Appartement idéalement situé à La Croix Valmer mais ne devant être loué que pour deux personnes. La vie à 4 est presque impossible tant l’agencement est mal pensé. Les deux terasses sont des couloirs où même deux personnes ont du mal à s’installer. Les équipements sont médiocres : canapé-lit de basse qualité, placard à roulette sans roulette, meuble de salle de bain qui se déboîte, douche sans pression, toilettes exiguës et nauséabondes…. Je ne parle pas du hall d’entrée où des insectes se baladent allègrement. En résumé : appartement idéal pour sa proximité du centre mais qui mérite un coup de neuf et d’entretien. Propriétaire et gérants très sympathiques et à l’écoute par ailleurs.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement vraiment idéalement situé ! À deux pas du centre ville et des commerces, à distance de ballade de la plage et parfait pour découvrir la région. Un grand merci à vous pour toutes ces bonnes adresses que nous avons essayé avec joie !

Apparemment très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses et son équipement avec des produits de qualité. Très bonne situation dans le village proche des commerces, de l'office du tourisme, des départs de randonnées, de navettes... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-vaisselle !

Trés bien pour passer un séjour dans la région , l'appartement est calme et propre et dispose de l'essentiel , manque un aspirateur et un tire bouchon neuf (cassé) pour ouvrir les très bons rosés des alentours , Très bon accueil de Sylvie et sa petite famille .Je recommande !

Appartamento ben attrezzato e come da foto, buona pulizia, balcone con bellissima vista sul mare e sulle colline. La Croix-Valmer è esattamente al centro di una serie di posti magnifici, raggiungibili in 15 minuti. La spiaggia di Pampelonne è fantastica, con sabbia bianca e mare verde. Inoltre il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Super Lage, alles, was man braucht!

Dont know where to start. Everything went very easy and smooth, thanks to the prompt communication, super detailed information email of Darrin and easy check in. We loved to stay here and had a fantastic holiday. Definitely recommended to book this appartment. It has everything you need, it's right in the heart of La Croix Valmer, very close to beautiful beaches,restaurants etc.. We enjoyed it very much and might come back. :)

È il terzo anno che alloggiamo in questa bellissima struttura, ed è sempre una grazia. Situato in un’ottima posizione, zona molto tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere i vari paesini e le magnifiche spiagge (in auto). A due passi da panetteria, fruttivendolo e mini market. Proprietario disponibile e gentile!

L' apartement est très confortable, avec tout ce qui est necessaire et au centre du village. C'est la deuxième anné que nous avons nos vacances en cette location. Le village, la mer et tout l' environment sont trés apprécié par nous.

Die ersten vier Tage war es teilweise laut und staubig, da der Innenhof der Wohnanlage neu mit Kies versehen wurde. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas niedrig, aber ansonsten gab es Nichts auszusetzen.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of La Croix-Valmer and yet quiet, peaceful and only a very short stroll to shops and restaurants. The views from both balconies are lovely - a great place to sit with a drink and take in the surroundings. We have spent a lot of time on the Côte d'Azur, but this was our first time in La Croix Valmer. There is so much to see and do in the area and something for everyone. The apartment had everything we needed and we didn't miss the lack of wifi, a microwave or air conditioning. There were just two of us and we had more than enough space and both slept well in the comfortable bed. We hope to return for another stay.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, abseits von grossen Trubel. Abends genossen wir in der Bar im Ort einen Pastis. Von unserer Wohnung aus waren wir auch schnell in diversen Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Zur Wohnung selbst: Sie ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben sind Eierbecher. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sowie auch die Stühle am Eßbereich könnten etwas bequemer sein, aber es gibt ja das kleine Sofa, in dem wir es uns gemütlich machten. Am besten hat uns einfach die Lage gefallen und somit haben wir auch das Apartement genossen.

Great location for exploring the St. Tropez peninsula. The apartment was clean and comfortable and convenient to restaurants and stores in La Croix-Valmer. We were very disappointed that there was no internet or microwave. But that was my fault for assuming and not verifying on the listing.

Our week in La Croix-Valmer was a perfect way to end our four week France vacation. The apartment is well appointed and located within walking distance of all the amenities the town offers. The area offers so much variety from beautiful hill towns to hiking trails to seaside villages that a week wasn't enough time to really explore. We had an early flight out of Nice at the end of our stay and, after experiencing the local traffic, decided to leave a day early and spend a night in an Nice airport hotel. It was a good move for us and is offered as a heads up to those travellers who may have similar intentions. A thoroughly enjoyable week on the Cote D'azur and highly recommended.

Hartstikke leuk en knus appartement met uitzicht op de zee. Het dorpje La Croix Valmer biedt alle winkels die je nodig hebt. Zee/strand op loopafstand. Mooie dorpjes (Gassin, Ramatuelle) op ongeveer 10 minuutjes rijden. St Tropez op 20 minuten. Prachtige kust, mooi stranden. Wij komen zeker terug!

A bright, well-equipped apartment in a very good location which allows you go to the beach or hike in the hills without feeling swamped by the crowds. We visited for a week at a very busy time of year (late-July) and really appreciated returning each day to a quiet apartment in what seemed to be a well-maintained block. The weather was, if anything, a little too warm, but the apartment benefits from having a balcony and large sliding doors at both the front and back. It's got everything you need, including a good kitchen/dining area, a nice shower and a generally up-and-together feel. Our teenaged kids slept on the futon-type bed in the living room and found it perfectly comfortable, especially after a day spent swimming and sunning themselves. We particularly liked being able to walk two minutes down the hill in the morning to the bustling boulangerie and a similar distance in the evening to a choice of good restaurants (the Patio is a family-run place which is the closest and friendliest). We had a hire car and parking in the apartment's own space was never a problem, but we largely found ourselves walking or using the very good, very frequent and free shuttle bus service to the numerous beaches about ten minutes' from Croix Valmer. The tourist information office was surprisingly helpful. We'd hoped to explore the various little beaches on the sparsely-populated headland beyond Gigaro, but were prevented by forest fires. Maybe next time?

Notre famille de deux adultes et deux enfants (11ans et 8 ans) étions très bien installés. La plage du Débarquement est accessible à pied, et la marche pour s'y rendre est pittoresque, à travers des vignobles et un terrain boisé. La boulangerie, le boucher, l'épicerie, les restaurants, la piscine municipale ne sont qu'à quelques centaines de mètres de distance. Durant notre séjour de deux semaines, nous avons visité Ramatuelle, plage de l'Escalet, Grimaud, plage de Gigaro, Cavalaire-sur-Mer, Gassin, tous à 30 minutes de route ou moins. Nous avons aussi visité Saint-Tropez et passé une nuit à Nice. Nous avons vécu des vacances mémorables à La Croix-Valmer!

Lage ist perfekt,da sich Einkaufsgelegenheiten als auch Restaurants vor Ort in Laufweite von nur wenigen min.befinden.Gleichzeitig liegt d Apptmt etwas zurückversetzt und damit am Abend sehr ruhig.Wir haben auch d 2 Balkone mit sehr schöner Sicht -v. a. bei nicht optimalem Strandwetter, sehr geschätzt.Herauszuheben ist auf jeden Fall der äusserst nette Vermieter,der -obwohl nicht vor Ort- gefühlt immer parat ist und bereits im Vorfeld wertvolle Tips gab.So haben wir in wunderschöner Umgebung,ca 40 min v St Tropez entfernt,mit mehreren Strandoptionen vor Ort als auch weiteren Restaurant Möglichkeiten entlang d Strände,äusserst erholsame Tage verbracht und fühlten uns fast wie bei Freunden zuhause! ..ubd das bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!Ein Grund mehr zum Wiederkommen!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the South of France. The apartment is very centrally located, with all the necessary shops such as bakers, butchers and supermarkets within short walking distance. The apartment is very clean, with more than enough towels and sheets available. The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook all your meals yourself (the apartment has a large refrigerator), or go out to eat in the village in one of the many restaurants or shop at the “Traiteurs” nearby. Particularly useful was the washing machine, and the ability to dry your clothes on one of the balconies. We could regularly wash our bath towels and thus did not have to arrive with suitcases overflowing. There are two balconies, one has the morning sun, and on the other you can enjoy the sunset, pleasantly relaxing with a glass of wine. The apartment keys were handed over without problems on the spot and on time. You can communicate in English or French with the fluently bilingual owner Darrin, and he was always concerned with our well-being and was readily available for any questions that we had. The apartment includes a private parking spot behind the apartment, which on market days and during the week is particularly convenient. Gigaro beach is reachable in ten minutes on the free navette (shuttle), so there is no need to pay parking fees at the beach. The bus stop can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. In short, we enjoyed our stay. It was a very, very relaxing holiday and we would definitely recommend this apartment to the vacation hungry who seek rest and relaxation in the South of France.

We hired bikes and accessed all the gems of the coastline by cycling ,walking and ferries. This coastline is one of the Cote D'Azur hidden secrets. Stunning nature reserves make it quiet and simply breath-taking in terms of Caribbean style beaches and clear water. But if you want a bit of action as we did during our stay, St Tropez is a short ride away. But far enough away to keep the prices very reasonable. A delightful ferry ride from nearby Cavalaire takes you to the islands of Les lles D'Ors where no cars are allowed .This is an extraordinarily beautiful trio of islands where you can bike or walk to a deserted beach and bathe in crystal clear waters. The apartment has been recently decorated both inside and out and is furnished to high modern standards. It has a family size fridge and washing machine, both of which came in very useful. It has bedding and towels included as well as tea towels for washing up. It has a modern shower room and 2 balconies, one for breakfast, one to watch the sun go down. It is perfectly positioned just a short 2 minute walk from the main village so really close to get the croissants ,but just far enough away to be very quiet. The village also has a public open air swimming pool which is built to a very high standard. It also has lovely restaurants and bars to suit all budgets including a great take away pizzeria and paella restaurant .It also has a cycle hire shop where the bikes are of a good standard and cost 45 euros for the week! The village sits above the coast surrounded by vineyards and is a 10 minute ride down to local beaches ,all downhill. The ice cold rose ,served on Gigaro beach provides the fuel to get you back to the village!.A free bus operates from June down to the beaches and gets you back again. Its a cyclers and walkers paradise but great for a family in a car because the roads are much less busy on this part of the coastline. The owner is Canadian and speaks English and French so it was very easy to communicate and get questions answered. The customer service was significantly better than the experience we have had before in France. We have booked again for next year so would appreciate you not telling anyone about this place as we would like to go back there every year for a very long time .Brian and Laurie
