This unit was exactly as listed. Monica was a wonderful host! The unit was well stocked, clean, and close to the pool. We accidentally left something behind in the unit and the cleaning company was wonderful to work with and got our item back to us safely, as well. We highly recommend this beautiful furnished unit!

We came for a wedding and stayed for the week. Location was easy to get to, area was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your island home

Our family of five stayed here for a week. We encountered no issues with the condo and the check-in process was smooth. I’m grateful for the information provided by the host prior to check-in regarding check-in, use of the community pool, etc. It was nice to have a covered parking space, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and although a distance from the beach, it was a quick bike ride to the marina and shops at Freshfield village. We had a great time as a family.

Monica was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Seabrook is our new favorite destination!

This is a cozy and conveniently located condo adjacent to the amazing tennis facilities on Seabrook Island. We chose it to be close ... but not TOO close to a multigenerational family gathering on the island. It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and easy to get in and out of with luggage. The towels were absolutely luxurious and even the toilet tissue was better than any rental we've ever experienced. (Yes - a bit personal, but hey - it shows attention to detail on the part of the owner.) Speaking of the owner...She was very responsive and accommodating to even minor questions. We'd stay there again.

My wife & I are not tennis players and this condo faces the tennis courts. I would favor a lagoon view, but that aside, I have to say that Monica knows how to make a place live above the average, compared to other rentals found on this wonderful island. From uber sharp knives and nicely stocked kitchen, to extra special details in furnishings and bedding. Her sense of the "above average" was seen in just about every detail of decor. We spoke with Monica personally and found her to be friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again.

We love Seabrook Island!! This is the third time staying in this condo. The first two times were for a month and this time for 9 nights. Very homey and nice location. Decorated with beach themes. Very comfortable bed! Monica is very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

We picked because of location, and it was perfect in that regard for our family. It was a short drive to beach access points and about 30 minutes to Charleston. Also nearby shopping / dining at Freshfields Village was very good. We purchased the amenities card for two days for pools and courts, but it seemed pricey. However the facilities were all very good. Condo shows its age, as it was well loved and used based on family pictures and guest book. It could use some updates to better match private community aesthetics. Owner was responsive throughout. Overall pleased with stay.

Unit was a little older but comfortable, beachy, supplied nicely, convenient and reasonable. Extremely easy check in and clear instructions. Loved that there was a deck, sunroom as well as a small patio off master. It was way too hot (90’s) to use the sunroom but would be super in milder temperatures. We enjoyed the beach daily (short drive) and the guys did some fishing. Pool was not crowded. Another great well at Seabrook.

The tvs has cable and smart tv in each room . The location is near the lake house and very convenient . The only complaint is the new beach club rules . They are charging for unwanted towels and not allowing guest to bring in their own towels . They also do not want guest to bring in soda or food . Unfortunately they do not seem concerned about crowds and drunks in the pool or adults throwing tennis balls or footballs in the pool. The pool area is over crowded . It is difficult to find a beach chair as all are saved with blue rental towels . I have been coming for many years . I love the location and the beach club . But the new rules seem designed to nickel and dime guest . They are not helping the over crowding or the excess drinking .

Couple of blankets were soiled another than that great experience.Did not communicate with manger

My family had a good time here. It's about a 10 min drive to the private beaches there. Not crowded either. 30 ish minutes to Charleston. We did the amenity card for one day to use the tennis courts and restaurant. My kids loved the lakehouse pool which is just a 5 min walk away. The pool that is right outside was just smaller. Overall a great place to stay when sight seeing the area.

The only thing i didn’t like was that we couldn't find ground access to the beach, which made things difficult with a 1 year old and a wagon full of stuff. It would have been perfect besides that. I highly recommend eating at The Salty Dog and going outside for live music and ice cream after at their marina area. There was also Corn Hole, Connect 4, Jenga and even a fire pit. It’s the perfect area for kids to run around and let loose.

Owner was very helpful. A almost two weeks without an oven was an issue. Having said that, we would rent again.

Nice clean, comfortable place. Had some issues with AC but property owner and manager were accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for what we needed. The pools that we had available to us were wonderful. The amenity card is well worth buying. We had a great time. We would absolutely go back.

We have been coming to Seabrook for 8 years and this was one of our best visits! The condo was very clean with plenty of space for our family of 5!
