We absolutely LOVE the location and view from the patio. The bay view was even more amazing than I anticipated. All kinds of fun within walking distant and it’s so clean everywhere. Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly kind/social, it was a nice change for us. Susan is very attentive and helpful. The condo was very clean and the comfort of the bed was absolute perfection, we slept like babies. The bedroom could use one more nightstand, the kitchen doesn’t have an overhead light so could be tough if you’re planning on cooking at night. There is no dishwasher but it’s not allowed or she would have had one. The kitchen overall could be a bit more stocked with baggies, tinfoil etc. but I know Susan is working towards adding more items, there was a massive recovery from the hurricane so we were very thankful for the beautiful stay. Just sharing details for those that stay in the near future. We will be back for sure. We were first timers, but definitely not last timers. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us.

My husband and I had a great time in Englewood. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The beaches are beautiful. The restaurants and bars were walking distance. Live music all day long. Susan was a great host! We will definitely go back😊

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and newly remodeled condo. There is not a dishwasher, although is lisred included. Nice appliances and view of the bay. We would stay again.

The property that we stayed in was beautiful,clean,comfortable and the morning sunrises were breathtaking. If you had any questions Susan would get back to you very quickly.

Would rent again. I would suggest better window shades. At night, anyone on the dock could easily see in. I love this complex. So easy to be within walking or paddling distance of all I need.

The room was what it was advertised. As always you never are ready to go home.

Location is perfect, got to enjoy both Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Condo well appointed, beautiful views and just the right size. This place was gorgeous! The sun rise views from the balcony in the morning were breathtaking! Sunset on the beach in the evening was perfect.. The condo had everything that you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay and Susan was great to work with! My family and I love the stay here and will return again! Thank you for everything!

We had a great time staying in Manasota Key. Susan’s place was a cute little spot perfect for the two of us and had pretty much everything you would need. Loved the view of the bay from the balcony. Our favorite part was the easy beach access right across the street, short walk and easy to get set up and enjoy a day at the beach. There are some great bars and restaurants just down the street which were great. We also went parasailing on our stay and it was an amazing experience.

Beautiful area. Beach, pool and several restaurants within walking distance.. Loved the condo, beautiful view, fishing right outside the room, clean and had everything you would need for a great stay. Would recommend for families or couples.

Had lovely comfortable stay. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Venice and Boca Grande near for dining and shopping. My husband and I enjoyed the Tiki Bar food and music and beach yoga. as well as local restaurants in Englewood.

Condo has great view of the bay, about 1/2 block walk to the beach, 1/4 mile away from 2 happening beach bars with bands. The apartment was clean, comfortable and close to the pool. Englewood Beach has a very “Keys” like vibe and reminiscent of old Florida.

The Condo was clean and decorated so cute. There are 3 nice restaurant’s within walking distance and hav me great music!

We loved the breath-taking view and watching the dolphins and different birds and we sipped morning coffee from the balcony. The location to restaurants snd the beach was awesome. The place was decorated so beachy and inviting. Loved it!

The location is great with the beach right across the road. The ocean view from the living room is fantastic! Excellent seafood restaurants are within walking distance. The sunset on the beach is one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen! We loved having the full kitchen. Susan kept in touch to be sure we had everything that we needed. We had such a wonderful, relaxing time!

The rental was above & beyond what we expected. The place was so cute, clean, and the location was great! We enjoyed the pool, beach, docks, & local restaurants. Susan was wonderful to work with and check-in was super easy. We had a wonderful week with our grandchildren.

Property was perfect for a week fishing and being on the water. Dock and boat slip was nice and close to condo. Pool was very nice and property was very well taken care of. Will definitely be back.

Good location. Just a few steps from the beach and places to eat. The condo was clean and well equipped. The grounds including the dock and pool were exceptionally well maintained.

We definitely would stay here again. Clean, convenient to shopping needs, quiet, well stocked, nice view from balcony, one block from beach. Only one negative: It was nice that we were given permission to enter unit early. We were there on time but waited 45 minutes for unit to be unlocked. Somehow communication was lacking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The view of the bay is breathtaking and we watched fireworks on the horizon on Fourth of July. The beach across the street was very nice and Sue had all the gear needed for our comfort. Unit is also fully equipped. The pool was also a nice option if you don’t want to walk to the beach. This was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations. The condo was well kept and was the best out of our other friends, who were vacationing with us places. Really liked being able to see our boat from the back porch and enjoy the beautiful water. Thanks so much for sharing your home.
