The house was incredible and advertises properly for number of guests it can house. Pool and beach access were priceless. Really appreciate it.

Great experience. Great property. Gathered the family for my wife's 60th. House was immaculate and everything I had hoped it would be.

We had plenty of room,great accommodations, and an awesome view.

The house overall was great. What we didn't know, because we booked through VRBO instead of directly through the management company, is that the house wouldn't be furnished with even BASIC supplies for our stay. No trash bags, no kitchen towels or sponges, no soap, and an array of DANGEROUSLY dull knives. I just cannot understand why a house built to house 20+ people would not have basic supplies like that. It really ruined the experience for us. There were to itty-bitty cutting boards to use as well, which was basically worthless for our use. We contacted the property management company multiple times to request a late check-out due to our flight itinerary. They never responded to our calls or texts. Finally on the last day, the cleaning company showed up at 10am sharp at check-out time and I just told them to come back. I was happy to pay the late-checkout fee, but they should have told us over the several days of our stay that it wasn't okay. We had no choice. I was especially bothered that, despite them sounding as if they were available 24/7 by text message, we sent them texts and then never got responses. HOWEVER - they sent us plenty of canned/automated messages such as "Let us know how your stay is going!" after I told them about a broken toilet. By the way, the toilet was fixed but then broke again. A second toilet broke on the last day of our stay. The rooms also had sandy floors and one of the bathrooms has tiny ants everywhere. Just a lot of little things that added up for us.

This property is a great beach location. Otherwise it was very disappointing. The kitchen was absolutely filthy. Clearly it had not been cleaned at all. There were crumbs everywhere, dried lettuce and food in the sink, coffee spills down the cabinets. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and there was a disgusting rubber pan collecting the water. The leak was reported immediately and problem was never addressed. The entire house was dusty and sandy. I want the owners to know what a poor job Sandbridge Blue is doing for them. I would never rent a property they are managing again.

This property was the perfect place for our family destination Christmas. The entire process was both professional and easy.

Loved the space, kitchen well-equipped, can’t beat the ocean front location.

We rented this home for a womens retreat. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms, space for all to eat, well equipped kitchen, and can't beat the view. Will definitely book this house again.
