Our vacation to the Cayman Islands did not disappoint! We returned to the island after spending our honeymoon here 25 years ago, and this time was just as special primarily due to this fantastic rental condo and its caring owners. The location is perfect and the owners provided so much info about what to do, and where to go. They were always responsive to every question we had which made our planning easy and fun. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed each day. We enjoyed the view and all of the activities. A truly wonderful vacation. Do not hesitate to stay here; it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us. We loved the location for its walkability to shops and restaurants. In the week we stayed there we ate at a different restaurant every night, and each time we walked there, except for one. The swim up bar was perfect for our post diving lunch and beers. I hope to be back some day soon!

This is a wonderful condo at the south end of 7 mile beach.The pool is huge and the cove in front is amazing with the calm water. The condo is very comfortable, including the beds and the owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Kheng sent out a list of suggestions right after I booked, which includes activities, restaurants and tips. It made the planning of the trip so easy! I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was comfortable & very well appointed. The location was perfect—we enjoyed seeing the beach & pool from the balcony. The grounds were beautiful. The swim up pool bar was great. The beach with the protected swimming area was a great place to relax & enjoy. The hosts were very helpful & offered a lot of information. We would stay here again.

Our experience was amazing from booking. The host sent over communications not long after and proceeded to provide so much great info about planning our trip on the island. The location is amazing, so close to many great snorkeling spots and places to eat. We loved Smith’s Cove, which was just a short drive. We ate at Peppers, XQ, and also The Wharf, all very close. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly think of, from a coffee pod machine, to a blender, to fun board games and family movies! And everything around the kitchen was labeled, making for such ease of use. Our son loved the huge pool and that we had a great beach with our own cove. 100x better than a hotel room!! We are already discussing dates to come back!

Excellent property with a great geographical location within the West Bay area. Easy access north or south to all restaurants, beaches, etc. The condo itself is also situated perfectly within the complex. with a nice view of the beach and the pool. Very easy walk to each. It is very comfortable inside with everything you need for the stay. Large balcony for enjoying a morning coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. The owner is extremely thorough and ensures that you have all the information you need for an easy check in and stay. Excellent experience overall.

Our family had an amazing time at sunset cove! This property is exceptional. We enjoyed having our breakfast every morning on the deck looking out at the ocean. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pool was refreshing with a waterfall and swim up bar / restaurant. We snorkeled, went to stingray city and took a boat tour to bioluminescence bay. We loved swimming with the turtles at the Cayman Turtle Center. There was so much to do, fabulous restaurants to choose from and time to relax. My teenage boys said it was their best vacation ever. We would love to return here!

It was my first time staying at Sunset Cove after coming to Cayman for many years. I’ve stayed in both condos and hotels. Sunset Cove gives you it all - the privacy, comfort and convenience of staying with a condo with great amenities like a huge pool, pool bar with full food and drink menus, a beautiful coved beach and plenty of chairs at both the pool and beach. Add in a convenient location and it has all the makings of a great Seven Mile Beach stay. Our hosts - Kheng and Grant - made the stay even more enjoyable. We just returned from an amazing vacation in Grand Cayman. Kheng and Grant's condo was awesome - it felt like home from the time we arrived! The property looked exactly like the pictures I had seen online - gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. They truly have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect and stress-free. The communication with the owners from initial inquiry to emails with lots of helpful trip advice a few weeks before arrival was so greatly appreciated. They even sent a friendly email to check in the day after we arrived to ensure all was good. Our condo was freshened up mid-week while we were on a day tour - thanks for the wonderful service! The location was excellent - we could walk to many restaurants (amazing food!), the liquor/beer store, grocery stores, shopping, and Georgetown. I wish we could give this property and our experience with Kheng and Grant more than 5 stars - it truly is an exceptional property and made our vacation one that will not be forgotten! :)

This was our first trip to Cayman, and we were very impressed. We have been to other islands, CI was very friendly, easy to get around, so much to do, and extremely clean & safe. The facility was fantastic, beach area & pool right at your doorstep, along with the convenience of the swim up tiki bar! We have already talked about our return trip! Thanks

We had an amazing time at the condo. The hosts were in touch with great tips about the condo, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Quick to respond when I emailed questions. The condo was fully stocked and was just what we needed for our adult family of four. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove and Kheng was a very responsive host. The unit had everything it said it did and was very comfortable. The beach is lovely and the water very calm, would be a great place to bring young kids (which many families there did). Definately snorkle out past the rock wall, keep swimming around if you don't find the reef at first. There are many restaurants within walking or bus distance. The beaches near by on Seven Mile are pretty much washed away until you get 8-10 blocks up and you must walk on the sidewalk to reach the next open beach. I would recommend unit and the location.

The property was fantastic. The condo was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The cove was wonderful for our wives who don’t like to swim where they can’t touch the bottom. There was great snorkeling 200 yards out. A good amount of fish and we even had a turtle swim by us. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The large grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The hosts sent us a ton of great information before our trip and were very responsive with any questions. Will stay again!!

This was easily a 10/10 stay! The condo is in a wonderful complex with great amenities, great people and great location. All communication with owner was stellar. The best we’ve ever experienced. The unit is updated and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We slept so well! We will for sure book again for our next trip to Grand Cayman as well as recommend to friends and family!

The owners of this vacation property and the property itself is amazing. The owners were available immediately with any concern and quickly responded to the one problem I had (which was me not looking hard enough for a fan remote). It’s a great location and compared to some of the other condos I saw it was renovated just a short time ago and fit our needs exceptionally.

My husband I loved this condo and Grand Cayman! The condo had everything we might need! So many restaurants and activities were easily accessible from the location. We will definitely be back!

Kheng & Grant’s hospitality was unremarkable! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at their condo which is fully furnished with tons of amenities. It is in a perfect location with a beautiful pool and access to the beach. We have already vowed to return in the future! Thank you both so much for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful location, view and great communication regarding area favorites.

We are a family of 5 with three teenagers. We wanted to go on a trip this year with plenty of adventure and exploration. Grand Cayman offered exactly what we were looking for - between Stingray City, the Bioluminescent Bay and all the snorkel spots. Our experience at this property could not have been any better. The McGuire's have put a lot of thought and care into their condo. Everything that you need is provided here including a great pool, hot tub and swim up bar. We also looked forward to returning here between adventures to recharge and relax. The property - Sunset Cove - has a large sand beach, protected swim area and kayaks and paddle boards to use. There is snorkeling right off of the beach as well as a shipwreck (the Gamma) within easy walking distance. We were able to walk easily to restaurants and Kirk's grocery. It is also possible to walk to Georgetown from the property. We highly recommend this condo to future travelers to Grand Cayman.

From the moment we booked this condo, we had a wonderful experience! The owners promptly sent us tons of great infomation, including suggested restaurants & activities, as well as tips/recommendations for the condo & island. Any questions we sent to Kheng were immediately responded to with helpful information. When we arrived at the condo, we were so pleased with the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and all the extra things available for us at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance we could need, along with all other necessities like pots, pans, dishes, glasses, knives, spices, coffee, tea, etc! They even provided insulated glasses to use at the beach/pool, along with a couple of small coolers. There were also pool floats & rafts along with lots of snorkeling equipment that we used to snorkle right behing the rock barrier in front of the condo - and saw lots of fish & coral! The pool & beach area were perfect, with ample chairs and space to relax & enjoy. We appreciated how everything was labeled &/or had directions for use in the condo - made it very easy to find & use things! There was even a drawer labeled "forgot something" stocked with all kinds of things that might be needed. We were pleasantly suprised to find the property cleaned & refreshed halfway through our weeklong stay. It was very warm in the condo the first few nights, but when I asked Kheng about lowering the temp on the automatic thermostat, she immediately responded & granted our request! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the beautiful 7 mile beach & we hope to return again one day!

We were so pleased with the condo. It was clean, well-appointed and close to some great restaurants. Getting around is easy on the Cayman public bus or taxis. Kheng (property owner) was easy to contact during our stay for any questions. We used Ryan's Taxi and Tour service (listed at the property) for a tour of Grand Cayman so we could get an idea of the area as well as to get a ride to the airport. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.
