beautiful

Beautiful Lake view, Condo was well kept with everything we needed. Road noise prevented us from spending a lot of time on the deck, but we expected that. Could not hear the road with the sliding doors closed.

We stayed here after driving up from Dallas. Pleasantly surprised to see how perfect (and affordable) this property was when we arrived. Parking and check-in was as easy as possible. Very impressed with the location and quality of the property. Everything was clean, adequately stocked, and had a great patio view of Lake Dillon. The propane grill even fired up on the first try! Highly recommend.

Great location and comfy condo for a perfect getaway. The condo was well appointed, spacious , clean and located close to countless outdoor activities. The view from the balcony was beautiful, with Dillon Reservoir and the mountains almost within arm's reach. After a long day of snowshoeing, we enjoyed a cozy evening in front of the fireplace. The condo had everything we needed, and we all especially enjoyed the amazing and roomy showers. We would definitely stay there again!

Great experience overall. Beautiful views and very convenient location for Keystone, A Basin, and Dillon restaurants and grocery stores.

So sooooo enjoyed this place. Yes there is a bit of car noise but it was cold so it's not like we were going to have the doors open. Bedrooms are in the back. We had a couple of issues but but property management company was very assessable. Coffee pot was small. Bigger coffee pot would be nice. The owner has thought of eveything. I would love to stay here again! This stressed out teacher was very relaxed. Thank you!

Great property and Dillion is a nice central location. It was cloudy the first few days and didn't clear up until the day we left so we were unable to enjoy the nice veiws.

We really enjoyed the property. The kitchen was well-stocked with items to cook, views from living/dining room that overlook lake and snowy mountains were incredible, and bedrooms/bathrooms were nice. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.

AMAZING views of Dillon Reservoir and surrounding mountains. No trees, just views! New memory foam mattresses very comfy. Very responsive management company when we locked ourselves out!

This condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Easy access location with great views from the deck. House had everything you could need. My only suggestion would be cooler that all could use. Easy check in. We looked at the pool and hot tub area, it was nice, but we didn’t use it. Highly recommend staying here.

This place has an awesome view! The unit was clean, beyond well stocked, nicely decorated. Parking was great...Even had a garage.. Now the drawbacks. No elevator which is not at all unusual for this area. Busy road running in front of building making it way too noisy For me to sit out there and enjoy the hummingbirds and view. One incident was very disturbing to me. Fortunately I was home when two workmen asked to come in so they could have access to the deck next door. Being a nice person, I let them in. After I let them in, I realized I was compromised in terms of leaving. I had a chore to run and then was to meet my friend. I asked how long they would be there. They replied about an hour. After telling them I had to leave they advised me to go ahead as they had a key. Having a variety of valuable items, I was not ready to leave them without someone being here. I asked them how they got a key. They responded that the manager had given them keys. That left me feeling pretty vulnerable. Had the manager contacted us and told us there might be some workmen needing access it would have been a different scene. But I still would not have left the place unsupervised. I don’t mind helping owners out but having to give up my vacation time doesn’t settle well with me. Knowing someone unknown to me has access to the unit without my knowledge bothers me. Amazingly enough the next day another two workers wanted access. This time I told them to use their key and find another unit to get access. I am not likely to return to this unit. The owner seems like a very nice person as does the manager, but we do not seem to share the same safety values.

My husband loved everything about the condo. I wish I had known that the road below was a highway. You could not watch tv nor sleep with the sliding door open due to the traffic noise. They were also repairing walkways and railings. I am recovering from a broken femur. I occasionally need to hold on to railings. Some areas the posts had been cut and were dangling from the top board. For me, quite dangerous.
