We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view is spectacular and the rooms were perfect for our family of four! We loved the pool and the fact that it is not beach side and we can take a cool down dip in the pool in the afternoon. We will be back again!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Very lovely unit, updated a couple years ago and still looking great. The view from the balcony is probably my favorite thing, you can hear the waves anytime of the day or night. You can watch for dolphins, bird watch or just relax looking out at the water. Going to the pool and beach is just steps away. My kids had a blast shelling (regular shells and sand dollars) and catching little fish in their buckets. I highly recommend this unit. The owners respond very quickly with any questions you may have.

Super clean, the instructions for checking in and all the codes were very well explained. The view from the deck is like nothing else! We could have stayed here for weeks! We will be back next year!

Had a wonderful time. The beach and pool were wonderful. The condo had the best view and was very clean and had many beach toys and games to play. Can’t wait to book again. We were supposed to visit in 2022 but the hurricane hit and we were finally able to visit. So glad we waited and rebooked this condo.

Fantastic beach area/views. On-site manager, Kim went above and beyond to provide useful advice. The unit furniture and appliances were in good condition. The light switches & closet areas and drawers in bathrooms could use a deep cleaning.

Absolutely loved everything. Rodney has beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. FABULOUS 💕

We have enjoyed all three of our stays. Plenty of room in this clean condo. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciate all the extras that are provided (paper towel, TP, pump soap, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, beach chairs, etc..) The shower was updated nicely. We enjoyed the patio with the beautiful view. We hope to be back again some day!

This place was wonderful with an amazing view of the ocean from the extra big sliding doors. The deck was huge and the kitchen and dining/living area combined to make a large area to be together. Had a wonderful time.

Property was as advertised. Simple, clean elegant interior, location was amazing you could walk to or drive to many wonderful restaurants. The view was amazing. We never went to the interior as the beach was too lovely. We did drive to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille. They gave restaurant suggestions which were very good. We ate most breakfasts and lunches in just enjoying the beach, sound of the waves. Just lovely.

Great location and the condo had everything we needed!!

I can't say enough good about this property!! We stayed here three nights with a total of four adults. Everyone agreed this was a high point of our trip! Everything about this booking was perfect. The check-in instructions were clear and simple, the location was great, the parking was easily accessible (even with an extra car). The owners - Rodney and Connie - were nothing short of awesome to work with and the condo itself was incredibly beautiful!! We really appreciated how quiet it was as well. And the neighborhood had plenty of excellent restaurants and food choices within a couple of miles. Located right on the beach, we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the lovely balcony. There was a large and a small table and four chairs so we spent lots of time on it in the morning and in the evenings. The condo was absolutely stunning!! It was spotless and fresh, and very well-stocked!! It was so roomy and we've never felt more at home (away from home!) I cannot wait to come back here! There was some beach reconstruction going on while we were there (which the owner notified us about well in advance), but we were still able to access the water over the weekend when they weren't working on it, and also just to the north of the property during the week when they were working on it.

After hurricane Idalia, we were worried about our Labor Day weekend at the beach. It was great! It was a welcome relief to relax on the beach.

Good location right on a quiet beach. Trolley stop just outside for trips along the coastal road. Very spacious living area and kitchen.

Lovely apartment right on a beautiful white sandy beach, perfect for dolphin spotting. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and we would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely few days at this apartment. The views across the ocean were amazing and the access straight onto the beach was great.

This has been the best condo we have stayed in!! Had all the extras, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, plenty of seating, kids step in the bathroom, potty seat, hamper, pack n play.... and more. Perfect view of the sunset! Very clean and beautifully decorated! We loved that the location was close to restaurants and the store. We also enjoyed a baseball game at Tropicana Field! Plus, veru friendly and informative staff! A must if you are in the area!

Our family loved our stay! Check in was easy, laundry was right near the unit, beach towels and chairs were provided, and kitchen was fully equipped with spices, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. There is even a volleyball net right on the beach that my girls loved. The unit had a beautiful view and the sunsets were amazing!!!

Condo was exactly as described and was very clean. Lots of beach chairs/toys in the closet as well as beach towels. Kitchen was supplied well too. Only complaints was the elevator not working most of the time that we were there and getting stuck in it at one point. And the water pressure and temperature did not work properly in the master room. Other than that, we had a great time and would return again!

My family has been vacationing at this property for years. It’s wonderful! There is nothing like looking and listening to the water, pure relaxation.

This is our second stay at this condo and we are excited to be returning next year as well. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking fresh fish from the local market and were glad the kitchen had everything we needed to cook many delicious meals. The owners provided many helpful items such as beach towels, beach chairs, and a bunch of other "beach items" in the balcony closet. This condo is right on the beach and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We were very happy with our stay here. The host was super responsive whenever I messaged him. The unit is located directly on the beach with amazing sunset views. There were a number of restaurants in a short driving distance . The check in and process were extremely smooth. Would absolutely come back to this condo!

This property was everything they said it was. It was very nice to just walk down to the beach with the kids. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend staying in this unit.
