Property was very clean and organized. We found everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Having rental property myself I understand how hard it is to keep everything stocked. Only suggestion would be have lifejackets accessible and the kitchen needs more wine glasses. We would book again!

We decided on a last-minute Christmas trip and stumbled upon this listing. We fell in love the location so we booked it! We arrived at dark so we weren’t able to fully take in the surroundings until the next morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on such a huge piece of property that butts right up to the lake. It was beautiful, even during the rain. And while the listing photos showed the proximity to the lake and what’s on the property, it’s so much better (and bigger) in person. The home had everything we needed in terms of utensils, plates, cookware, sheets, towels, spices, etc. We did make a run to Dollar General, which proved to be a beautiful drive, for a few additional provisions. I would recommend bringing your own paper towels and toilet paper. We spent the mornings looking out over the water and enjoying the sights and evenings in the cozy den. And we brought our pets—it was more than enough space for us all! We cannot wait to come back when it’s warmer and take full advantage of all this listing has to offer!

My family enjoyed a wonderful several days at this property! There were 6 of us total, one of which was 3 years old. All instructions were provided, from rental info to check-in to what to do with towels and trash to check out (with a lot inbetween). Having everything as far as instructions was a big stress reliever prior to getting there on down to checking out. If we had questions, it was answered by the instructions which was wonderful! We enjoyed spending time outside on the upper deck, in the hot tub, on the boat, by the fire pit, and grilling on the deck. We also found some board games in one of the bed room closets, which always helps when entertaining a 3 year old! The house itself was very clean, beds were comfy, all kitchen utensils needed were provided, and the keurig was a life saver! I, and my family, had the best time and would highly recommend!!!

Property was better than advertised. The house had a great upstairs/downstairs layout and was bigger than the pictures show. Great location on a protected cove directly on the lake. Had one question about boat when we arrived and response time was less than two minutes! Really enjoyed our stay and hope to get back there next year.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house right on Lake Nottely. Had also the use of the nice pontoon boat.

We had a great Time. Password for wifii was wrong tried to contact owener but had no luck.. One letter was off we figured it out. would love to stay again next year.

I would recommend this house to everyone who would like a lake mountain vacation. It was exactly as described, well stocked and immaculately clean.

Great home right on the lake with all of the amenities! The home has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. The pontoon is top notch and the lake is beautiful. Lori was very responsive. We will be back.

Our entire family was able to enjoy our stay, even the four legged members! The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was rainy most of our time there, but we still found time to take out the boat and fish. Having the boat was an amazing add on that I highly recommend! For those that fish - we caught some nice sized stripped bass! We spent a lot of time on the upstairs covered deck. Even in the rain, it was relaxing to read, talk, and listen to nature. The fireplace added a cozy touch as well. The kitchen had a healthy stock of appliances and cookware. We did call the owner/manager a couple of times as the boat lock code wasn't working and they answered the phone promptly(thank you)! The location is nice and quiet as well. The paved driveway was also a plus. We have rented a lot of lake homes and found this to be one of the best. The water depth is great for jumping off the end of the deck too. The boat was well maintained and we ran it about 4-6 hours per day. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

The place was clean. Easy working with the host and property manager. Had fun with the boat and on the water. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay. This was our 2nd time at the cabin and we look forward to our 3rd. Everything was perfect! The pontoon boat was very nice. We enjoyed going out on the lake and the weather was great!

This is a wonderful home in a terrific spot! The home was perfect as I was traveling with my elderly mother in law and elderly parents who have a hard time with stairs. The only downside for us was the bathroom upstairs was a tub/shower combo which was difficult for them to navigate but we made it work since downstairs is a walk in shower and the stairs outside are wide and easy to navigate. Home is better than the photos and property manager is very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our week at this property. The house is absolutely gorgeous and sparkling clean. Everything was in good working order and Lori provided all the basics such as soaps, paper products, trash bags, etc. The hot tub and fireplace were our favorite features because it was quite cold while we were there. The original pontoon boat wasn't available, but the caretaker Mike provided us with a substitute. Mike and his wife stopped by when we first arrived and it was very nice to meet them. Went into Blairsville (About 20 minute drive) a couple of times and visited some of the trails in the area. Overall, we had a great visit and would recommend staying at this property.

Great rental!

Great location on the lake and everything was well maintained. It was just what we needed to be able to relax and enjoy a break from everyday life. A very reasonably priced pontoon boat was available and was used every day to cruise beautiful Nottley Lake. We are planning an return trip in the spring.

Wonderful trip, great cabin. We rented when it was still owned by Lori High. I think it’s about to change hands and still be rented. Very clean, and very beautiful lake. We would rent it again for up to six people.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and is clean and very comfortable. It’s located right on the water. We loved boating, kayaking & fishing. We also loved relaxing in the hot tub. The caretaker, Mike was very friendly and helpful. The entire family had a great time and we hope to return!

This was by far the best place we have stayed on our Mountain vacations. The house was spotless! The boat was wonderful and the care givers next door were so nice and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had a great vacation.
