Our entire extended family (four families) rented this house for our week in Seaside. The kids all had plenty of room to play, the kitchen was well stocked (knifes could be replaced as they were all dull) and lots of room to spread out. The entire process of checking in and out was seamless and very quick response time if we had any questions. Everything was as described and pictured.

This house was so well-appointed for large families who like to cook! We had absolute every pot, pan, grilling utensil, and serving piece we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay….walked everywhere with ease.

A plus on a wonderful Christmas spent at Group Therapy in Seaside. The house was better than we could have imagined. We will definitely be back for a return visit!

Check-in was the simplest process (download the app). This house was perfect for our family. 9 adults and 2 infants. Enough bedrooms, family spaces, TVs, and bathrooms on all 3 levels. Large eating area was perfect for family meals. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender) etc. Gas grill available. The private beach access was a two block walk and the pools were a block. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool areas were not far and not crowded. My young adult kids really wanted to go to PCB. Last minute planning for a holiday weekend (Labor Day) meant PCB was all booked. I have no idea how far Santa Rosa Beach is from PCB because we never made it.... AND nothing was missed. (Overheard them saying: "Best family vacation EVER."

Great location, plenty of space and overall in great shape. Small items that were a challenge were things like, lights burnt out, very limited toiletries/bathroom product and no wifi for the entire week which was a challenge. Overall, it was a really great home, nice location and very well done.

This was the perfect house for our group! We had three families (6 adults, 8 kids). Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of room in the house for everyone to have their own space. I would definitely rent this house again!

The house was fantastic for our family in a peaceful area and close to the beach and the Seaside commerce area. We enjoyed the house immensely. It was well appointed and had everything we need for the beach and to use while at the house.

The house was beautiful and clean and the location was very good. It is easy to get to everything, except one of the family pools. We had two pools nearby so it was ok. Since I don't mind steps, I did not mind staying on the third floor. There is a really nice bunk bed room for kids on the second floor. Every room was large and comfortable. The "master" bedroom on the second floor has a beautiful patio, and there are 3 other " master" bedrooms as well. Easy to access and we enjoyed our stay.

We've rented a LOT of vacation properties and this one stands out as one of the best. The layout of the house is the key differentiator--5 bedrooms all en suite and with two additional bathrooms on the first and second floors. There is a living room (alongside the dining room and kitchen) on the first floor plus a living room on the second floor plus another hangout space on the roof--inside and outside. Not to mention one of the rooms had 6 beds so our group of boys piled in there. The bottom line is that there was ALWAYS a space for everyone to be to have a large or small gatherings. The location is KILLER and only a 2 minute bike ride to the "city center" or the private beach. Super happy with our experience at Group Therapy. 5-stars. Thanks to the owners, Sandpiper Rentals, and Vrbo.

4 Granddaughters and 4 couples of parents. Size was great and the acoustics/sound damping for privacy. We've been coming down for 25 years and have always had a good experience. The title of the home added extra meaning to the experience for the parental shrinks bucket list. We have a place in Naturewalk which added to the convenience.

Group Therapy was the perfect house for our group! Plenty of room for 6 moms and 8 teenage boys!!! We had a great time enjoying the house as well as the beautiful town of Seaside. The house is in a really good location to town square and the beach. Easy 5 min walk to either. Book this house; you won't regret it!!!

We had a marvelous time and there was plenty of room. Hands down my favorite family vacation ever. Looking forward to doing it again!!! We had 18 people which included 4 that were 6-10, 2-16 yo and the 23-54 and everyone had a great time!!!

We stayed here with 3 other families and had the best time! So many wonderful memories were made there that we will always cherish. We have decided to come back every year to Group Therapy. All of the décor and furnishings were just beautiful. We felt right at home immediately. It was very clean and overall exceeded all of our expectations! Our favorite areas in the house were the movie room where we could all watch movies together and the tower and top balcony. We ended all of our evenings up at the tower. We loved having a big private driveway so we didn't have to park on the side of the Seaside streets. The house was big enough where 12 of us never felt cramped which was surprising to all of us! The office that took our reservation was very helpful, all of the ladies we spoke to were very sweet and patient with our million questions we had before we showed. We felt very welcome. We also really enjoyed the location. It was in Seaside but it almost felt like a private spot so it wasn't congested all around us. Big plus considering it was a busy time. I could go on... it was just wonderful. We are missing it already!

We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house was very clean and well-stocked, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Located on a quiet street in Seaside, yet you can easily walk to everything you need -- shops, restaurants, the beach, etc. We only used our car once to drive to the Publix which is a few miles away. Sandpiper Rentals was very accommodating and easy to work with. Our only issue was the wifi went down the first evening, I left a message on their VM and someone showed up early the next morning and took care of it. Would definitely recommend this house !

This house exceeding our expectations, not only is it beautiful but we had 2 families staying in it and it was never crowded and we all had plenty of room! The views from the top balconies were beyond breathtaking. The house had everything we needed and more! The community is perfect too, wonderful for renting bikes to ride and the pool was really big and very enjoyable. The kids loved it! The house is a short walk to the beach but you can call the shuttle and it takes you and picks you up in case you have too much to carry and it didn't take any time for the shuttle to come, very impressive! Shops were also within walking distance which was very nice. We loved the location of this house too, short drive to both Panama City and Destin. I would absolutely highly recommend this house and we will now be renting it every year for our fall break.

What an amazing beach house. This house layout is so well-planned and beautifully decorated! We had 2 families-3 adults and 5 pre-teen/teenagers and we NEVER felt crowded. It is near the tennis courts, pools and lawn area which was great for us because we play a lot of tennis. But what we didn't realize until we stayed at the house is that we LOVE to play croquet. There is a croquet set at the lawn area next to the house and we ended up playing every evening as a group (as well as playing frisbee and volleyball which is also at the lawn area). This house made a very enjoyable beach stay turn into a wonderful family experience. It truly is what it names says!

Myself and 11 other friends stayed here for the seaside 1/2 marathon. The house is absolutely beautiful, like pages out of a magazine. Even with 13 of us there was plenty of space. Right in the heart of everything in seaside. Easy walk to pool & fitness center, just a couple dozen steps away & a few blocks from the beach. There is a bunk room with lots of space. Not the most comfy of beds in there but I realize it's really for kids., we had 1/2 a dozen grown women in there. Highly recommend the house!! Had no problems whatsoever! Loved it!!

This was our fourth stay in Seaside and the first in Group Therapy, I must say this is by far the nicest and most comfortable house we have stayed in. The location is great, near the fitness center, adult and family pools, tennis courts and croquet lawn. The house is exceptionally spacious and beautifully furnished. My favorite feature is the large dining area where our group of 15 could easily sit and enjoy meals together. We cooked and ate-in more this trip than we ever have before. The kids loved having their own entertainment area adjacent to their bedrooms. We were all sad when our week's stay came to an end. We will definitely return to Seaside and we all hope to stay in this beautiful home again.
