The house was exactly as it was previewed online. Cozy, quite and very relaxing. This is the first rental we have stayed at that had a fully stocked kitchen!! The view of the ocean was amazing from both downstairs and the master bedroom. Will definitely try to stay there again next year!

The property location is excellent. It's close to the beach, store and restaurant. The home is very clean and very well stocked with anything one might need. The beds were quite comfy and had lovely linens. The view was very nice especially from the deck. Cute little yard and Webber bbq. Cherry is very responsive and a delightful host! Her elegant homemade chocates were a very special treat. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Very lovely home. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. All set up for a dog, which is good since Dillon Beach is a doggie Disneyland. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to get around in. Absolutely loved hanging out on the back porch, listening to the waves and watching them roll in. When it got too cold or rainy, we just sat in the sitting room looking out the windows. Very short walk, about as short as you can get, to the beach. I can't wait to visit again.

We had a great week at this darling beach cottage. Well furnished and stocked with anything you could possibly want. Fresh flowers and delicious homemade chocolates welcomed us. We had a few clear days with wonderful beach walks and our fur baby had a blast on her first ocean/beach experience. The local seafood was amazing and it was nice to have a little restaurant down the street that we could walk to for fish and chips or just a morning latte. All in all one of our most memorable California beach stays…we look forward to returning to this well-maintained home who’s owner is friendly and communicated clearly before we arrived and upon our departure.

This property used to be owed by my family. We brought my mother here to celebrate her 90th birthday. The beach was everything I remembered and the house was even better.
It has been beautifully upgraded, decorated and landscaped. It was more than we hoped for to come back to. Will definitely be coming back.

The cottage was very comfortable and fully equipped. We enjoyed the ocean view which was visible from the dining area, living room and patio. The home was filled with live plants and original art work. We left refreshed and relaxed after our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon Beach at this cozy little cottage! Everything was very clean and well cared for and also very homey and comfortable. Plenty of room for the four of us to relax between trips to the beach. Welcome chocolates were an added delicious bonus! Cherry has been doing this for a while and it shows!

As new guests of the good-vibes cottage with the luxury of the shortcut to the beach nearby, we adore the view and location. 13 Summer’s character shines from the “No parking” poll to the puffer fish lamp. Impeccably clean and cozy amid birdhouses, books, landscapes, stained glass, and blooming orchids.

The cottage was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and tableware. We brought our dog and loved the proximity to the dog-friendly beach.
It was evident the owner takes great pride in the property and the guest experience. She gave us a call upon our arrival to make sure we got in okay and to see if we had any questions.
We look forward to our next stay.

Located within steps to the beach and our view from the living room and deck was incredible. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and offers all the amenities you enjoy in your own home. Celebrating our 40th anniversary with our Roxy pup. Not our first time in Dillon Beach, but was our first time at this house. Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view. Thank you Cherry for sharing your beautiful home with us. It made our anniversary special; as well as the champagne and yummy chocolates. My family had a wonderful time staying at the 13th of Summer! Cherry was a dream to work with—kind, communicative, and responsive. We enjoyed being so close to Dillon Beach and made day trips to nearby parks and towns. The house is lovely—a beautiful older building with many thoughtful upgrades and gorgeous ocean views from windows on both levels. I’ve never seen a vacation rental kitchen better stocked. We’d love to come back someday!

Cherry - each and every corner of your home filled us with peace and brought a much-needed state of relaxation! It was so clean and welcoming; anything and everything we needed was just a reach away and the short walk to the beach was a plus. Not often can one stay in a rental without saying - "oh I wish I had packed. . . " It was all there, plus. . . books, handmade delicious chocolates, lotion and robes, to name a few! The view while relaxing in the living room or on the deck was breathtaking - especially the sunsets! We LOVE beach vacations and will certainly return to your home. Thank you again for making our first get-away in a few years a great one!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage! We had everything we needed and more. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the beach view was amazing! It was so nice to have a deck that overlooks the beach and if the weather is bad you still have a wonderful view from inside the house! Oh and last but not least, the chocolates that Cherry made for us were delicious and super cute Halloween themed!

Another wonderful stay. The views are great for people watching and occasional dolphin watching. Close to the beach, the store and restaurant. The house offers everything I need to relax, cook and be with my family and dog. I love this property!

The house was perfect- close to the beach, the restaurant, and nearby site-seeing. The home was very comfortable- I actually missed their bed when I got home! Great deck and small gardens. Beautiful artwork and cozy furniture. The beach is clean and has a lovely sandy shore for walks. We also enjoyed a short drive to Bodega Bay for a clam chowder lunch at Spuds. I hope to come back!
