Nice place. Everything you need for people of all ages.

This was our 10th year renting beach houses we normally do OBX but in all the years this one was my favorite. The house, location and amenities were top notch. I have fished Brunswick county coastal waters for 20+years and this has one of the best fishing holes around right off the dock. Our family made priceless memories to last a lifetime we will definitely be back!!

We had the best week at Paradise Point. The house has everything you could want in a vacation home. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the pier, grilling out and grandkids loved the sandy beach area. Plenty of parking for cars and room for our boat trailer. Gretchen always answered any questions very promptly. We are already booked for next year!

Paradise Point was absolutely wonderful! Gretchen has thought of everything. The laundry baskets in each room was great but my family loved the blanket baskets! We caught several fish, some very interesting. My grandson even caught three stone crabs! We loved the pool and hot tub. Both so nice after golf. The home is so clean, comfortable and truly has everything you might need. I could have left half of what I brought at home! Thank you, Gretchen, for sharing you home with us.

Fantastic property !!! The host was awesome, and quick to fix our internet. The family loved the pool and dock. The house is a true upscale vacation home. It was furnished very nice and had everything we neede. We will seriously consider booking it again.

We stayed at Paradise Point for our family summer vacation and it truly did not disappoint! It is the perfect place to make lasting memories and there is so much to do! Gretchen was fantastic with communication and we truly feel like this is a place we will visit again and again!

Oh we found our Happy Place! Loved every thing about it - the house is well stocked and clean, clean, clean! The outdoor spaces are amazing - we enjoyed every thing of this property!

Ease of renting this home and fun place to stay.

Just what we needed, a relaxing long weekend on the water. The house is the perfect coastal cottage, from the comfy beds and sheets to all the decor and touches which make it so special. We loved watching the boats from all the multiple decks, walked to nearby restaurant, enjoyed hot tub and heated pool. Great trip.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we we had a great time. This home is beautiful and clean and the amenities are great. It is off the beaten path enough to be peaceful but also close enough to enjoy Holden Beach and Ocean Isle. Thank you Gretchen we will be back!

We had a great time here during our spring break with family. We were able to fish, swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub. Gretchen was great at communicating with us and was quick to respond. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t the warmest while we were there but we made the best of it and lots of memories were made!

Absolutely beautiful. We had a stressful visit due to hurricane Ian. Before the storm, our grandsons enjoyed the pool and the guys fished on dock. The view is breathtaking! Gretchen is above and beyond host!

There is a reason for the 5 star review. Gretchen is a WONDERFUL hostess. The house is perfect and accurately described by all reviews. You have everything you need, the views are amazing, and the conveniences like the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, close walk to a the a well-known restaurant right on the water made our 1 week stay so enjoyable. The small pier was great to sit and watch all the boats on the waterway and fun for the kids as they fished. Pool was perfect as well! Anytime I had a question and sent a message to Gretchen she was extremely responsive and helpful. I ended up leaving a small pile of clean laundry there and she helped get it mailed back to me within a couple of days - she went above and beyond and I was so grateful! I was so sad to leave at the end of the week. We will definitely try to come back soon.

Our family of 5 spent the week relaxing, swimming, hopping in the hot tub, fishing and playing the video game. Did I mention relaxing? The view is stunning. It is peaceful and just right for a low key, laid back vacation. The owner has everything on site you could ask for! This is our second time there, and we have booked #3 for next year!

Great time for all our family! The home is lovely and the pool and hot tub were great! The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock! The host was very responsive! Thank you for opening your home to our family!

We rented the house with a variety of age groups of kids. This property did not disappoint. Everything was clean, easy check in and check out , beautiful views . We used all the amenities from the dock to pool and hot tub. I highly recommend visiting. If our busy schedules ever allow us to do so again, we definitely will!

I can’t say enough about how nice this property is and what a great time we had. The house was beautiful and very nice. Beds were all very comfortable. So many places for people to hang out from the top deck with gas fire pit, tiki bar area with TV, hot tub, pool, outside wood burning fire pit and dock. The 2 hammocks - one on the upper deck and the other on the dock were so nice to relax in. We caught about 20 fish from the dock one morning, mainly small to medium croacker fish so we released them all - really good time especially if you have kids. There is a great restaurant/ bar on the water (2 minute walk from the house) with great food and a really nice view of the water. We played golf at Oyster Bay and River’s Edge. Both premium courses with incredible views and both within 20 mins of the house. The owner was very nice and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back. Come stay at this property and you won’t be disappointed!!!

We have rented numerous times across the US and this was one of the best rental experiences. Everything we needed was in the house and things were labelled making it so easy to function! The location is a bit more in a neighborhood that we thought from the pictures but it was quiet and the back of the property is private and comfortable. This is a rental we took the time to save as we plan to rent it again and again!
