-The 2nd floor was not cleaned, there were used wet towels and dirty soiled bed sheets. Cleaning crew returned the following day and still did not do a good job. -False advertising of outdoor fridge since it did not work and was told it never worked. -The grill was old and had a burnt hotdog in it. The grill did not turn on or work, so a replacement grill came the following day. -Kitchen wasn’t cleaned, there were crumbs all on counter. We had to do the cleaning. -Mold on the shower curtains on 2nd foor. -Bricks in the pool area are loose. -there was garbage in the garbage container in pool area which brought a lot of flies around -the WIFI/internet went down for the last 2 days we were there, and we were told that it was not part of the package and we would have to call up the provider ourselves, which is ridiculous. -there were non-working lights -locks for bedroom did not work

Parents, siblings, in laws and children—13 total and loved the space! The description doesn’t do the property justice. Beach so close you can go barefoot, the pink/green room has been updated to a nautical theme, the pool was warm for late May-warmer than the ocean! Everything in great shape. Had a clogged sink, maintenance arrived in hours and even complimented how attentive the owners are. We can’t wait to come back!
