Enjoyed thus home. However, if i had seen how many stairs it had i might have rented another place. It was difficult for my elderly friend to navigate.

We love staying here! Great location, close to market and brewery as well as great biking paths. Love the view of golfing on the great deck. Kitchen is always well stocked and house is spotless, even though it is dog friendly.

This house is centrally located in Sunriver, a 10-15 minute walk from the Village, SHARC, and Nature Center. Lovely house, easy check-in, great to have a hot tub.

Property location was great. Close to village and on the golf course. Hot tub was a plus.

This home was perfect for us. It has been remodeled and is so nice inside, has a hot tub looking out over the golf course, and is close to the Village shopping and restaurants. The booking was easy and everything was in top condition. Highly recommend!

House is in great location. Easy walk to Sharc and the village. The main floor bedroom has great wall of windows but no curtains/shades. Difficult for kids to sleep in. House could use some updating.

Great location, very clean and kitchen full stocked. Ice maker was the only thing not working, but everything else was great.

This is an excellent rental! Highlights include: cleanliness, one of best stocked kitchens in 30+ rentals over the years, timely and professional response by staff to correct a very minor issue, close to many walking and biking trails. We will return here:)

Great and roomy house! The second family room was wonderful. The beds were comfy, the house was super clean and well kept.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The house felt remodeled and had high end finished throughout. The bonus was having the kid carrier for the bike, it was nice to take two kids on a bike ride! The pictures are really how this house looked and felt, very comfortable. We would stay again. Only feedback would be to have better TP :). No big deal but it would be nice!

The house was beautiful and roomy! The location was amazing--Bend and Mt Bachelor were just short drives away. And when we felt like staying close to home, the Sunriver shops and restaurants were fun! We especially enjoyed Brewed Awakenings. On top of everything else, the customer service we received from Arrived was exceptional--before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for everything!

This home is in an excellent location, close to everything! The layout of the house is perfect for a family with younger children. Upon arrival we noticed there was a beeping smoke detector in a locked room and also the heat was not working. I notified the company at 5pm and they had maintenance out in 1 hour and then an HVAC company by that night. Such responsive team. The heat did have some minor issues the rest of the trip, but with a quick reset it was back to working order. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This house was wonderful for our family getaway! Perfect location, walking distance to the village and close to SHARC. The management was very responsive and quickly got us more de-icer when requested. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were quite comfortable!

Nice roomy home with views from every room. Well equipped, with everything you need. Master bedroom with cozy warm fireplace. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi to warm up after a day in the snow. Home very convenient to Sunriver Village & resort. Also, only a 25 minute drive to the snow parks & Mt Bachelor. Very comfortable space for a family vacation, definitely would stay at this home again if vacationing in Sunriver!

Relaxing, good location

Gorgeous home with all of the updated amenities. We loved our stay and were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed watching all of the golfers pass by. So much fun. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It's really hard. But other than that, excellent Sunriver home!!!!!

We were very pleased with this property in Sunriver. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings in good condition, well stocked with essentials and niceties. The king bed was very firm so if you like your mattress on the soft side this won't be very comfortable for you. However, we would rather have firm than an old worn out hammock to sleep on. The location is great--on the 16th fairway of the Meadows course and was entertaining for that, but also quiet and peaceful. The property manager was readily available and responsive for a couple of minor issues. We would definitely stay in this home again.

My family really enjoyed this house. The location was great. Tucked away in a quiet part of Sunriver with a view of the entire Par 3 16th hole and a second story balcony. Big kitchen, plenty of beds, and great spaces to lounge. Really close to the Sunriver Mall by bike too. Thanks you!

The house was a great spot for families with kids. Lots of room to spread out.

We hadn't stayed at SunRiver before so didn't understand the lay of the land and so were very lucky with 3 Spyglass. It's on a cul de sac on the golf course and sits further out than the neighboring house so is more private if you don't mind golfers (which we don't). It is very close to the Village and SHARC and the trails to the Nature Center, marina and stables. It has a great deck and upstairs living area with two separate living areas, full bath, nice kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are all downstairs which we hadn't realized. It was a negative for us because my husband had just had a knee replacement so it was a lot of up and down. It's a split level with a guest room on the entry landing. They go upstairs for a bathroom. Three bedrooms downstairs with nice sized master and en-suite, a second bath, bunk room and double bedroom. We felt badly for two different guests using that room because it is tiny with no dresser or anywhere to put clothes but a tiny closet. Probably would be fine for kids. Quite dark in the downstairs. Even during the day if you don't have lights on, you could run into a wall or door in the hallway. I feel that if you just view the bedrooms as a place to lay your head at night and the communal areas as highest priority,, you will love this house. The upstairs is really comfortable and updated and the deck wraps around the whole front and one side of the house. We were traveling with two dogs and they spent a lot of time on the deck.

The house is great with a beautiful deck for relaxing. The layout and placement of the rooms is great for mixed groups where some need to go to bed early while others plan to stay up later and enjoy the hot tub or sit on the deck and count stars.
